A bit dissappinted that a small retail store takes longer than 2 hours to pick one item for a click-and-collect order. After calling in advance I was told that the person who does the click-and-collects has left for the day. I have never had an experience like this before with click-and-collect at any other store. I wasn't sure why it could have just been processed so I wouldn't have to return to highpoint again. I work in a retail store much larger than this one, often with much more complicated orders. My customers would be very unimpressed if I told them that the person who picks the items has left, especially if it was for one pre-paid item. I, too, am unimpressed.

Came shopping here with my mum, she wanted to buy a top. We waited in line at the cash registers for about 25 minutes. The line got so long behind us, I would assume there would be more staff working on the registers. There were a few staff just walking around the shop, putting clothes away. Makes more sense to me to have those staff working the cash registers instead to serve the many customers waiting in line. Had to wait another 10 minutes as the magnetic tag on the clothing seemed to be faulty, and the staff couldnt remove it. Just a frustrating experience overall.

My first time shopping at Highpoint store. Staff are very unfriendly, the queue to pay was almost out the door and only two people at the registers, waited about 20mins before being served and when I approached the register the lady that served me was not very nice, did not smile at all and the other lady was the same. Very unapproachable and demeanour was extremely rude. Will not be going back to that store. Also seeing that the queue was so long no one did anything about it or called anyone to assist when you had 2 other free registers.

So I went to this store because the Doncaster store forgot to remove the security tag off the jumper I purchased. Waited 15 minutes in line to get served. Whilst the sales assistant was checking the receipt & system she was folding the jumper to put it back in the bag without removing the security tag. I had to ask her 3 different times for her to finally remember to remove it. If you can’t remember to remove security tags, don’t put them on.

Feel comfortable and get noticed in Country Road clothing. It is the go to place for clothing that makes you feel good and lasts. It has great seasonal sales where you are always rewarded with a bargain, spend and save rewards and staff who are ever patient and helpful. Although you have to wait in line to purchase (especially during the times I visit), and the change rooms are roomy but hot, country road is my favourite clothing brand.

Very poor service. We were at the store for 15 minutes, none of the staff members bothered to look at us or ask us what we wanted, but they were all standing near the checkout and chatting. Was not welcomed at all and felt racist. I love the brand and the products but this particular store, the service was very poor. Need to better train staff to welcome customers irrespective of race and color.

Had a great experience here the other day. Lots of clothes to choose from and the staff in the change rooms were really friendly. I was only disappointed in that there weren't enough staff on the registers and I had to wait over 10 minutes to finalise my purchases and there was quite a long line of people behind me who probably would have had to wait 15-20 minutes.

Regardless of the day or time, there is always an extremely long and slow moving line for the register. I was after an item today, one of the floor staff advised it was not in stock but I could arrange for free delivery if I ordered it at the counter. The line was 7 deep and barely moving so I gave up. Not the first time I’ve given up, put an item back and left.

Slightly disappointed with my most recent experience! I brought a gift and got him to find the security tag was left on! I had to wait for my next few Saturday and went back to the store a few weeks later only to realise they are now closed for renovations for a number of months Now have to try and travel into the city :(

Terrible app experience, crashed numerous times. Wouldn't let me pay, kind of a fatal flaw on your end. Great customer service on app but unable to fix problem with same. Attended the actual store and was met with poor customer service, huge queues and poor size selection on items on racks. I won't be back.

Not last weekend but the weekend before the service was impeccable, there was the loveliest lady in the womens change room her friendliness and helpfulness was the very best service I've had in years , thankyou for employing such a experienced Lady , well done Country Road .

I always have a great feeling walking into this store knowing that all the staff there that I have experienced, are always amazingly helpful and friendly! Not to mention that beautiful Country Road smell when you are in the store.

They NEVER answer the phone. Tried calling for two days and it just rings out. I even tried first thing on a Monday morning when I though it would be quiet. Phone rang out 10 times. Poor customer service. I felt ignored.

Great experience! I needed a jacket that all stores in Vic where out. A lady (Jamie) was very helpful over the phone and sources that jacket from Darwin. Very satisfied with your customer service.

Tried to call the store to have a pair of slides from Country Road Doncaster transferred across to the Highpoint store, after 23 calls without anyone picking up the phone I decided to give up.

Be nice if they actually answered their phone just once. Tried & tried & tried as needed a dress for my daughter but apparently they are under staffed so don’t answer the phone...ever!!

I miss not being able to visit the store. Always great service and sufficient stocks or the team has always helped to locate a store with stocks or order online.

No service & always a queue at checkout. Staff member was kind of short & not very friendly. Better to buy country road from David jones as it’s faster.

Country Road, at the Werribee Pacific Shopping Centre on Heaths Road, Hoppers Crossing is a great place to shop for men and women's clothing.

I love Country Road clothing and this particular store is definitely a favourite. Great layout and always seems to employ super staff
