0 stars would do. Customer service is a foreign language to these people! If you call for delivery be prepared to wait 90 to 120 minutes for your food to arrive even though the lady says "about 30 minutes". Also if you order over the phone to collect, the 15 minutes they say you can collect you need to add at last another 30 minutes unless you want to stand around and wait. No point in calling for collection at this place, might as well buy in the shop. I have been buying from here many times and can confidently say I have not experienced this this type of service at any other establishment!! Note also that their food arrives cold most of the time, I think it's because they wait until they have enough deliveries. The short guy in the front who also delivers occasionally, not sure if he is the owner, but he is extremely arrogant, does not listen to customers nor respects his employees, I thought maybe it was just me but do yourself a favor and check the other reviews before considering eating here. When they opened again after hard lock down their prices skyrocketed but their customer service is downright disgusting. They have lost a loyal customer. This must be the rudest owners I have ever met in a fast food supposed to be customer friendly store..after enquiring about a meal ordered one of the owners by the name of Abdul gave me sarcastic replies on my query and sent very very rude voice notes to my whatsapp saying i always have problems and if its like that i shouldnt order from them anymore whereas they are always taking more than 90 minutes to deliver an order dont send utensils or serviettes but im the problematic one and then to end it off he blocks me from their whatsapp!!!!!!!! Baddest service ever!!!!!!!!! I always loved their food but I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone anymore!!!!!!!!!and this is not the first all of them who work behind the cash draws and takes your orders have bad attitudes the drivers are the nicest employees. Bought at continental like my 5th time live 3min away and for so reason they will deliver my food over an hour later and when I call this rude lady answer and I think that because she is the owner she has all the right to speak down in her customers ,order the curry Gatsby and get a roll with curry sauce food is cold and I get told I must wait…get that lady out from behind the counter and do something about the food that people speak so highly of that just keeps disappointing every single time . When you place a telephinic order make sure the person taking the order repeats it back to you because you might not get what you ordered. Then when you complain about the lack of courtesy rendered to you for changing the order you without your consent they have an attitude and resort to fighting with you over the phone and calling you over and over. I believe that anyone that deals with customers on the phone should be trained on the basic telephone etiquette, because if the person I spoke to was, this entire mess could've been avoided.

The service is quite pathetic , i have had numerous occasions were I have asked for no sauce on gastbys , chiproll and got it with sauce . I then asked for a replacement and the lady at the front desk gave me attitude of how i should type properly , give clear instructions. Today i wanted to place a order for a whole gastby and i only wanted half sauce and half no sauce and she quoted '[10/26, 18:15] Contential: Either no sauce on whole gatsby or sauce [10/26, 18:15] Contential: Up to you ' And then i just canceled it and she said okay . She has failed to accommodate the customer . They have lost a sale from me and future sales.

The service behind the counter was unprofessional the short old man was speaking to the lady who was busy assisting me had basically spoken over me. Ordered a small hake and chips and a chiproll the fish was overcooked and far from being fresh it was so dry and felt like I was eating sand the chips tastes like it was fried in the same oil as the fish was really nothing to boast about wish I could give it no stars but unfortunately I have to give the 1. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hi, the food is good however the main lady answering the phone is the most disrespectful individual you can find. Clearly doesn't know how to speak or treat customers and for that loyal good customers, neighbours will not support this cafe one practically grew up with. This type of treatment is the very reason why one should think twice. If there was zero s to rate, I would have opted to use it. What a great dissapointment. I have never witnessed an individual speaking to customers this way. Sjoe.

Their food is great, however they have little professionalism. The woman who answered the phone was yawning during our call and sounded very disinterested in my order. To prove my point, she gave the delivery guy the wrong address. You'd think they'd show a bit more enthusiasm and interest in their customers given that so many businesses are relying on customer support to stay in business. Learn to value your customers and train your staff!!!

Don't get what this people are on about the owner being moody or arrogant etc. The owner was nice he greeted me and took my hand and asked me what would I like. This place makes nice Gatsby I will put it up there with Golden dish. Although I like my Gatsby chips to fall out when I unwrap it, I would've given it 5 stars if my Gatsby was like that. But overall by far the nicest and neatest fast food place I went to thus far.

I was running late and needed to take dinner to my sister's neighbor's 3 students. The courteous manner i was received, was heart warming. The cook came from the back to explain how long the meals will take and the young lady is a huge asset to the family based business. I will definitely buy from them again as the food looked delicious and beautifully prepared. I will next time buy for my family.

The food is tasty and portion size is good. Samosas are nicely priced for the size one gets. Definitely recommended. Service is quick and they are customer friendly. Atmosphere is decent, place is clean and open for fresh air. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Service is usually good. The Gatsbys are really great to top it off they offer free delivery that’s usually quite fast as well. Only downside is the waiting time if you’re phoning a order in. They preferably make the chips etc only once you’ve arrived which is great for hot fresh food but not when you’re in a rush.

Such a disappointment. My company has ordered from you for months and never paid delivery fee because of the amount that order. This was said by driver and when confirmed our first order. To top it off we ordered steak and cheese gatsbys we might as well have ordered chip rolls with the sauce of the steak not even sight of cheese.

Great place to get a quick bite and authentic cape cooking. The polony Gatsby is off the hook even though it was several years since I ate polony, blame it on a scene from Bad Boys.
