It all started with Craig going the extra mile from day one, I arrived at his office to collect a projector and I had missed him as I was caught in traffic on the Monash. I rang him and he turned around and came back to let me in. What a great customer experience I then had the projector longer as I needed to head to South Australia for a funeral. Craig was very understanding and said ‘you bring it back when you are back in town’. A person of great empathy, I must say every communication I had with Craig, he was very helpful and accommodating. Then to top it all off I arrived there today expecting to pay more as I had the unit for an extra week, he said ‘don’t worry about it’ I highly recommend Craig to anyone wanting to hire equipment from him. I hired a projector and a screen from Craig about a month ago for my wedding. We were going to use the devices only for one day, but needed to leave it at the wedding venue a few days prior as a preparation. Craig was friendly, approachable, and very flexible with our needs, and graciously gave us an outstanding deal. The projector worked without a problem, and we were able to show the contents clearly in a well-lit room. Also, don't worry if you are not familiar with these devices; Craig will take you through step-by-step on how to use them. We sincerely appreciate Craig's flexibility, and will absolutely recommend this place in any opportunity that may come across (in fact, I already have).

I booked the Photo Booth for my party, it took them two hours to set up and then found out, they used normal paper for printing. It was pretty low quality. I wished I would have known before hand. My family and friends didn’t even want to use it afterwards. We also booked the karaoke machine, the lists of songs we wanted to sing was not even there. It was more a jukebox than a karaoke machine. We didn’t even get to sing. I wasted $880 for the package. This would have ruined my night, if it wasn’t for the venue place recommending one of their DJ for my party. I would not recommend people to hire the photo booth. I got no reimbursement for not using their equipment for the night.

If you are looking for excellent service and great quality equipment look no further. Craig Williams Promotions was brilliant! We hired the party karaoke jukebox for a kids / family party. It was not too big and bulky but packs a punch with a great speaker (with volume control) and 2 mics for the classic duets. I knew the kids would be able to use it - but even us oldies found it very easy to navigate and simple to use. Adjusting the volume to suit was easy and even 80 year old Grandma found her own song to get up and sing - so it suits everyone. We will definitely be having Craig and his equipment back for another party and highly recommend.

Highly recommend using Craig Williams when hiring a jukebox. The service was great, friendly, punctual and reliable. We found the instructions and explanation easy to follow. The music selection was great for our party as was the karaoke choices. We did have to scroll from A-Z to find a song for the Karaoke but there may have been a faster option that we did not use. The sound quality, screen size and lights on the Wurlitzer jukebox were fabulous and created a great focal point for the party. I also added additional lights to create the ambiance I was after.

We hired the Wurlitzer-style jukebox for a 50’s themed party. Craig and his team were very accommodating and flexible, and very keen to ensure all our needs were met. The delivery and pickup was well organised and on time. The jukebox offered a range of 50s/60s tunes which we used in manual select and random play mode. We were able to Bluetooth our mobile devices to extend selection. The sound quality and output was more than adequate for the venue. Would highly recommend as an excellent way to make your party shake, rattle and roll!!

We hired the Karaoke/Jukebox for our New Years Eve Party. l contacted the company it was very professional from the start to the booking, drop off and pick up. We were shown how to use the jukebox, which is so easy to use. We are so happy that we decided to book the jukebox as it added such a great atmosphere. Excellent party pack! Collected Craig’s Karaoke jukebox party pack for hire for a ten year old birthday party. The kids had loads of fun singing and dancing to all the latest top 40 hits. They had the option to either play songs from any era or select karaoke for the lyrics. The speaker was great as had Bluetooth connectivity so people could also play from their devices from a play list. The pack included a disco light to create a fun party atmosphere. Craig was very professional in showing us the various options of karaoke/juke box units at his showroom. We settled on the Wurlitzer-style Karaoke Jukebox and included a disco light. Craig delivered, set up and explained the machine on time and without any issues and threw in an extra disco light! We hired the Wurlitzer Style Jukebox and the twin cocktail slushy machine for a 50th themed party. Service was great. The party was on Saturday night and they delivered on Friday afternoon, and pick up Sunday afternoon. Explanations on how to use were clear. The drinks were popular and plentiful. We hired a speaker on a stand that we connected to an ipod for music, a projector connected to a laptop for a slideshow display with pull up screen and we also hired a flashing light to add atmosphere for dancing after speeches for a 21st

Craig is a lovely, trusting person. The whole experience was stress free and went so smoothly. I was called two days prior to delivery to arrange a time. He was on time, set everything thing up and was so patient explaining it all to me.
