On 13th September 23 I ordered a scarf from Cooshti as a birthday gift for my daughter who was in the process of moving home ready to start college. The parcel arrived and I passed it to her unopened. A few days later on her birthday 20th Sep she opened it only to discover they had sent totally the wrong item - a pair of green plastic waterproof trousers. By this time I was on holiday in Greece. My daughter was very busy sorting out her new home, enrolling and finding out about college. From Greece I made contact with Cooshti and they refused to send the correct item - the sarf - that I had paid for until the incorrect item had been returned. It felt as though they did not trust that we would return it. When I returned from Greece I saw my daughter and tried to return the parcel using the return slip provided. The Post Office said it was not one of their barcodes. I explained this to Cooshti who said I had used the wrong label - it was the only one in the package. They then emailed another label and I posted the item back to them. Even at this stage they would not send the item until my return had actually arrived, even though they could see it had been posted. Finally today 10th October 23 the item I ordered has arrived and my daughter likes it - so 1 star. Cooshti were kept informed about my feelings about the way they dealt with this. They did apologise in their emails but their actions during this saga speak louder than words, I will never order anything from them again.

After buying from them many times (spending alot of money!) I contacted them when the stitching on a pair of sweatpants was undoing on both pockets. I requested a refund or exchange but they refused as I reported the issue on 21st March and had purchased in November. Going over the 12 week return time. I did comment that they were a Christmas present so hadn't been worn for long but they were not interested. They said I could return for repair or have a refund of £18 towards repair costs. I requested the refund and haven't heard from them since. They have previously only responded to my chaser emails. They have lost a customer but , unfortunately, I don't think they're bothered.

On a quiet Saturday morning, I Bought a lovely bag that had an upper price point. Unfortunately the two people working had a laxadasical, unfriendly attitude, presenting rudely with zero manners and poor customer service. The young man behind the main desk till threw down my new bag, and when I said I hoped it wasn't scratched, he scoffed at me and didn't say sorry, flung the receipt at me and didn't say thank-you after I paid. Very disappointing when this shop has been here for years. I used to work in retail so I understand the challenges the public can bring you but I was polite from outset and expecting the very least courteous responses in return. What a shame.

love the stock of brands at cooshti. but the staff always seem quite unwelcoming and too cool for school. one guy was sat on the steps on his phone and other eating a pastry behind the counter for the whole time we were in the shop. they did say ‘bye have a nice day’ but perhaps this is something they have been prompted to do by management. i’ve worked in retail for before and appreciate u can’t always be switched on or will check ur phone every now and again but this just seemed quite unwelcoming and odd especially considering the shops price point!

if you're looking for skate street wear come here, they have chill music and calm people who treat you with respect. they have a good but mildly limeted selection but it's still sick, unfortunately they do not have palace and I knew they wouldn't have supreme but they still have stuff like stussy and champion with some really nice pieces and with a great price. I really recommend going here definitely a good competitor for fifty fifty. 100% going there again

A lot of stock but little customer service ability. Sense that they are too cool to care. Had an experience with a particularly rude staff member that has really put me off going back. Their tone needs addressing; their prices are high and no customer should be taken for granted - though they clearly do a lot of trade online (and I guess they can’t pass so much judgement there).

I'd like to say that the guys at Chooshti have since corrected the problem and were very apologetic for the mistake. There service since address the problem has been very good. Thanks for sorting everything out! [Terrible service so far. The wrong item was delivered (very quickly) and have had no response after repeatedly trying to contact them. Will never purchase from again!]

Item arrived super fast...I'd ordered a few things from a few different companies. I don't keep what I ordered from Cooshti but to return the item to Cooshti was so simple. No fuss at all and the refund was back in my account quick sharp too. Appreciated efficiency. The other companies I returned to were a bit of a scrimmage...

Really friendly and helpful staff plus excellent choice of clothing! First time ever in this store and was worth the trip across town! Great selection of Stussy, Obey, Carhartt and other Skate brands! Would recommend to anyone looking some new garms or shoes! Great little store and would definitely shop here again! Thanks guys!

Best custom service, guy that had to deal with my annoying self deserves more money, that's for sure (just've read on the bill his name's Ollie H., thank you a whole lot mate). A lil narrow choice of obey clothing, which I in fact came for, but that's understandable. Also: many many amazing sneakers and awesome clothes.

Ordered product (a pair of Nikes) in a sale. Good competitive price and that they stocked half sizes. Product was dispatched and arrived next day. Kept informed via emails from confirmation to dispatch. Fantastic. Legit business in Bristol UK, checked via google maps and street view. Very happy.

Some nice stuff in there but hilariously arrogant staff, too cool for school vibes and acting as if it’s an inconvenience that anybody might want to buy something…you work in a clothing shop, pull your heads out of your arses, I spent almost 400 quid in one visit…won’t bother next time ooops

Nice looking products but very poor quality. I bought some very expensive Vejas that lasted me 5 weeks before the back lining broke and I sadly had to throw them out. I guess they were either very old ex display that were being sold as new or fakes.

Good shop with nice gear, the middle aged fella who works couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us on entry or when I said thank you on exit, having bought several bits from there over the years and I just found this really quite rude .

The guy who helped me (Ty?) was very patient, giving me time to try and looking things up for me when I was too undecided about a shoe purchase. Ended up going ahead with it and feeling very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

Only had the item I wanted in a size large so I asked if they knew any other stores which sold it close by. They claimed to be the only store that stocked it. I went on to find it in 5 other shops about a 10 minute walk away.

I have placed an order for a pair of trainers and requested the £7.99 next day delivery and I have not received confirmation when they are to be coming tomorrow. I have also called the company and I have received no answer.

Bought trainers here having searched online for the best price. Ordered them on the Wednesday afternoon and they arrived on the Thursday morning. To top it all off, postage was free!! Great customer service! I'll be back!

Great shop and great staff! Well stocked, good selection of sizes and the staff are always very helpful and friendly especially the young guy on the main till and front of shop, he’s a great credit to the shop.

Good shout for a shopping spree! The staff are friendly and they pack everything you could want in to a small store so you don't have to walk a half mile to find what you want like in Cabot stores.
