We have been patients of Complete Orthodontics And Dental Care in Langwarrin for some time now. Have always been very happy with their service, friendliness and care. On Friday 7/4/2017, I called them ..... had toothache for a few days and it was getting worse .... they popped me in as an emergency at 10am ... very happy girl!! I noticed someone leaving a review some time ago about the "no braces" service from this centre. May I comment on that ....... About 6 years ago, a friend of mine took her daughter to a No Braces Centre in Melbourne. They told her that there could be a possibility of the no braces system not working and that her daughter would need braces anyway. They chose to try the no braces, but ended up paying for braces anyway. So what I am saying is ... the no braces are not always the way to go .... it's not always as good as the braces.

This dental practise is best avoided for orthodontic work. I took my son for an initial consultation years ago for the "no brace "system and was promised that if we committed to a series of plates over several years and a financial investment, no braces would need to go onto his teeth. Here we are 4 years later and he now wears braces to achieve what Bernadeths series of plates could not deliver, and yes, of course a further investment of money on top of what we had already paid. If you attend this clinic do so under no illusion that she has the ability to achieve straight teeth with out the use of braces and that the final price given will indeed be "final" I strongly recommend you attend another "no brace " dental practice, or attend the many other more reputable and qualified orthodontic practices in the area

Went there yesterday with my 7 year old daughter straight from school.. with pain her in tooth that had broken.. we were shown away because they were to busy to look at her.. first available appointment was on Monday and Yesterday was Wednesday!! How can you send a child aged 7 away with pain? We attend Complete Orthodobtics and Dental Care for 3 years.. So .. Went to Baxter to a Dentist that we had never been before.. i just mentioned that my daughter is having pain in her tooth that broken down, I was still filling out the paperwork when they called her in and gave her antibiotics because she already had an infection in her tooth... it took 10minutes.. we will NEVER go back to Complete Orthodontic and Dental Care Langwarrin again

This is by far the best dentist experience that a person could have. The level of expertise and knowledge they have is something you will not find anywhere else. Many reviews will be about how professional they are, but the level of detail they go through and advise you on what needs to be done, even if it will end up saving you money, they do what is best for the client.

They got my braces on super quick and were super nice and showed me how to take care of them . On top of her services as a dentist, she is very friendly and answered all my questions and made me feel better after getting my braces. The doctor and her staff were very nice and professional and always available for questions. I would surely recommend this clinic.

After being in the military for 10 years I was nervous to find a Dentist practice “outside”, Dr. Santos has put my nervous mind at ease, everyone in the practice is super friendly and you can tell Dr Santos is very meticulous and caring for her patients.
