Worst cotton on I have ever been to in my life...mind you cotton on is mt favourite shop and i made that quite obvious when i walked in. an overweight male served me talked rude to his co worker about me didn't let me and my friend go into the same changing room.... I didn't feel comfortable leaving my changing room because of the judgemental prick, didn't even try on all the clothes found a few I loved and didn't buy them absolute disgrace how couldn't such disgusting people Be employed!!!! What employee talks about a costumer rudely in front of the costumers face!! the girl also was involved! THERE WERE 2 EMPLOYEES us and maX 3 other costumers and not one of them asked if we were okay or needed a hand!!!

I’ve always found value at cotton on to be exceptional and have therefore made it a habit to pop into various cotton on outlets over the years. I’ve never written a google review nor had the inclination to but on this occasion I left feeling embarrassed and angry. The store attendant who spoke to me on the afternoon of 31 May was aggressive, condescending and nothing short of contemptuous. I understand completely there is pressure to finalise payments before closing but there are ways to manage this in a manner that is both courteous and respectful. In all my years working with clients, challenging or otherwise I have never felt the need to speak to anybody this way. Disappointed.

If I could put zero stars I would, I had the worst experience this morning at Cotton On Plenty Valley. I was treated terribly and rudely by Tattiana the sales associate. She treated me with disrespect and in no nature to a true sales member. I work in retail and I would never speak to any customers like she did nor to another human being. Waving her hands at me and throwing my purchase at me. I then asked who her manager was, as I was being treated unfairly and she just told me off instead and waved her hands at me. Terrible service hands down worst experience I have had in retail especially during this hard time we should all be kinder.

I had a great experience with a young girl this morning. I felt comfortable and had a chat that wasn't overbearing, the worker was so so nice to me. I hate sales assistants who are really pushy it makes me anxious, but this assistant was awesome. I wish I got her name she was amazing

The range of the clothes at their outlet is fantastic and mostly at affordable rates and if there is any sale.....it is a bonus. Every girl , woman , boy and a man must visit there...you will definitely find something that you always wanted and would can't help buying it..

100 percent the best service I’ve had in years. Alexander is such a kind respectful young man who went out of his way to help my teenager daughter find some new clothes. He is definitely an asset to your cotton on team! Keep up the great work Alexander and thanks again!

Every time just about without fail this store leaves the security tags on the clothes it’s so annoying especially when you don’t live close. The staff need training seriously!!!!
