This is an edit to the review. I was able to get a hold of someone by sending out a bunch of emails. Although everyone was receptive and helpful, I believe it should not be so hard. I added a star. The remainder of the review remains. Something should be done about the response times. I have been on hold now for over 2 hours. Last week I was on hold for over an hour before I left a message. Made a virtual appointment today and no one showed up. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. If no one is going to answer the phone, stop advertising the phone number. If no one is going to actually meet with us virtually, close the appointment calendar. We work too. Some of us even work for Los Angeles County.
The location is closed due to contruction which started 10/09/2022. They haven't notified or updated google and thwir own county website. The other location they directed close at 11:30 and closed on Friday, saturday and sunday. No wonder the permit take forever to process. Their hourly wage would be higher than the Mayor. What a joke La county
