A very slow service even though there were only 2 people waiting on Monday, and unfortunately they only have short business hours from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. When I came on Saturday it was busier, and there were 8 other people waiting on the line, and I had to wait 2.5 hours just to get my passport photo taken. It's useless to only focus on the renovation of the interior, but overlook the requirement to improve their service quality to the people coming from distance places. They really need to speed up the process, and make sure to get most of the works done in 1 day.

The beautifully renovated lobby provides plenty of space to do your consular needs while maintaining social distancing. The service was quick and straightforward.

This place is like mother home for Indonesian. It’s very easy to renew passport here. All staff are friendly. Sometimes there’s Indonesian food bazar here.
