El peor servicio, si pudiera darles 0 estrellas, se merecen menos. Personal incompetente, solo una persona contesta el teléfono y atiende, da mal información y tardan HORAS en responder una pregunta o atenderte. Llevo casi 4 meses, 5 visitas al consulado, pedir días libres en el trabajo y sin numero de llamadas tratando de registrar mi matrimonio en Ecuador. Llamo y dicen que no necesitas cita, llegas y si tienes suerte que te atiendan después de 3 horas te dirán que si necesitas la cita o que ya no alcanzan a hacerte el trámite porque son la 1 pm y ellos cierran a las 5 pm :). Este es un ejemplo de cómo hasta en Canada se vive la pésima administración de Ecuador en estos servicios.

Pesimo el servicio en este lugar que con tanta technologia de hoy en dia siguen con papeles con formularios con una minima consideracion al tiempo de los demas. Dan citas y no lo respetan, pues no tienen procesos eficientes que faciliten agilidad en el servicio que estan puestos a brindar a los ciudadanos. Si necesita alguna autoridad que revise el manejo de esta institucion que realmente necesita gran ayuda en todo aspecto desde procesos hasta entrenamiento. Por favor capaciten al personal q dan servicios publicos. Habra mas de un profesional que puede revisar procesos y sugerir cambios para q esta institucion realmente este a la altura de lo que se espera.

Honestly, they don't deserve a single star. But I have no choice but to award it a star. No one answers the reception phone. I've been calling the number for 15 days, more than 10 times a day and only the answering machine comes in, but it doesn't accept messages. Last year I made the same claim to the consulate, but the service is getting worse every day. All those who work, including the consul are not interested in the satisfaction of Ecuadorians. Everyone, everyone is arrogant and rude. They are all bureaucrats just for the check. It is a shame for Ecuador to have this garbage working in the Consulate of Ecuador in Toronto

Worst customer service ever. They are a JOKE!. I don't even know how they got hire. They are a bunch of lazy people that do nothing. First of all, they never answer the phone and their voice mail is full. I went once to get a drivers license translation. Only for that, they made me wait 2 hours! With the excuse that they were helping other people. It was only 4 of us and I had the first appointment of the day. Now, I called them to confirm about an appointment that I made, but apparently that day is a holiday. They don't even know if they will be close or not! They should fire them and hire people that really want to work.

Por lo general no yo no doy calificaciones, pero esta vez por lo menos tengo que expresar el mal servicio una vez más de este consulado en Canadá. Es una pena que tenga gente como el señor que atendió el teléfono tan grosero y aun más se atrevió a dar su juicio respecto a mi citación aquí en Canadá.... Hace ya dos años estamos con el virus, no todos tenemos dinero para comparar un pasaje de avión y viajar tal cual ellos dicen...Realmente no entiendo si tienen tan pocas ganas de trabajar porque están ahí? ....hay gente q si necesitamos. POR LO MENOS ANTENDER EDUCADAMENTE LAS LLAMADAS NO LO HACE MENOS HOMBRE .

Intenté llamar varias veces a diferentes horas del día. El buzón de voz siempre esta lleno, dejar un mensaje es imposible. Mandé un correo, ni una respuesta por esa vía. Necesito hacer un apoderamiento. No se para qué existe ese Consulado si no pueden brindar los servicios legales a ciudadanose ecuatorianos en Canadá. Tomando en cuenta que los Consulados en otras ciudades, no ofrecen trámites de apoderamintos u otros servicios. Para ser la única oficina en Canadá con servicios completos, no pueden cumplir con el servicio básico, más simple ,que es antender llamadas o correos. Me desepciona mucho.

Expect to take multiple days off of work to complete anything here. They book appointments with you however have no intention of preparing anything before you get there. Their phone number does not work. Their voicemail is not set up either. They have many papers of process but yet they seem lost. Also they’ll make up any excuse to make you look like you’re unprepared. They made me wait for a specific person to come in. Then when that lady came in she told me they were waiting for my money, nothing else. Make sure you carry USD cash when you come since they don’t work until they see money

El servicio es pésimo todos los días, me siento avergonzada en vista de las demás personas que son de diferente país. Esto debe cambiar y ofrecer un mejor servicio ya que personas viajan desde muy lejos para no tener un buen resultado y el trato a las personas es intimídante y bravos. De todas las veces que ido para tramites todos son pésimos. Me da mucha lástima del pésimo servicio viniendo de una importante Institución

Mal servicio, no tienen respeto ni paciencia y se supone que es consulado dónde estoy pagando el servicio NADA ES GRATIS aunque que lo fuera la manera que tratan es déspota….. Y otra cosa el voto no es obligatorio es decision de uno si uno se empadrona o no…. Por favor a la señora que nos atiende en el area de renovación de pasaporte tengan un poco más de PACIENCIA Y si no le gusta su trabajo RENUNCIE

I had a great experience with this consulate when registering my daughter. They always pick up the phone and you are able to speak with an actual human; as many of the other consulates leave you on VM or automated. They gave me great advice and clear instruction. The appointment was quick and smooth. I have zero complaints. Follow their instruction, come prepared and there are no issues.

Very rudeza....with not knowledge of what they are doing.....if you ask to guide you to a process the will brush you of and send you on you way out the door....ignorance at it best.. Gente con poco conocimiento y muy groseras...haces appointment y atienden a otros primero....no son capaces de ayudar o darte ideas de que paso tomar si necesitas resolver algo

Tenía unas cuantas preguntas acerca de mi pasaporte y la mujer que me atendió es más estupida que por cada pregunta se quedaba como 20 minutos viéndome la cara. Mala atención. I work and I don't have time for you guys bullshit I go there to know more information not for you guys to look at my face and after 20 minutes answer my question, waste of time.

I would give it a zero if I could. I called to get some information and it takes forever to get a-hold of someone. Not to mention when you do, you do not get all the information so I have to keep asking more questions to get a somewhat full answer. The phone directly is useless. Not to mention the address on the website and google maps don't match.

El servicio al cliente es pésimo, contestan de mala gana, en un tono grosero y se demoran muchísimo . Deberían contratar más personas para que se el servicio sea más rápido y no atiendan a las personas de manera apurada. Si quieren recibir un buen trato deberían dar un buen trato a las personas también

When you call no one answers, and I was on the phone for 30+ minutes in the directory trying to get through to talk with someone. This happens every f'ing time I call. I would rate this with no star but they don't give that option.

Más de un mes para una cita para sacar un poder general. Solo hay como pagar en dólares USD y en efectivo. Nefasta la administración del Licenciado Cuántico. Por último suben el precio de un poder general a $60!!! Abuso total.

Went to Embassy in person today. They were not open which is contrary to their business hours. The ottawa office was open every time i went in. why the discrepancy with operating hours between different locations?

Went there for interview this afternoon and my Professional Visa was issued at that time, the Officer was very nice and respectful. The location was easy to go anywhere. Proud of Ecuadorian.

Horrible schedules, especially for people with jobs. They only accept payment in USD and cash which is extremely inconvenient. They take way too long to do anything.
