Nobody picks up the phone for 2019 case finalised,in 2021 they at last picked up the phone,being sr citizen ,I asked to help me ,tell me the status,since not showing on site,they told case is finalised but we don't know why ,Letter is not sent,come to office ,know the status after giving an application This case is ten years old. I am seventy yrs old ,an ex govt servant just fought for getting justice for ndpl mistake running here n there,after 19 yrs ndpl admitted their mistake which was obvious since begining. Fast track court I am still in blank.whether follow it or not.

The Cases are being heard mostly by the members The President of the Forum has not been seen during proceedings for last 2 years but was available only during the Ramjan period this year. It is informed that the President is attending the Consumer Forum at Dwarka. The members of the Consumer Forum at Shalimar Bagh are coming at about 11am and starts proceedings thereafter mostly up to 1.30to 2pm I would like to request the Govt that the cases should be heard by the President atleast during ARGUMENT stage .

Consumer court is under DDA Shalimar market, it's same like govt looking building which is not maintained. There is one photo state shop on lower ground which has stamp paper also available and they write application letter for court usage. There is no proper parking but has good eating outlets. There is mosque opposite which can be referred as landmark to reach here.

New Spice-Sea restaurant, pure vegetarian. Nice and modern, good decor, but why have a massive TV on the wall when you want to have a conversation over lunch? The noodles were good and spicy. It is NOT a sea food restaurant - it is a play on words - spice-y. The decor and service is good, justifies the additional cost.

The consumer forum at Shalimar Bagh is in a devastated condition. There are no fans or Ac and is a severe cause of concern. The court room is so humid that a person can't even breathe there.

Work starts aftet 11.am court room always crowded, congested some time no place to sit. You will always get next date without resolution no other way also in the system.

It is situated in a remote area very few transport is available for there. No parking no lift for disables no wheelchair, nothing is there for disables.

Court is being maintained very well by Government. Nearby area is also good. Locality is very decent.

Court start at 11 . 30 am around as usual. Worst administration . never saw full bench present.

No proper parking space available here. A total waste of time if anyone comes here.
