This place is old and need upkeep. The heater is loud and hot when it is on, and the place turns cold w=en the heater is off. Lighting is very bad inside. The lights are dim and flicker. Restroom stalls are totally not enough.

This historical location is one of the first buildings in LA. It's a wonderful space to host events lending its rustic charm and great views of the city.

Recently had an event here. Everyone was helpful and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this venue
