Pay attention to the negative reviews, I sure didn’t. Was looking for a reliable service center, but — overall —they lack professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail here. You can tell them exactly what you want; they’ll promise to update you along the way and treat you nicely to get you in the door to hand over your keys, only to perform services you explicitly said not to do. They’ll leave your car dirty and knock your dash cams around after servicing it and have the nerve to say “There’s no proof it wasn’t like that when you brought it to us”. I have dash cams… All you have to do is clean up after yourself and apologize for the oversight but you’d rather treat people like the dirt you leave behind while scamming them. Hate I wasted I my time, effort, and money thinking this place was worth it. Take your car elsewhere. Edit: I’d already provided a detailed explanation of my rating via their persistent, automatic customer service inquiry system via text. My direct calls and messages went unanswered and I was avoided, all until they chose to follow up and ask me to leave a google review. No need to go through any more hoops with people I no longer trust. You should’ve tried to work this out before asking for a public review. Also, come to find out, the unnecessary installation they did fixed absolutely nothing. Gauged me for a non-issue. Do not trust Justin nor Hamat (or whatever his name is). Detailers couldn’t spot a mountain right in front of them. This place is a scam. Here I was thinking one star was too low considering the young lady at the front desk was so helpful. She was the only good thing about this visit. Do not trust these scammers to take care of your car.

The maintenance was good, however the sales associate was not very professional. When I arrived he was on the phone and didn’t even take a second to acknowledge me. I understand he was with a customer but eye contact would have been enough, I waited for over 10 minutes before he could get to me. I had an appointment, so I think that I take the time to make the appointment the least that could be done is to receive me at my appointment time, I was also not happy that when he did talked to me he spoke to me in Spanish, is not that I didn’t understand him is the fact that he assumed I did and to me that is only because of the color of my skin that he assumed I spoke Spanish. I understand it very well but my first my spoken languages are English and Portuguese.

I wanted continue to service my autos in cowboy dealership but service Personnel John Penas behaviour changed my mind. He charged me $86.06 and $9.14 for miscellaneous jut for a break inspection. What is the miscellaneous? In an inspection? He handwritten a bunch of outrageous charges for other works of which some are not needed at all when I went to check the same in Sports city Toyota where they gave me $30 to $40 less on each repair. He was very much in a frowning mode when I came to get an appointment last week as well as yesterday. I’m very much disappointed in with this guy. I spent over $1000/- for repair works at Sports city yesterday. for your dealership.

review of service center: decent service but as customary with captive dealerships, ridiculously overpriced. was quoted $287 for a passenger side mirror assembly replacement which I was able to purchase off brand within the same delivery window for $60. yes the Toyota brand quality is better but doesn't justify a 5x price point in my opinion. the real kicker was being quoted $300 for the labor just to replace the part, which i was quoted by several other mechanics at $40-55 and got done for $40 by a high quality mechanic. That price gouging is absolutely ridiculous (guy claimed it was high due to inflation. yeah right) and the process to fix it took about 15 minutes.

After driving the vehicle home, I noticed oil on the windshield, after further research I discovered that the engine bay had oil splash all over it including the wiper blades and windshield. I called the service department and they reviewed the cámaras. The tech “accidentally” had the trigger pulled on the oil gun when he pulled it out of the engine and splash oil all over the engine. Toyota refused to make it right and only offered to pressure wash the engine. This was a terrible experience, it cost me $12O the have the engine bay cleaned with degreaser by hand. No pressure water used. Use their service department at your own risk, you were warned.

I took my car in for the annual inspection plus it was making a noise when the car would go over a rough spot on the road, more so when the car would body roll with going over the bump. The dealership called to say they couldn’t find anything. I had already looked on the internet and felt 99% sure I knew what it was. I went to pick up my car and told Carlos what I thought it was and with rolling eyes he offered for the mechanic to ride with me for which he heard the noise. I told him what I thought the problem was and he agreed. Took it back to the dealership and he was able at that point to fix the problem, but it took me to diagnose it.

I am the spouse of the person that took our vehicle in for service. I wrote a review on both Google and Yelp last week. You can see it in full on both site reviews. Stop overcharging and taking advantage of customers. You only turned the rotors on our vehicle and charged $500 labor. No new rotors, brakes or pads. Nothing! While we called two other Toyota dealers afterwards and their cost wasn't even half of your charge. I don't care if you or the others are independently owned. Do fair pricing and stop taking advantage of us and our community. We trusted you. Never again. I would rate you a zero if I could. Just shameful .

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I went there for getting my cars active recall, 2022 Toyota Camry, looked at after making an appointment and at first they told me to wait and after 2 hours said that the part was not there!!! This was AFTER I called them up and requested this info, so they rescheduled and I went again 2 weeks after and they made me wait again for 3 Hrs this time with no part there!! Absolutely the worst experience of my life! As I write this review, till this day the car part has not been replaced and everytime I call, they say service has ordered and they ll call me back but been a month

Cowboy toyota service department has been a very exceptional experience for me the last 3 times my family and brought our cars in. I have changed from other toyota dealer service to Cowboy. Cowboy is fair and provide great service. Their waiting are is extremely roomy , updated, and clean. Restrooms are exceptional. They have vending machines and a lounge area. Also an area to sit and work if needed. Most importantly they don't price gouge you like the Toyota dealers nearby. They seem honest and fair. This is my experience so far, and wanted to share.

I originally gave this service center 1/5 because I felt forgotten a couple of instances. I am re-reviewing them to 4/5 because I gave them another chance and decided to service my car with them today. The experience was as quick as is should be even with many other customers, and the service manager today was very responsive. They went the extra mile and washed my car after the service, and this was after 5 pm. After two other separate bad experiences I cannot give 5/5 but I want to be fair so I can say that I would recommend after this experience.

I was very disappointed withbthe childish act soneone did in that facility. I am from the east coast, Washington dc and i had my flags on my window, someone cut my flags with an exacto knife or something bcuz i was a clean down the line cut . I bought my truck there and when i am rrady for a new vehicle or a trade i will bot be coming back to that toyota . Plz check the cameras to see who did this and fire them bcuz that is someone's property.

Was not a great experience. The staff was clear that they could not think of anything other than closing time. Don’t allow them to schedule your appt at 2 pm on Saturday or you will probably go through the same thing we went through. Customer service should be rethought. I believe the only welcoming individual was the one who handed us our keys to leave the building. I, from now on, will be taking my maintenance elsewhere.

Went to cowboy Toyota for my routine 5000 mile maintenance. They were very quick to service my car upon arrival and followed my schedule appointment time. The staff were very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. Everything that needed to be done got done quickly and efficiently! Thank you, cowboy Toyota for servicing my brand new vehicle and leaving it for me to continue drive in tip top shape!

I brought a Prius in for a pre-purchase inspection and I was quite satisfied with the inspection. However, one of the employees there hit a post and dented in the passenger door. The service manager informed me that Cowboy Toyota had caused the problem and would completely cover the door replacement expenses. I would have rated the service with 5 stars if the accident had not happened.

I was told that the recall work would take about 2 to 3 hours so I decided to leave my car and come back .When I called back up there after three hours I was told it was going to be another hour before I get my car. I was very unhappy for this reason because I had made other plans and had other things to do .I had to make other arrangements to get around because I didn’t have my car .

The the front staff was good but they haven’t checked one of the thing I asked them. I asked the to check my power steering they haven’t checked it but the Manager assisted me but It would have be nice to get it checked by a technician. One other thing I noticed was my car exterior was not cleaned I am not sure if they do it here but all the other dealerships I have been have did it.

Great customer Service by Bobbie. She’s helped me before, great person. She was able to get us in last minute without an appointment. I do have to say that my Highlander did not receive the complimentary car wash at the end of the service. Out of the 5 times I’ve been there for an oil change, only once did they wash our Highlander. Besides that good service, thank you.

For the eighth or ninth time I tell them I need synthetic oil which is good for 10,000 miles, and I'm assured that's what they'll use. I pick up my vehicle, look at the window sticker telling me when it's due for oil change again, it's 5000 miles. I really don't have patience for this and probably will not return to Cowboy Toyota. I appreciate your attempts.

Was not impressed. Granted it was just for an oil change but none greets you. Huge waiting line only one person work it. No car wash and I ask for estimate replace bumper cover was told it have be emailed confirmed email with them before leaving. No got email or phone call. I went in for an oil change, but I was too early, I had 5,000 more miles to go. Justin checked out my systems, battery, rotated my tires, and washed my car for $30. He answered all my questions about hybrid vehicles, all with a smile. He never tries to sell me anything I don't need. I will continue to go back to Cowboy Toyota.

The problem with my vehicle was other than what I thought. The analysys testing proved to be beneficial, and the cost was credited toward the repairs. It was end of business, so they provided me free shuttle home and back to the dealership service center. My car was repaired first thing that morning. I couldnt believe it!

They were able to do my oil change but was unable to verify any of my warranty coverage so everything else that needed performed, had to wait as I wasn't paying out of pocket for repairs that should be covered under warranty. DJ was great but the processes are not so great.

Went to have key made. The wrong key was made tried to charge me almost 500. But they charged me close to 200. Program the key and car a upprogramed the original key. Now I have take off work to get the situation fixed. I am disappointed. I usually get great service.
