The worst bank ever. The online account wasn’t working for to get my bank statement. Came to the branch at acacia ridge and it’s closed from 1pm to 2pm. I was working from home and came at my break time to get a bank statement from the bank and had to wait outside for the duration of my break. Commbank and its service is rubbish. I’ve been on the call to get help from their customer support and it’s been half an hour and no one answers. I would be changing my bank.

I picked my elderly Mother up to take her to do some banking. The female teller was extremely rude and obnoxious and asked my Mother what the money was for and then she had the audacity to ask my Mother your not under any pressure to withdraw this money are you.

You should close this bank down. I have been here so many times to deposit some cash but your deposit machine is always broken. Commbank is getting worst
