For the most part I believe majority of these people commenting and talking bout the girl rude them rude themselves! She is doing her job if you don't have what is required she points it out to you. If I had to depend on these reviews alone

i agree the receptionist is very unprofessional. You dont have to be rude to her to receive a taste of her negative attitude. I have renewed my passport a few times but that young lady is the only one that has been rude and unprofessional.

I have emailed and called the consulate since mid December to get a new passport and no matter what time I call. No one answers. It's a bit disappoint and hopefully I am able to get this rectified more sooner than later.
