This repair shop was very good under the former owner, Jay. Under the current ownership, it has slumped. The new people are rude and ill-prepared to deal civilly with customers. There is no room for rational discussion. He makes it clear that he works under his own rules and schedules (which have no room for inputs from a client). He kept my vehicle for over a week and in fact only started work on it after six days when I called. Then he kept it a further two days. My query as to why it took so long without any word from him resulted in a lecture on why a client has to accept his schedule, etc. He did not give an estimate or estimated time for the repairs but landed me with a seemingly overcharged bill when I picked up the vehicle. Then I had to return to him five minutes later because the problem was worse. His diagnostic costs were more than the repair itself also. His work was not satisfactory and the problem persists with my vehicle. I came back to him but he insists that there will be new charges for diagnostics again even though he had told me that labour and parts had a warranty of 1 year. When I told him I will have another mechanic do the diagnostics, he told me to have a good day and do not come back to him. What poor service!!!

Scam! Took my Honda Pilot amd told me he was going to use high quality parts rather I received a car that is not completed properly and used low grade chase auto parts. The car is still not fixed and when I call him, he has blocked me and hiding in his office when I went to go see him. He is a scam and this this not spam review. This was not a cheap job that I paid him so I will be taking further action. Please save your money and go somewhere else! Update: I am not harassing your clients I want them to know how you are not contacting me back and resolving my car issues. You have time to be on google reviews so you should be able to call me back. We have proof of you posting on fb and Instagram my car that you worked on and now have removed on insta. This is not how business is done and I wouldn’t have to be contacting you this way if you picked up my call . Stop avoiding me and call me back so we can discuss further measures. This is unacceptable behaviour and I am waiting for your call. Please fix the way you run a business.

Went here after my accessory belt went haywire, took it to two shops, one after about an hour of trying gave up, the other straight up turned me down because it was just too complicated. Driving around with no alternator, no coolant system, and just risking everything by possibly blowing my engine. I was lucky to talk to Justin, when he said the job would be done, the job would be done, and it was. He's a man of his word and the name of the establish rings true. Come correct!

I took my car for a service and he damaged my vehicle. He broke off my lock nut and is not taking ownership of the damage he caused. Now I had to pay extra with another machanic to fix the damage he caused. I’m really disappointed with his service as I tried calling and coming to his office but he keeps on avoiding me. He was rude, disrespectful and is bad for business. I advise anyone reading this to go somewhere else unless your looking for bad service.

I took my car here for some exhaust repair/muffler delete work and was extremely happy with the results. I made an appointment with Justin and he had my car done the same day. Price was very fair, the service was great and I’m very happy with how everything went. I recommend to any friend especially those who drive JDM cars. Thanks again Justin!
