4 Sept place click and collect online. 4 Sept notified the order is accepted. 15 Sept try through every channel to get an update and get automated responses say orders are delayed. 22 sept go by store, send another email, go on chat again Turns out my order was cancelled on the 17th as they closed the stores. No notification no responses to multiple emails when i asked for a phone number i got ghe same auto response. I was kind of excited, now i regret ever trying to shop with them. Seriously it took 2 weeks to decide to cancel my order and not alert me? I wish i could have just been advised so i could change to delivery, or buy somewhere else. I only shopped through your store cause i figured it was faster than online

Terrible, terrible experience here! I was told I couldn't hold on to the pants I had chosen and was about to buy and they would hold it behind the counter for me until I was ready to pay, it was one pair of pants its not like it was difficult to hold and they didn't make any other customers do this even if they were holding mountains of clothes. Security guard and staff were eyeing me the whole time I got a really terrible vibe here and I won't be coming back.

If you just want to dash in and out, forget about this place. All I want was to pay for the shirt and run to catch my train, but the cashier kept trying to up sale me reusable bags and donating money. Even after I explicitly said I am in a rush. Staff really need retraining on when is appropriate to badger someone to buy extra items. Definitely won’t be coming back to this specific Cotton On store.

I had a pleasant experience at this store thanks to Jorja, had a really great chat and experienced with her while I was at the check out. She deserves a shoutout for the service I received from her. Apart from that, the new NBA collab is amazing!! Such great quality and what’s make it better is the price, so much cheaper than culture kings and the quality is also so much better.

helpful and happy staff, they have a wide range of clothing, accessories and shoes, i love all my clothes that i have purchased from here and other cotton on stores. a large layout makes finding everything super easy and quickly. only problem is lines can be a bit long during the afternoon work rush. i love the top i got here

Absolutely the worst customer service. I stood at the counter to be served for longer than I should have because I was the only one in line. Had 4 staff member around that area and not even one tried to step forward and serve me when they had all literally made eye contact and decided to ignore me. Such a shame.

Staff really friendly, except sadly too busy wanting to chat than remove the security tags from clothes. Bit more attention to detail would be nice, as I've now been told by Cotton On customer service online they cant help and I need to drive a 6 hour round trip back to the store. Useless!

Not impressed with the fashion trajectory that cotton on is heading. Their style too casual, childish, revealing with a lot of add on details. Gone are the days when they are a good option for everyday basics like simple jeans and shirts.

Covid limits on ship capacity is not as visible as other retailers in the centre. No clear entry or exit and only one hand sanitiser station at the front of the store, causing everyone to use the one side to enter and exit. This alone

Best store ever manager was so beyond helpful along with the people that work with him. Because of them I found the exact size. everything was perfect and they told me about additional discounts I did not know about, impressing.

Items were on sale for a good price, bought something for $30. Was able to try it on in the fitting room and it's comfortable. Very nice lady in a hijab helped me at the counter. Only problem, music in here is way too loud!

Haha I walked around here and I think the staff thought I was gonna steal something. Walked out with nothing though. Not a great load of options for dudes but my fellow female homosapiens enjoyed their shopping experience

Lots of varieties in mens, women & kids garments collection at very reasonable rates. Also collection of purse, woolen clothes are good. Worth visiting.

Friendly and helpful staff even if it is near the closing time. They never hesitate to help you find a size or sth you need. Impressive!

Some employees where helpful however no one asked you in the store if you were looking for something like most stores do

It's a Cotton On. It's exactly what you expect, fairly pricey for pretty normal and average stuff.

In future I will try clothing ON! Site. My mishap. Like their budget friendly linen/cotton gear.
