The Commonwealth Bank in Pacific Werribee is a wonderful and trustworthy bank thanks to its wonderful staff and services in the branch. I came in the day before at a busy time and the blonde haired concierge, Rosie, booked me an appointment for the next day at a less busier time. She was sweet, approachable and friendly. Her vibe was extremely helpful and organised. The staff were also helpful and amazing at their jobs such as Nimish, who swiftly helped me and explained things very clearly. The atmosphere in this bank was one of the best I’ve ever experienced compared to many other banks and I will be coming back here for any in the branch services.

Turned up to do a cash withdrawal of $2000 to pay tradies but No tellers available as having technical problems a they couldn’t tell me when they would be operational again!!! Should be a problem to access MY OWN MONEY. Very very disappointed. Update- Went bank 2 more days and problem still not resolved- No Teller service at all. What a joke? This bank is still making millions and millions in profits and yet unable to resolve a technical issue- Just fix the problem and service your customers. Bottom line - had to drive to another branch to access MY MONEY

Very rude and arrogant staff member attending the customers waiting to be service. I see that lot of reviews have talked about good customer service and that may be absolutely true for bankers servicing customers.. however I had a very bad experience waiting in the queue asking to be served with the staff member at the entrance talking rudely and ignoring people waiting patiently to get inside.

Wonderful customer service from the concierge Rosie through to the teller! I visited them for something that they had never done before. The teller did a quick review of the documentation and was able to help me. It took them time, but she kept me updated at every step and was really helpful. Rosie, you are a champ. Keep up the good work!

Went there in a fluster trying to get mums banking in order as she was just placed on an Age care facility and lady in door ( I think Rosie ) was very helpful and got me seen quickly Young girl who saw me was very friendly and helpful getting it all sorted at such a late hour Highly appreciated- recommend for sure

My money got stuck in the atm. Its 2100$ for credit card amount due. Ashu and liv helped me out even after hours. The branch is closed, staff is going home. Both ashu, liv especially stay for me, open the branch door again resolved my issue and credit that amount to my credit card. I am very much thankful to them.

Zero customer service from the lady at the front who wanted to make sure that we know she is the concierge of the bank! She seemed frustrated and didn't help! She was only interested in telling the customers to leave the bank because it's busy without even bothering to listen to the reason we were there!!!

The customer service here is great! The wait time isn’t long and staff have a great attitude. They’re always willing to help. The process to remove an unauthorised transaction from my account was easy and seamless thanks to the kind staff members! Their atm machines are very easy to use.

Visited branch to open accounts. Staff were wonderful however card wasn't posted out as promised. We waited for a few days, visited the branch once more and had to get cards resent. This adds additional delays & the bank hasnt got an urgent post option. sadly

Walked into Commbank today to order a bank cheque, as always, I received great customer service. The teller was professional and friendly, and explained all my concerns about cheque. I was lucky, the wait time wasn’t too long.

Wonderful customer service from the concierge Rosie through to the consultants. Friendly and kept us informed the whole way through, and got all the things we needed done, despite fire alarm announcements ringing around.

Very slow and pathetic service ! just to close the account waited for 1 hr .they don't have priority list .I would definitely say use different branch .I concerige needs to be retrained .
