Terrible customer service . The girl who was at teller she was handling customers with respect but one of the cranky lady was standing inside close to entrance door , her service was terrible customer service she was thinking she is very smart . She should get retirement from work. Timing between 1030am and 11am at 11-nov-2020.

I would like to thank Amali for the great service in setting up a new credit card for me. Amali also looked at and corrected some other issues I had. She is very friendly and made sure I was happy with the outcome. I would recommand Forest Lake branch as it much quieter than the bigger Commonwealth branches. Great work Amali.

Terrible service, talking and laughing with each other while outright ingnoring customers. I went in there and waited for almost 20 minutes as other customers who came after me were being served behind me on the line. Seems like they were pick and choosing who to talk to. I ended up leaving.

Your employees provide the worst customer service. Whilst I was being assisted by one employee "another" stood behind my teller and continually scrolled on your phone, never looking up to help customers in the queue. Commonwealth bank provides the worst customer service. You are a disgrace.

My money got stuck in the ATM and no one has helped me I've called multiple times all they do is write my name on a paper when I've already made a complaint online it's been 2 holidays now and I haven't been able to pay my rent or anything cause they're avoiding helping me.

Website/google needs to be updated with opening times. Raced all the way from work thinking it was open till 5pm today (Friday) and it was closed. Now I have to go to Mt Ommaney on a Saturday morning as that’s the closest branch open on weekends.
