Sharon is very knowledgeable and helpful at this branch and always put her utmost dedication into clients. Very well used bank and the only bank in Sandgate as of this year which puts a lot of pressure of this branch by client demand. Causing long wait times, errors and more often than usual faults with the machines. Cleaning during the weekend is nonexistent and the mess is appalling that builds up on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. It is not hard for people to click 'no receipt' rather then getting a receipt and leaving it inside the branch.

Worst Service I have ever seen. I went to make a change but only one teller working for all the service.i have to step back as i was waiting there for more than 10 minutes and have to go back to my work. They don't seem to care their customers. Pretty sad to be one of the comm bank customer now. May be better to switch to other bank

My local Sandgate branch, always so friendly and helpful with all my issues. They are always so honnest with giving me the best interest rates and telling me the best options of what to do with my accounts to make the most money based off my savings.

If you are in need of financial advice be sure to ask for Sam. This guy improved my interest rate in under 3 minutes along with some sound future interest rate advice. One of the better bank consultants on the Northside. Highly recommended.

It seems the come bank would rather people use there atms than giving service too there loyal customers , it would be ok if the atms worked correctly rather than confusing the elderly in our community

It makes business banking very difficult when the bank only has a message bank and then you go there in person and it’s closed
