When India is going towards digitalization this people are going opposite side. Never make a mistake of applying without agent, because they will call you to Mumbai at their office for interview if you are going without agent. The whole office is full of agents on daily basis. They way they are going for issuing Visa the country will not be able to prosper based on tourist. Despite having all documents they didn't accepted my application which was submitted by my uncle & asked me to be present there for interview. Please note this is when I have a strong passport as I have visited more than 3 countries. Getting Visa of all these 3 countries was much easier. Forget to get visa on new passport.

Consulate people don't help on calling. You just keep on visiting again and again. However, they helped me on first visit in giving me time for making DD which I had forgotten. I had to wait for the last person to finish his interview and then my documents were checked for corrections. I was asked to come later with correct papers. A little tedious procedure so necessary requirements should be made clear online in order to avoid multiple visits and queues. Visited again on 3rd May. They didn't inform upon calling on May 2 that the form has changed. So corrections for the 3rd time required. Very disgusting...

Worst embassy i have ever seen in my life. People over there are bad and don't care about you, also very rude when calling embassy for inquiry. My experience was very bad with this embassy i applied on 4th December for Philippines visa , they accepted my documents but didn't take my passport and visa fees and on 12th December they returned my documents saying they cannot process my application for visa without stating any reason. They had to send my documents to Delhi embassy because they are not capable of verifying documents themselves. They made me wait so much.

such incompetence, doesnt pick up their phone, doesnt reply to emails, i came all the way to this consulate from karnataka just to ask a question which they later tell me i have to be else where, their timings is also not mention, and i come to know it is only open from 10-12pm, such a waste time and money, please visit this dump a month early and make no rush for buying tickets, its a waste, if i could give this place negative rating, i would. major upgrade needed, this is mumbai for god sake...

Vice Consul Moorthy is very nice. Kudos to him . He gave all the necessary information I need in applying visa for my Husband and Son.. He replied promptly and faster thru email ( one day after I sent email ) , unlike in the. Phil. Embassy in New Delhi who advised me to sent email it’s been months and i even did many follow up emails.. until now no reply from their end. I strongly recommend the Philippine Consulate in Mumbai if you need to apply visa with faster reply

Very poor customer service. I wrote a mail to him regarding the documents that I will be needing for the Visa. No reply. Asks me to come to embassy to collect the requirements. One day wasted. The guy who is heading the consulate is very arrogant and needs to be replaced. In the digital age Instead of making the work swifter he is making it more difficult. If anyone else has faced this difficulty. Please contact me. We can collectively complain.

I have visited the consulate several times to travel to my family in Philippines and the staff here have been very helpful, the only this is the queue system could have been a lot better, if you go for the first time you are overwhelmed with the agents dominating the queue but then you later learn there is a separate question for direct customers, wish this information was known before hand..otherwise great service.

Nice and quick process if you have all the documents in place. Please ensure to visit this place to check the list of documents needed for the visa before you make an application. It will take around one week to process the visa and one needs to reach early morning before 9 am to secure the number as the daily applications are limited. Overall a nice smooth process.

The passport number was not clear in the visa leading to my parents going back home and having their tickets cancelled. They are 70+ years old. So much effort, time and cost wasted. The airline did not help nor did anyone else. The one star is just so that I can post. I am giving a negative rating. This is not the first time the office has been inefficient.

Here is the watchman who misbehave with people's and giving wrong information about visa and decid everything his self.make sure email to consulate mumbai better before visiting because there number also out of service and i am going to complain about this watchman who ignore our question and not answering.

Clean and nice place even the building is near to churchgate, but at the moment (i.e aug 2022) heavy constriction for mumbai metro is going on so you might have to face navigation problem. NO PARKING AVAILABLE NEARBY. Travel by cab or it's 1 km walk from churchgate station.

I called them regarding some information and he provided me wrong info. On top of that, he was rude and told me he didn’t have time so I need to hurry up..didn’t say good morning or hi this is phillipines consulate.. Just “haan bolo”.how do these people get such jobs?

Nearest station to reach consulate is churchgate. Construction work is going around it so don't go with your vehicle. Visa processing is easy. Security guard guides you with forms. It takes 20 min to submit the application of all documents are ok.

My submission was very smooth and staffs also very helpful and cooperative. Even they guide about DD and other required documents. No appointment required just visit before 10 am to get submission smoothly.

I am very happy because I got help from each and every staff of this office from bottom class to top one class and Agents. Thanks for their courtesy while submitting my visa documents.

I was enquiringly regarding a visa on arrival as I have a USA visa and the gentlemen told me that we will get a 14 days visa on arrival Thank you so much for the information
