I intially placed the review below Beware staying at this place. Their policy as written on the wall is that they require a deposit of $200. They demand that this be made by cash. My husband wanted to pay the $200 on card but they would not accept it. The took a $200 cash deposit from my husband and he signed the paperwork. My husband had to leave the day before we checked out. Upon checkout they had altered the document that he had signed and crossed out $200 and put it as $100. We know we gave them $200, we asked to see the security footage from checkin. They showed this to us. We could clearly see that there was 4 $50 notes handed over yet they got all aggressive and denied this. We took photos of the evidence. We spent 40 mins at check out going through the footage with them and still after that time, they said they couldnt give me even the $100 cash back because my husband was the one who signed it. I phoned my husband and he spoke with them over the phone. They still declined to pay anything to us. Do not trust these people, do not use this place. When cleaning the rooms, they also went through our toilet bag. This is the hotels response:- Response from IvyF48, Manager at Comfort Inn Dandenong Responded 28 Nov. 2019 Dear Guest, Thanks for your review. Firstly, it is yourself who requested the bond to be placed by cash since you are not happy that it will take 3 business days to get the bond back to your bank account, and then we offered the cash option which you can get your bond back straight away. Secondly, we normally took $200 bond from the guest if the guest is not having a credit card with them. However, we would like to help you for the bond during check in, that’s why we only took $100 bond from you. This is the reason why we crossed out the $200 on paperwork and changed to $100. We did suggest you to call the police that morning since we clearly saw that there was only two $50 note in the camera footage, however, you refused to call the police to come and investigate. We have kept all the footage in our file and please feel free to call the police anytime if you would like them to come and investigate. We have been doing hotel business for more than 30 years and this is our first time also to have this kind of hard time with a guest. Thanks again for choosing to stay at our hotel and hope you have a nice day. Warm Regards, Comfort Inn Team The hotels response is not correct at all. Firstly, we did not want to pay cash, we have no problem with a bond being put back in our account. We have travelled alot and understand that this is the procedure. We strongly objected to paying cash. The $200 that we handed over and signed for was crossed out later and marked as $100. Any changes to an amount should be initialled at the time and signed to confirm the change. We reviewed the footage and we could see that there were more than 2 x $50 in the hands of the receptionist. We did call the police and they advised that they could not attend as it was a 'Civil matter'. We then contacted choice hotels directly to lodge an investigation. To date we still have not received our $200 back nor any funds back from the hotel, nor have they made any attempt to resolve this or to contact us. Very poor service and very dishonest business.

Avoid this place like the plague. Dirty room upon arrival, dirty floors although bathroom was mostly clean. Half used complimentary shampoo on bathroom counter. Was told no key is given, only staff will open rooms each time because of covid health and safety. This is ridiculous and absurd and quite frustrating when night staff were sleeping at the front desk. Night staff quite rude each time I requested them to unlock my room after finishing late shifts at work (finishing my night shifts at 2am, 4am, 6am) After checking out one morning (about 9:30am) and then unfortunately needing to re-book for another couple of nights (other accommodation were all fully booked) I was given the same room upon check-in a little after midnight, and was appalled to find the room had not been cleaned, dirty linen and towels which I had placed in the shower as per hotel guest etiquette, the night desk clerk was quite rude and disgruntled, and told me to just re-use the dirty linen, which was partially wet from the shower base, and questioned why I had an issue with this. After detailed and lengthy discussion over legislative accommodation standards and the obligation he, as a representative of the Comfort Hotel Dandenong, needed to at least supply me with all clean linen & towels and I would then make up the bed myself as I was exhausted after working almost a 12 hour shift, I just wanted a shower and bed. Not be kept waiting while the concierge fell asleep again and needed to be woken a second time just so I could be let into my room.

Very poor service from Scott the front office manager. We are from Sydney and travelled to Victoria for a holiday. We booked the Comfort Hotel Dandenong and was supposed to check-in on the 28th of May. Unfortunately, due to the lockdown on that day we had to go back to Sydney. We had called Agoda to let them know that due to the lockdown we could not check-in and they had moved our booking to October. We then called to cancel the booking as it is within the 24hr cancellation policy however, they had already charged our card. We then proceeded to request for a refund however, Scott had informed us that their house policy overrides government laws of lockdown and hence cannot provide a refund. We informed him that if we were from Victoria it would be a different story and that with what is going on with CoVid-19, interstate travel would be difficult with what is happening with both Victoria and NSW. We requested to speak to Alan (General Manager) and unfortunately, Scott does not know when Alan is on or not nor does he know his phone number or email address. All other hotels we were meant to be staying at provided a full refund with the bending of their house policy due to Victoria lockdown but obviously Comfort Hotel Dandenong have their own little bubble. Definitely would not be even looking to book here again. Alan if you are reading this, please call me back. Scott and Tiffany both have my number.

Comfortable, clean, well appointed room. Online photos are accurate. Staff were very helpful, supplying us with a vase for flowers & some crockery and cutlery. They also contacted their technician when I had difficulty connecting my chromecast (I eventually got it going). Plenty of on site parking. Bed was only a double, despite being advertised as a LARGE double in a Queen suite & was a little hard for us (however that’s subjective). There is a metal coil rim around the top of the mattress, which we found very uncomfortable. I assume it’s to prevent sagging on the edges. One thing we were disappointed with (& the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating) was the noise level, especially considering the rooms are advertised as “soundproof”. We could hear pretty much EVERYTHING in not only the adjacent rooms, but those across the hall. I mentioned it to staff at reception & he reiterated that the rooms are soundproofed. I assured him they are most definitely not. He did apologise and offered us a free bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture. Fortunately I had packed earplugs, otherwise I wouldn’t have slept well at all. I was unwell the night before we left and hadn’t slept well and they were kind enough to allow us a midday check out with no extra cost. We would recommend this place and stay again, but next time I’d ask for a ground floor room with direct access to our vehicle (we were upstairs and at the end of a corridor & there is no lift).

The hotel provides comfortable spacious rooms with all of the standard amenities. Rooms are decorated in a modern Style. The colour scheme of the double sweet in which I stayed in was nice clean and subtly earthy. I could see a couple staying here very comfortably as there is a lot of room to move around. The room includes two single grey faux leather chairs, straight out of an ikea magazine with coffee table, desk, fridge, draws on each side of the bed and tv. What i liked most about this hotel was not the five dollar rip off arm and a leg bags of Cheetos sold at reception, but the microwave and portable electric stove along with hot water dispenser located in a large conference room next to the reception. Hotels/motels usually do not have microwave or cooking facilities within the room so it was nice to see that this was provided on a communal basis. I ended saving money as i was able to heat up my lunch and dinners instead of having to eat out constantly. With Coles a short stroll away, food is convenient enough to get to and easy enough to prepare. Customer service/hospitality was a tad inconsistent, however overall it was a comfortable stay and i would definitely come back here again.

Stayed for the Supercars at sandown weekend. Booked the 1 night, before calling to add a 2nd night. The staff were very helpful and offering a discounted rate. Upon arrival I seen intoxicated people sharing a cigarette with the security guard. I checked in. Staff were great. Parked in front of my room which was still being cleaned, spoke to reception who straight away organised a new room. Whilst waiting for a new room we were being watched by all the intoxicated people. When getting into the room, it was clean and spacious but strong smell of paint. Looks like the room had previously been re painted. Had issues with the room key, took 5 min to open the door. Spoke to staff who said they would report the issue. Continued to have the same issue for the entire stay. First night was up all night with the intoxicated people yelling and screaming and one of their dogs barking all night. Spoke to reception next morning who said they will get security to pay more attention the next night. I will probably not stay again and probably wouldn't have if I knew it was a government housing hotel for the drunk.

we booked last minute and even though we stayed one night, i enjoyed it, must of had a update renovation! one of the best hotels my family have been on as a last minute thing! loved how towels, soup, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, and disposal bags were included, the beds smelt clean. the showers was clean. i couldn’t fault it, just need to be careful if you go outside without your keys as door closes and locks. staff are great but unsure if there working there or people that are staying there when there walking around, as there dressed in casual clothing. if your driving a ranger or big car, the lane is quite tight but no stress we still fit. i’d definitely book all over again 100 times! my children loved how there was netflix, Youtube! i loved the heaters in the bed rooms! they work very well and only needed to use one to keep house nice and warm. didn’t use the dryer or washer, but looked cleaned, i will definitely see you soon! was kinda sad leaving! should of booked 3 nights ! i can’t believe this is a 3 star hotel! way better then i expected, i’m over the moon❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Probably the worst place I’ve stayed as an adult. Not sure what the arrangement is but it felt like a drop in centre. I saw some entertaining people coming and going in the lobby but I’’m glad I did not have my family with me. The room wasn’t nice or clean. The street noise made it hard to sleep, it seemed there was a fire department across the road. I didn’t shower and left early. I’m gob smacked that there are any 5 star reviews. The photos I’ve seen do not even remotely look like the place I stayed at. I’d try your luck elsewhere unless you want to test out your immune system. Edit after owner response: I was working on the other side of town with someone who was already staying there (they jokingly said it wasn't great and I said I didn't care I just needed to sleep). So after a long day painting we went back and they booked me in - they paid for it. I'm sure there are other valid reasons why someones name may not be recorded. I do have some video of fire engines from the window so I'm not sure what that's about.

We did not have a great stay which was a shame because the last couple of stays we had were great. The room we stayed in reaked of cigarette smoke and we were staying in a non smoking room. There were guests who were staying there that were stumbling around intoxicated and security were too busy on their phones to even care that these people were stumbling around swearing and carrying on and also that their loud music was playing disturbing other guests. We had a person come into our room at 1.30 in the morning because reception gave them our room key by accident, and the hotel receptionist was totally unapologetic about the disturbance. Shortly after we were awoken by another hotel guest being arrested by police! We payed $400 in total for our stay and it was awful. If you want a decent comfortable hotel stay spend the money on a nice air bnb that is in the area. Seriously, don’t waste your money on staying here.

October long weekend 2013. Stained carpet, cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, dirty toilet, stained sheets on the beds, THICK layer of dust around all the edges in the bathroom. Breakfast, we ordered cereal, muffins, yogurt and coffee. We were delivered cereal (without milk), instant coffee (already supplied for free in the room even though they have a coffee machine in the kitchen), yogurt (they got this right) and instead of the muffins we ordered, COLD BURNT RAISIN TOAST. (Almost muffins). Now for saturday night. Drug dealers in the room below us in and out all night. Apparently the staff know about this as they rent the same room to them every weekend. Then there was the group of guys that tried on both saturday and sunday nights at about 3AM to break into our room while we were trying to sleep. We told management about this and they happily did NOTHING ABOUT IT. If you value your safety, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Not the place to be if U have young children, not vacuumed properly, my daughter cut herself playing on the floor in room above reception. They're nice rooms, fridge is small enough without the bar to hold drinks up so forget having 2lts milk. No microwave, no toaster, big bathroom though. For $170an, it should be up to same standard as other hotel rooms of that price. The $150an, room was smaller, no carpet, sounded like next room guests were in our room & met some colourful characters when we were packing to leave. If U don't have a $100 deposit for key as well as the $200 deposit, at the start, U need to see reception to let u in ur room everytime U go out. I've stayed in much cheaper hotels that are lovely & ones around this hotels price's we've stayed at deliver much more quality.

Most disappointed in attitude of duty manager on check out Sunday. When we went into our room we noticed a musty smell but assumed the room had been closed up. When we went to bed we closed the bathroom door, during the night when I went to the bathroom the smell was overpowering which is when I noticed the mould in the shower (needless to say I did not use the shower as I did not want to disturb the mould) When I informed the manager was told I should have called reception and someone would have come cleaned it.Really I was going to call someone in the middle of the night and wait for someone to come clean when I should be slseeping. Manager was most dismissive and only cared about extra money that I needed to pay (breakfast from the previous day - I had stayed in a different room then) Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and if it is indicative of Comfort Inn would not use them again

0 stars if possible. Booked in advance for my trip down from Sydney, specifically requested a quiet room which was confirmed in writing and over the phone. After making the trip down, I was given a highway facing room. The room was also completely different to what I booked. After a 10 hour drive, the last thing I was expecting was something different than what I paid for, regardless of the apparent 'upgrade' (two queen beds?). Not really sure what myself and my partner were supposed to do with that, a smarter upgrade would have been breakfast. Just made me feel like we were shafted off to the highway side. You can clearly hear the highway through closed windows. Whilst efforts were made to upgrade, you can't trust you'll be looked after with an experience like that to kick things off. Unfortunately had to arrange for different accommodation. Will not be coming back.

The manager was extremly rude everytime we spoke although my hotel was paid for already and stayed 5 nights they kicked me out of my room and when i begged and pleaded with mangement to just wait untill my housing worker had called me & my room would be paid for another 2 nights by end of today the manager said he didnt beleive me i was a liar which made me very uncomfortable also that he didnt care theyre very busy this time of year about my problems and for me to pack my belongings immediatly and was forced to wait for my father in reception with all my stuff no offer to help whatsoever all with a fractured left ankle which i was supposed to be resting also someone stole money from my room and they didnt want to know about it... they dont care about people only money

The management were extremely rude to us right from the start. I payed a deposit as is it usual no problems there but the following day wen I went to hand in my keys and get my deposit back well that's wen things went bad. I made sure the room was imaculately clean and tidy and in same condition it was in wen we arrived. Unknowingly to us there was damage covered up by a rules and regulations sign on the back of the door so we weren't aware of any damage until this stage wen they went straight upto obviously know themselves there was already a hole behind there sing and tried saying we did it and refused to give our deposit back it was deliberate of them they knew exactly wat they were doin and I'm curious as to how many other ppls deposits they have kept over the same issue that they clearly already knew was there before I stayed there.

Highly recommended to all my friends and family :) The staff and management are friendly and very helpful. Previously, due to lockdown restrictions my booking was postpone and the management was understandable with the situation that is going on so they gave me credits for future stay which i can used it anytime. Once lockdown was over, I did used my credit to stay with them and upon arrival was greeted with warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Definitely could see that the house keeping here did a very good job! Bathroom is newly renovated and many car parking spaces available. Location wise it is closed to essentials shops and near to the train station. Overall, it was a splendid stay and would definitely booked with them again.

Sad to say, I can't recommend it. Right on the Princes Highway, although the noise wasn't as bad as I expected. However the rooms are very dated although a lot of fittings seem to have been modernised. No food preparation is permitted and there are no facilities outside the room , so, even trying to have breakfast was a real pain. The bed was way, way too soft and I have ended up with a serious back ache that has lasted for days and made my sciatica flare up, which I haven't experienced for years. At 5 a.m. I was so close to bashing on the wall as the people in the next room were laughing, giggling and talking loudly. I was constantly hearing a phone ring . I don't know whether that was from the reception downstairs or the office that was close to the room upstairs . Won't be staying there again if I can help it.

  • Thomson Family

While the room is comfortable and clean it is very basic. With no microwave in the room it was missed, the beds are firm but comfortable and some of the furniture needs updating, the main thing that needs updating is the information folder in the room, it eventually took a phonecall to reception to get the correct wi fi password, but when we did get it it was a strong signal. I was impressed with the bathrooms though with nice fixtures and fitting and a multi setting shower head (not sure about the placement of the toilet roll holder). The main turn off I found was the pool, it didn't look like it hadn't been cleaned for a bit, and with debris floating on the surface I wasn't willing to let the kids swim in the pool. Overall if you are looking for basic accommodation I couldn't fault it.

  • Hailee Fletcher

If I could post -10 I would. Booked online prior to arrival and right off the bat there was issues after issues. Couldn’t make our way into the driveway due to the full police force blocking the driveway, to then go into reception and stand around and wait for 10 minutes while getting fussed around for a $200 !! deposit. After arguing with reception he then provides me a “policy” photo copy stating that I would need to pay $200 OR provide my credit card, so I provided my card details and reception still wasn’t accepting it stating if I didn’t pay the $200 I wouldn’t be able to stay. Police stayed around for 30 minutes after I arrived. Mattress was uncomfortable and broken. Will never stay here again.

We stayed here last Sunday night, which was a very hot night. The air con in our room ran noisily and didn't cool anything. The shower also ran noisily, all night - we could not turn it off. We tried putting the shower head right up and right down - we could not stop the water from running. The paint in the bathroom was peeling quite visibly in the corner - I found this quite off-putting. I complained to the desk clerk on Monday morning and she assured me the manager would call to discuss my concerns and arrange a discount or refund. It's Friday afternoon now, and that call hasn't happened, so I just called them and asked to speak to the manager. It seems the manager isn't there again today. I wonder how many more times I will have to call?

I booked 2 weeks prior gave my card details and dates for my guess coming from Darwin. I was confirming for Sunday night not Saturday. When i got there, there was no record at all. The person at the desk didn’t believe me and I pulled out a card to prove it. I was promised one charge then was told it was going to be a higher one. One of my friends was on the phone and staff member said “are you filming me?” She turned the phone around but was not filming him at all. This guy was extremely rude and ruined the beginning of the holiday they were going to stay at hotel. My friends and i had a talk and left. Extremely bad service and lost my booking. Would not recommend this place at all. If I could give a zero I would.

Booked at one price and then they tried to charge more than twice that on check-in becuase it was a peak period, but this was not stated at anytime during the online booking process! Only got good service from the new reception girl the next morning when checking out 2 nights early! crap service from the restaurant as well, only go there if you want to eat frozen packet vegies as your side and be charged a fortune for them! The meal for my mother, who is on a strict mealtime and diet regimen for cancer treatment, didn't come at all, even after asking staff 4 times about it! Do NOT stay here! Obviously do not judge this book by its cover, because on the websites it looks pretty plush, but in reality it is dodgy!

Accomodation booked last minute for work trip to Dandenong, so was happy to pay above the standard rate. Happiness faded when walking to my room I watched a drug affected male kicking the front of a car in. Room was atrocious and have left with bites on my legs. The smell was putrid like stale cigarettes and urine. People either side up all night talking, arguing, throwing furniture. A guy walking around smoking used cigarette butts off the ground and ashtray who decided to sing me a ballad. Not a safe environment and definitely not allowing any of my staff to stay there moving forwards. I am only selecting one star as it wouldn't post without it. Very disappointed.

I recently attended a first aid course at Comfort Hotel Dandenong, utilizing one of their function rooms. Despite the slightly dated ambiance, my overall experience was positive. The location is easy to find, and the convenience of the hotel's setting contributed to a stress-free learning environment. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that the function room was well-equipped for our first aid training. While the décor may be a bit dated, the cleanliness and functionality of the space more than made up for it.

This is my first review on the comfort inn Dandenong and I have to say it won't my last as if the area again I WILL use there serviced apartments again . REASON the staff were very accommodating to my needs example during the hot weather freezing cold refreshing drinks and a banquet of cold fruit and salads at no extra charge was perfect in its timing and needed to say the least . Security on site was a special touch and helped with my required rest specially for my personal belongings out in the car park . Special note to the beautiful staff member name withheld for the extra efforts in completing my stay . 5 stars today

Good, basic motel style accommodation. Good location. Off street parking, but tight, and car park often seems occupied by dubious looking characters, and others clearly not staying at the motel. Good rooms with opening windows and good facilities, albeit slightly tired, but make sure you get a room which does not face Princes Highway, or is above the driveway. Rude, noisy early morning departing patrons made it impossible for me to sleep past 0630. Breakfast in the dining room is basic, but acceptable, and fairly cheap, especially considering there is nothing else available within reasonable walking difference.

  • Sarah Lewis

Very disappointed. After checking in and paying we were told, when we got to our room, that we were not in the room we booked and confirmed less than a week before checking in. Apparently they tried to call me in the afternoon on day of checking in and because I missed the call they gave our room away but was told 'lucky we have this one' as they wheeled in a foldout bed. Not impressed, especially after a long drive to get here. I just hope i was charged for the room we stayed in not the bigger room I booked! And we requested non smoking, only to be put in a smoking are, with a smoking box outside our door!

One of the best experience I have staying in a hotel. The staff is very welcoming, warm and friendly. They even gave me a free upgrade to their luxury room! The room was spacious could even sleep for 4. One of the biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a suburban hotel. I was staying with them as I have work commitments in the Dandenong suburb. And will definitely going back to staying with the comfort hotel Dandenong for my leisure time. Would definitely give a 10 stars

The hallways were stuffy and old, I'm being generous giving a 2 star rating. Upgraded but was upstairs not on ground floor like told, fridge was highly inadequate, 42 litres smallest ever, no toaster, lack of glasses, cups plastic spoons, no pool or spa like photos, credit card charged beforehand and advised I'd pay cash, no Foxtel and below average tv. No fan in bathroom and had to walk to toilet roll. Don't know how this was rated highly or above the Reggency Motel

Can't leave zero stars so I'll need to settle for one, damaged underpadded mattresses. No microwave even on request because I have 2 kids still needing warm milk. 'Service' refused to provide a luggage trolley or help with check in. Shotgun pellets found next to my sleeping baby by tripping on them, yes, that REALLY HAPPENED! Worst, worst, worst experience EVER in a hotel. The ONLY thing missing were the fleas, to officially make it a fleabag motel!

This place is used by the government as a place to lodge the homeless (which is wonderful), but it doesn't make for a relaxing stay. It is noisy, staff are rude and unaccomodating, and little housekeeping is provided. You need to ask for supplies, like shampoo, towels, etc. People come and go all night, and are loud. I'm sure having the gov house homeless people here is good for their bottom line, but if they want to run a good hotel/motel, it's hopeless. Minus 10 of 5 stars

Rooms look pretty, the staff is very friendly, pricing is good, if you quote booking.coms price they will give you that deal directly. Unfortunately there was no microwave as stated in listing, the bed was as hard as concrete, I don’t even know what the pillows were made of one rock solid the other hard and lumpy. Shower was great though. Got a bit scared leaving room due to the drug affected customers hanging around there.

The rooms are decent and clean. I was however psychologically abused by both staff and residents while staying here. If you enjoy your privacy I would recommend not staying here as things I did in the "privacy" of my room were common knowledge to others leading me to believe cameras were used in the room I stayed in number 140. There are a lot of arguments and drugs on the premises. I do not recommend staying here to anyone. Not sure why anyone would stay here.

I know some reviews didn't like the mattress, but that's exactly what I like about their mattress During the first night of our stay in April, we were offered a microwave while waiting for another guest heating their meals at the reception area. Nice, we will return again... hope to get the same room & same offer

Room smelt like stale smoke. When asked to change rooms advised fully booked, and offered a green spray to deodorise room. Noisy lots of locals coming and going. Definitely not a safe relaxing stay.

Room was very clearly used often by customers who smoked as room stench was aweful and worsened when AC was turned on

Room was clean even though it had an unusual smell when we first entered. Place a bit noisy but bareable. Restaurant onsite but did not eat there. Good bathroom and good shower. No microwave which was disappointing. There is no indoor pool anymore so Google should update this. 24 hour reception is very handy and the new gates at the front of the hotel which close after dark makes it more secure.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Most disgusting and uncomfortable stay ever. There was a bang on the door at 2:00am from a drunkard who was also staying in one of the rooms trying to get into our room. It was one of the most scariest experience of my life. Outside the room was loud, noisy, people fighting with each other. Hotel staff was aware and said the other guest did it by mistake. It is not acceptable at all.

Most rude people I have ever come across. Booked for 2 adults 2 kids. There was only 1 single and a double. When I asked for the other bed that's when everything went wrong. They took my money. Had to fight to get a refund. Still waiting for the money to be returned. Stay at your own risk!!!!! Money hungry mongrels!! Another Viator was also asking for his money back from 2 weeks ago!! Don't leave your credit card details with them!!

The room was clean and tidy, but the other residents at the motel left a lot to be desired. There were domestic arguements going on through the night which made it difficult to sleep. Seems Iike some of the other residents with children and dogs were living there in emergency accommodation. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The service was good though the cleaning was very poor as our whole family got head lice. The pillowcases hadn’t been cleaned properly and I guess the they hadn’t vacuumed or washed the cases as we all got infested by nits and head lice. Please for future reference clean the rooms so others don’t get infested. Thank you

Most disgusting place I’ve ever been too. Room wasn’t clean at all and smelt horrible, floors weren’t vacuumed, fridge was broken, there was pee all over the toilet, tobacco all over the night stand, a bottle of sunscreen all over the cupboard and crack pipe in the kettle! Save your money, this place is feral!!

Spotlessly clean quiet rooms. Last visit had the full cooked breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. On my second visit my husband and I decided to try the restaurant, perfectly cooked steaks and delicious desert. Very polite pleasant staff. Excellent value and will definitely be back.

Nice rooms, but very rude customer service. The workers here are money hungry and so is the owner, very argumentative no care for there customers. I got told to leave because of a issue that arose and there assumptions which were FALSE and has caused me a lot of stress and problems. DO NOT STAY HERE, I have never been treated like this by hotel staff ever in my life..

  • KIM TARANTINO

Would not recommend, even though room was clean, water pressure in shower was terrible, had an adjoining door between rooms and could here everything from next door. Quality of guests bad, people yelling and screaming abuse at each other the next morning. Don't know how it got 4 stars???

It's used mainly for crisis accommodation for Family Violence victims and people who have just left prison accessing drug court. I find it very weird and high risk for the FV Victim because they are at risk of the perpetrator knowing one of the people accessing drug court finding out where they are.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for the Supercars at Sandown. The rooms are clean and comfortable and great value for money. The restaurant on site has so many great options and is handy for a quick feed after a long day. The beds are comfortable and the shower to die for on cold Melbourne nights. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

Considering this is a motel, we were happy with our stay! We payed with American Express points, bonus. Concierge man on the counter gave good service, thanks. Large clean room with renovated bathroom. Some of the guests you should keep away from who stay in the downstairs smoking suites. "Have you got a smoke, mate." Non-smoking is upstairs.

Last minute booking, alright for a stopover. Basic breakfast and dinner menus for the restaurant. Shower base & showerhead leaked and the swing function on the air con didn't work due to a broken louve but both still did their required job. **Service from the front desk right through to the chef in the restaurant was sensational...**

I dont have any bad things to say. The room was cozy, had the updated feel, it was nice and quite, reception staff polite, parking was easy, and getting there was a breeze. Buffet breakfast was reasonably priced, and check in/out was simple. Overall, for the price paid, i would definitely stay again.

Absolutely disgusting place, myself and my 8 year old daughter both were riddled with bed bug bites from staying there. When I complained all they said was OHHHH! I was then moved into another room inside the reception for the rest of my stay.
