Bob is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have visited his store twice for my bike, the price is reasonable and the quick turn around time helps me resolve the problems with my bike faster than the traditional bike stores, moreover his location is so close to my home. Also Bob explains and educates me how to fix the problem which I think next time if same thing happens to me I probably can try to fix by myself. Glad we have Bob around our area.

I have a Jetson Bolt Pro, my back tire went flat which is not easy to replace! Tiny 14” tube, heavy hub motor, caliper breaks got in the way… Bob had it done in 30 minutes. And he charged me less than $50! Right now, he runs the business out of a trailer in his driveway, after finishing his day job, but he’s extremely professional and has all the elements of a brick-and-mortar store.

Do you need a knowledgeable person that’ll treat your bike with the love and care that your investment deserves? Then this is the best bike service shop in Silicon Valley, maybe even the whole state. Bob and his wife are knowledgeable, friendly and just all around good people, who really go above and beyond what is expected of them. I think I’ve found a bike shop for life.

Amazing experience! My bike's wires were routed wrong, Bob fixed in only a few minutes and in addition gave it a complete check-up! Seat was loose, tires needed air and handlebar wasn't in the right position, really great service and Bob is an awesome guy!

So found Bob/Coyote Cycles when all the bike shops were a 3 week list. He was great, flexible, mobile and we could really talk about bikes and what made the most sense for us. He is fairly prices too.
