So I was in from out of town and event at the factory in deep ellum. After exiting the venue I called the company to come send me a cab. 40 minutes passes by no cab shows up. I called again says cabs three minutes away by an automated system. 10 minutes later NoCap call again tell him that I called nobody came they said you didn’t answer your phone when the cab showed up well my phone never rang because no one ever called. So please send me a cab I’m at the factory deep Ellum OK we’re sending a cab 40 minutes later no cab I called again sir the cab is on his way I gave up I downloaded the Uber app and got an Uber the Uber was there at four minutes pick me up and take me to the airport and as I’m at the airport for 15 minutes guess who calls cab company where are you dude we’re there to pick you up three hours later. download Uber it’s quicker it’s easier these guys had one job and I wasn’t even asking for anything special just one thing come pick me up at the nightclub and take me to the airport they couldn’t do it

I have been using Cowboy Cab for over 4 months now, with that being said I have had horrible experiences and wonderful ones as well! I have never left a bad review, and I have never taken the time to write a good one either.. Until now. I met this cab driver her name is Krislyn! She is AMAZING! The very first time I ever rode with her she let me ride up front so that I could finish my makeup! Immediately the conversation and over all vibes from her were phenomenal! She is a true pleasure to be around and if I could only ride in her cab for the rest of my time using Cowboy Cab, I would! She is very accommodating always going above and beyond! Riding with her and talking with her makes my day better! I feel lucky to have met her and because of her I will continue to use Cowboy Cab!

The cab driver missed the pickup and obviously charged me for his getting lost. I had to call the cab company so they could direct him back to the stop. He refused to turn up the heat and was very rude. He charged $10 to drive us a half mile. Don't be disrespected by these goons. Take Uber or Lyft. They don't usually treat you to a most unpleasant experience and you will play a lot less money. I couldn't complete the ride. Shame shame on you Cowboy Scab. you won't be getting another dime of my money. You are a freskshow.

I had a guest call this company around 4am from a hotel and he was told that the driver would be here around 5am. around 5:10am he tried several times to contact the company and no answer. Finally I called from the hotel phone and was told that the driver that was on his way to the location, she couldn't get a hold of and she's looking for someone else to pick this guest up. The lady on the other end of the phone said that she's aware of the situation and suggest patience. I ended this review at 5:40am

I reserved a cab for an early flight. I called 5 mins late, and was told they where trying to find a driver. He called 10mins later and said he was in route, I called 30mins later, was told he was 7mins away. I called 20mins later, and he was almost there and cryi g because there was traffic.. I restated I had an early flight that leaves in 30mins.. Driver hung up and never showed up. I missed my flight, opportunity, and wasted gas and time.

These guys are awful, and consistently lie. I ordered a cab for 11 pm. I called at 11:10 to see how far my cab was and was told it another 15 minutes away. I waited the 15 minutes and called again, and was told to wait another 10. They were late, lied about how far the cab really was, and never even thought to apologize. You're probably better off paying for another company that may cost a few bucks more for the reliability alone.

I was pleasantly surprised. My cab was right on time picking me up for my appointment. The driver was pleasant and accommodating. He didn't just dump me out in front of my destination. He drove around the complex until he found the exact door for me to enter most conveniently. I don't call for cabs too often, but when I do I will definitely call Cowboy Cab Co. every time

The lady on the phone said the cab would be there in 15 minutes, called after 45 minutes and I was told the cab hasn't been found and it would be another 30-45 minutes. I could of taken an hour wait time from the get-go, but the lady on the phone likes to give people false time estimates and hang up on people when they question it -- I guess that's their business policy.

I used to drive for this company. I never had any problems with the owners but one day Yellow Cab wanted to buy Cowboy cab. Yellow wanted the whole cab company. Yellow cab was trying to create a monopoly by buying all the cab companies. The owner was offered $8 million. He said no. About a year later Uber became real successful. I bet he wishes he took that $8 million.

I called this cab service after having a flat tire. I called for a ride but the cab driver got out and changed my tire instead. I'm very thankful for the service. They went above and beyond to help me. I called for a ride but the man got out in the cold and got on the ground to help me. Excellent, Amazing, wonderful, one of a kind cab service! I used this company for weeks while my car was down and out....there was always an issue.....drivers not showing up on time...sometimes they didnt show up at all whit no explination!!.... drivers going to the drop off location for the pick up....drivers running out of gas....drivers have no chang for a cash ride....it was always a mess....use at your own risk!!!

Hey everyone be careful with this company. I was side swiped by one of their driver's. This dude gets out saying oh you're ok and there's no damage, but yet there's a huge dent in my door... Not to mention, he gave me a Fake Insurance Card. I actually had to do some searching to find out if the cab was even insured.....

We are in Dallas visiting from England. After being dumped in the wrong location by a different cab firm a lady rang for a Cowboy Cab for us. It arrived quickly and got us to where we needed to be. Absolutely horrible!!! If i could leave a negative star I would. Please do not use this service do not waste your time! They charge you for mileage when their drivers get lost. They do not stay in communication to let you know your estimated pick up time has changed. Just trashy customer service!!!!

Do not use this cab company, called a day ahead to reserve a cab to go to the airport , never showed up tried calling the driver they assigned to me he never answered the phone , after 15 mins of waiting download the Uber app and had a driver in 4 mins , worst cab company bad business

I had been picked up at a hospital by one of their drivers. I was still very sick. He asked me if I filled his tank, he wouldn't charge me. He overfilled it so much he stank like gas, I felt like vomiting the whole way home. Then he tried to charge something on my card later. Crooks.

Sometimes the service is ok..sometimes it's poor as heck! Either they're late or just flat out arrogant... ONCE I had a good driver... Tonight I'm receiving the worst service I've ever received and the reason for this review.. After tonight I'll never use this cab service again..

Why would I choose to book two days ahead of time, and not choose Uber, to book an early morning ride and come to find out after I called to confirm they still didn’t have a driver when we were ready to leave. No wonder Taxis are dying. Terrible service.

I called for a taxi, got the automated voicemail but they dispatcher called me right back told him the location I was at and he told me the wait time, the taxi driver came earlier then the wait time, & he got me home safely. I love this cab company.

Requested van in advance but got mini van which had no space for my luggage. I had book another UBER for remaining luggage. I gave call to Customer Service and got scolded for booking Cowboys Cabs :). Don’t use Cowboys cab if you have 4-5 bags

Needed a pickup from out past Quinlan to go to DFW. They were the only cab that would pick me up out there. Then, they safely got me through that infamous Dallas afternoon thunderstorm to my hotel. I would definitely use this service again.

Taxi Cabs that have served Dallas Fort Worth since I was a child. They've taken me to Lovefield Airport Taxi, Frisco, every which way you can think of. Family owned and operated don't get much better than that.

I called for a price estimate on a pick up and drop off, was literally on hold for 15 minutes just to be hung up on. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I was able too.

I think I might have been over charged. I was told one price on the phone and was charged double what I was quoted. I never saw a meeter running but it was still better than driving myself around Dallas

I'd give this service 5 stars but I stood there at the train stationeaitinf for almost 5 hours for a driver to pick me up since the train stations had a cut off time between 3 am until 5 am.

Requested cab to be picked up at eating establishment which had been dropped off by the same company but he could not find us. I would recommend using lyft and they were there in 2 minutes.

Got a job here and they couldn’t find a taxi that worked for me, ended up on the side of the rode with dead engine. Vehicle stalled in 35mph lane. Just use Uber Lyft or Somebody Up To Date

I had to take a cab after the snow storm in Dallas, Feb. 2021. The driver did not wear a mask, he looked dirty, long hair matted and not combed and coughed in the cab.
