So I went up there tonight and literally thought I was going to walk in grab something and walk out, but no, I met John , and let me just say he was amazing!! He literally helped me find exactly what I was looking for am to make sure I was going to be 100% satisfied!!! And my birthday just passed on Halloween and John gave me birthday candy and he was literally just a great person to talk with and an amazing person working hard at the store and I really appreciate him taking his time to help me nd make me feel comfortable

Entered the location at 3:45 on April 26th 2019. There was a black female employee opening and closing the door repeatedly, as if she was testing something out. She stepped back and I walked inside. I asked her a simple question “are you open?” She replied in an annoyed tone “Obviously we are open during store hours” so I left. Don’t spend your money here. I work in retail and this is NOT how you treat potential customers.

The tatted female wearing glasses charged an item of $36.99 twice when I only purchased one. Didn't check my receipt until I got home. Since I purchased other items at different price points, I didn't think the total price was odd but definitely check yalls receipts right there and then.Or just don't shop here at all, unless yall wanna get charged double.

I encountered a beyond rude female employee last Friday, 1/11/19 between 1:30-2:30 pm. Instead of being greeted with kindness and warmth, she said “can I help you with something cause you look confused?” I will NOT be shopping here again!!! Zero stars if that was an option.

Stood outside for 20 min while waiting for the one person working to get back for wherever the hell they went. Back in 5 min sign was a damn lie. Knocked too just like the other sign said and nothing. Turn off your damn open sign if ain’t no one gonna be there!

The cashier Jon was an amazing help! Very helpful, answered any questions or concerns, and helped me and my mate pick out the perfect toy. Definitely plan on coming here again, wonderful service.

The employee who assisted my boyfriend and me was so attentive and helpful! Purchased a high quality item that was normally I think $70 but was on clearance for around $40.

It was my girlfriend's 1st time going to a store like this and John was very helpful and giving her all the information she needed and generally making her feel comfortable

Worker refused to open the door for me and my boyfriend for zero reason. Let a customer leave and then blocked us from coming in with their body

Very rude staff. When you are buying they are nice but if you have issues with the product they get so rude and nasty with so much attitude.

The worst costumer service ever.. people who want to visit this store should know....be prepared .
