أنا كنت هناك يوم الجمعة ١٦ مارس و بحاول كل ما افتكر التجربة ما أدخلش أكتب الريفيو بس مش قادر أقاوم الصراحة .. ممممم نبدأ منين : ١. الجو حر جدا للدرجة اللي خلت أطفالي يعيطوا من الحر و دي مش اول مرة كل مرة الجو بيبقى أحر من المرة اللي قبلها و دي تالت مرة أجرب و أديهم فرصة ٢. طلبنا أوردر و الفاتورة هحطها ف الصور و الله مش هنتكلم ع جودة الأكل هو كله نعمة ربنا بس كطعم في مقابل سعر !! عااادي جدا و كمان أقل من العادي يا أخي الجبنة اللي ع البرجر تحسها مجرد معجون ملون بدون أي طعم ٣. الناس اللي ف الصالة من أول الراجل اللي واقف ع الكاونتر اللي بينسق دخول الناس قافش ع الراجل اللي ف الصالة ف الراجل اللي ف الصالة يقولنا ادخلوا و اللي برة يقولنا استنوا .. ف مش عارفين ندخل و لا نستنى .. لما الاوردر نزل اللي بيسرفس علينا افتكر يجيبلنا مناديل وgloves بعد ما بدأنا ناكل و إيدنا اتبهدلت و أصلا الأكل نازل مولع ف الطبيعي دي ميزة إنما مع الساونا اللي كانت ف الصالة ف كانت تجربة ولا أسوأ الصراحة ٤. عشان حد يبصلك أو يسمعك و إنت بتنادي ع الاقل ٥ ست مرات ..طب لفلنا الباقي تيك اواي مش طايقين الحر لدرجة إنهم لو راجعوا الكاميرات هيشوفوني وأنا قايم أسكت ابني برة من الحر و العياط ، ف خد الحاجة و لفها تيك اواي و جايبهملي ف كيسة صغيرة مش واخداهم و مستخسر يجيب الكبيرة عشان بيوفر .. طب انا ف مول و لسة هتمشى .. هتمشى شايلهم ع ايدي زي الصينية ولا يبقو كيس عادي .. مش فاهم وجهة النظر و هل دة سوء تقدير ولا رخامة !! جايز فروعه التانية كويسة .. بس الفرع دة في سوء إدارة لا يوصف !! تجربة سيئة ولا عمري هكررها

Absolutely the worst place ever!! As an American, I am ashamed they even served our family of 4 the food they did. We ordered 2 kids meal, and 2 burgers. The "special sauce" made us physically sick. The mushrooms on the "mushroom" burger were RAW! HAD to ask them to cook them. Fries were COLD AND STALE. Tasted like they were cooked this morning. We even talked with the manager, he offered to cook us "fresh fries" -THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRESH WHEN YOU BROUGHT THEM TO THE TABLE!!! I WISH TO GIVE A *0 STAR* RATING. And for the amount of $ per sandwhich- it's pretty high class.

The best American cuisine in Alexandria I tried Chicago deep dish pizza half chicken and half hotdog with pepperoni it was delicious also the Mac’N’Cheese was juicy and reach. The appetizer plate was great Staff was helpful and warm welcomed. However the thing that I didn’t like was the juice “Sangria” much sugary and full of syrup.

Beautiful place i had the perfect experience everything from the food to the vibes i could not ask for more the nyc pizza especially is a must try the cheese melts so well in your mouth my mouth is watering just thinking about it love this place would definitely visit again next cheatmeal

The food quality is not stable, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Otherwise, there's something weird about their service, the staff are somehow late in responding to everything, showing up to take the orders, serving the food or bringing the check.

We ordered the crispy chicken pizza, mac n cheese, chicken meal, and turkey chicken sandwich. Everything tasted great. In addition, the service by Osama was truly amazing!! Also, the speed of service was good. Highly recommended!! We were a bit hesitant because of the low star rating on google maps but our experience was so good!

Ordered their famous Philly cheese steak deep dish pizza. Never again. It was extremely oily and the meat could not be remotely called a steak. Gave it 2 starts because the mac and cheese was okay but not the best. It's also very overpriced for the food quality they serve.

The food experience was good and the time depend on what u already order but it come just in time the place are friendly and they serve you with smile good place for family members and the price was good enough compared to other restaurants serve the same food

The management is bad, the food is very bad, i took the left over home for my dog and imagine that my dog vomited :) We had all heartburn after eating this fried food.

It’s a nice place to have a good steak! Sadly, the soup could’ve been better and the appetizers were a bit cold. Overall, it was a good dinner, definitely recommend

Overpriced. Horrible service, shoving the utensils to us & took our plates before even finishing, gave us the wrong order & the food didn’t even taste good. Waiters ignored us & then gave us our takeway food all wrong & mixed up.
