DON’T GET RIPPED OFF I went to this store to buy a DVD-R because who still has these lying around. The store owner agreed to sell me two loose discs from a spindle. That’s nice I thought until he told me the price…$20. I actually laughed out loud until I realised he wasn’t joking. Suddenly the price dropped to $12. 40% off for laughing. ‘Really ?’ I asked, I could get a brand new box for less than that at Office works. No further discount was given. So I spent 15 mins and $1.50 driving to Chirnside Officeworks where I did get a box of 10 discs for $10. I can’t believe that the guy stays in business in the current market mistreating his customers like that. Very bad

DON'T COME HERE you will most likely get scammed, do a quick search online or look at other stores for reasonable prices, this guy knowingly overcharges for everything and takes advantage of people who don't know any better. on top of that, i was sold a motherboard with bent pins, returned to the store hoping for a refund and the guy laughed me out of the store and insisted i did the damage myself. 1 more thing, this store used to be rated 1.8 stars until it was taken off google maps and magically came back with all the reviews gone and now with a higher rating. i would rate zero stars if possible but google does not allow that.

BE AWARE OF THIS GUY! he is a thief, fraud and a scammer. If I could, I would give this shop 0 stars. I bought in a laptop to get the battery fixed as it drained fast. He charged me $220 for the fan to be fixed and battery changed. I got it back and the battery drains so fast the computer only lasts 20 minutes. My dad also bought in a computer tower and this guy has STOLEN his drive that is full of PERSONAL INFORMATION and stupidly sneaked a windows 10 disk in the tower when my dad has windows 11. This guy not only steals your money and rips you off he also steals your personal information.

A great shop. I know a lot of people are giving this place a bad review for price and saying the owner is rude, but i have been here at least once a week for a month and i think he is really helpful. As for the prices you get what you pay for. He stocks high quality stuff If you think these prices are unfair that’s because you know nothing about computers. These prices are good. Its just that others don’t know the real value of stuff and sell it cheap.

Awesome experience. Recommend this company to everyone. They have to be good to have remained in business for so long and survived the pandemic. Only service left in the Yarra valley. Well done guys.
