Merchandise was good and store assistants helpful. However when I went to the billing counter, the cashier told me the amount and asked if I'd like to buy a RM6 cloth bag. When I politely refused he simply pushed the apparel I'd bought towards me and said in that case I'll have to take it as is. I then paid for the cloth bag too. The next moment the customer next to me was offered a paper bag for their purchase. When I enquired about whether they also keep paper bags and if so why I wasn't offered one, the cashier simply shrugged his shoulders and said that he must have forgotten. Such employees bring such a bad rep to the brand's customer experience - no matter how good their sales numbers may be they do more damage in the long run.

One of the best place for promotion hunters. COTTON ON has always been my favourite brand since I bought the first items of them few years ago. Today again before Xmas season, shoes and sneakers to sandals are on sales . Only rm20 and I got a nice pair of sneaker from Rubi a sub brand kf Cotton on. Many other items such as swimsuits for rm50. Many nice shirts for men especially winter clothes for the tourists with active lifestyle. Located in Pavilion so its the most convenient place!

The new branch at Pavilion Elite is huge and combined with Typo. Love the interior plus there's a huge variety of products (rubi, typo, cotton on) to see and bigger space for customers to roam around. Shoutout to cotton on's staff Justin, for making our shopping experience a pleasant one here!

When I was waiting to try on clothes, one person left and so it was my turn.Instead a white woman ran into the room and I told the staff that it was my turn.The staff told me to wait for another room and let the white woman cut in line instead.Not going there anymore
