This place is absolutely horrible. I was doing Uber picking up someone in a wheel chair. I needed to find them in a coffee shop right next door. Everywhere parking was full. I told them I need to pick up someone through Uber who was in a wheelchair and disabled. He said ok. It took about 30 minutes to find the guy and get him to my car. The guy saw me coming ran out side yelling at me in my face not letting me move at all with out having to push him a little. the mother inside moved her car and parked her vehicle so close I could barely manage to get in. The Uber ride I had was freaking out about the guy and women screaming. I had to help him in my car put his chair in my trunk the whole time they were acting like barbarians. The whole time the owners yelling and screaming about parking and not caring that the guy was in a wheelchair and there was no other way to get him in my car safely due to a curb. They put the poor man in my car into anxiety attack. And had no regards to anything. I wish they would get shut down untill they can learn what humanity is.

I originally found them when searching for an environmentally conscious company, but have stayed with them exclusively due to their stellar customer service! Hilary cares so much about her clients and goes way above and beyond to take care of them. Great business, family owned and operated. I have been a customer for 4 years now and I have never been disappointed. They provide fast, quality service, I know my clothes are in good hands when I drop them off at Continental Cleaners. I had a blood stain from a nose bleed on my nice winter coat last year. I took it into the cleaners and was surprised how well they got the stain out, my coat felt like brand new when I got it back. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends and everyone who goes is always thrilled with their work!

Undoubtedly the best and finest Cleaners in the State of Utah! I wore business suits and dress shirts with necktie every day for over twenty years, never once have I had a concern with this great business. I wear a lot of shirts with French (double) cuffs, I spent years trying to find a shirt laundering service that understood how to press a French-Cuff, these guys have it right!!! I also take bedspreads, down comforters, draperies and everything imaginable, always done to perfection! thank you Mike and Hillary!

I had my Army Service Uniform dry cleaned here before I went to my Advanced Leader Course for school. I am now at school and 2 days from graduation and i opened my uniform to put it together and a button had been torn off of the shoulder and a big glue (or some sort of hardened substence) deeply embedded just above the left chest pocket. I now have to pay a bunch of money to get it fixed (hopefully) expedited tomorrow. I am NOT happy, and will never come back to this place!

We are very grateful for Continental Cleaners. We had a house fire earlier this year and had smoke damage to all of our clothing. After sorting through the items we wanted to try to get cleaned, we took about 100 pieces to Continental Cleaners covered in soot. They worked incredibly hard and got soot and smoke smell out of our clothing! We are so happy with how everything turned out and grateful to have saved a lot of our clothing! Thank you CC team!

I brought in an old 40s coat, and though the coat had a few tiny holes, the owner was very kind and honest about it and after two days, she had it cleaned up and looking brand new and ready to wear. Their prices were lower than the other cleaners nearby as well, and I would most certainly return again with more clothes with the stellar service that I had! I wholly recommend them for servicing any garment!

The pants from my interview suit disappeared at Continental! $165.00 pants gone! I called and told them I would be longer than 30 days to pick up my clothes because my Mother died. Seemed they didn't care a dishonest employee maybe STOLE FROM A CUSTOMER; they still made me pay for dry cleaning the suit jacket, shirt and sweater that wasn't possibly STOLEN, :( ouch, this hurt!

I have been using Continental Cleaners for the last 3 years. My clothes always look great and their prices are very reasonable. The few times I thought a mistake was made was really my fault. They are professional and their staff is very friendly and even recognizes me. If you are in downtown, liberty heights, or sugarhouse, this is the cleaner for you :)

I had a funeral of a dear friend that I was unaware of, I needed to get my suit done that afternoon to get to the viewing that night. Continental came through big and got it done in two hours and it looked great. I was able to get there that night because of the helpful employee’s going out of there way to rush my suit through. They’ve won me over.

We were in the middle of our wedding festivities and my grand daughter somehow got lotion on her satin dress. I ran into the cleaner wondering what I could do? They took it and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, it was dry cleaned and ready to go. All set for the reception the next day. I really appreciate their willingness to help.

I took in a couple coats and a shirt and they were very polite and quick to get my items back. I’ve taken my coats to one other dry cleaner and I honestly believe they just sprayed febreeze on my coat and kept it over night but continental cleaners did an amazing job and actually cleaned and pressed them. I definitely will be back again.

Words cannot express my gratitude. I called multiple dry cleaners to get my suits pressed for two events, one the same day and the other the next day. Everyone told me no, except for Continental Cleaners. I highly recommend their cleaners for both customer service and incredible professionalism.

I took an expensive down North Face jacket in that I spilled a bunch of scented oil on. They warned me that oil is hard to get out so I didn't have high hopes. Two days later I picked it up and they had totally gotten the stain out. I don't know what they did but it was like magic!

I brought 1 merino sweater there, 1 merino cardigan, 1 suit pants and they all got back to us not that clean and worse they all shrunk!!!! I bought 2 of the sweater the same day and brought one of them there, and compare them after yup it shrunk... I will def not go there again!!!

Such a friendly business. I just landed for a wedding and my white dress shirt was looking pretty bad. I gave them a call and they were able to squeeze me in with a clean and press same-day. The shirt came out looking almost new!

Best dry cleaner in town. They are always friendly when I drop off and pick up clothes. My stuff turns out great every time. They have gotten out some stains that I thought were never coming out and saved my clothes!
