I have used Cottman Transmission on several occasions for different vehicles. They've been able to repair some transmissions for me and others have been rebuilt and/or replaced. The most recent replacement was on my 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. They completed the replacement quickly at a pretty reasonable price.
