2017: I went to see Dr Matin for the first time as I was very unwell and couldn’t get an appointment with my usual doctor. The nurse took my measurements and weighed me as they do with all new patients. My BMI showed I was slightly overweight. So instead of asking why I’m seeing him today he started with, you’re BMI is high you need to loose weight. I’m 73 kg. A chart might show I’m overweight but everything else says I’m healthy as a horse. All while I’m sweating with fever and in a ridiculous amount of pain. I ignored it and started to state what was wrong. Severe sore throat, ear, stiff neck and bad head ache as well as a fever I couldn’t get down. Due to an old back injury since I’d been in bed my back was also very sore. He told me I had laryngitis and proceeded to prescribe me with antibiotics if I wanted them. I said I would wait a couple more days as I’m not keen on antibiotics. But I did ask if I could get a prescription for panadeine as my back is really sore and with all the pain I’m in I can’t move at all. He told me he doesn’t prescribe panadeine to new patients...WHAT?? I have a pre exisiting back condition, I’m in pain and my usual doctor is always helping me with my pain management. I told him Im on a care plan and see and osteo but at the moment I’m too sick to move and do my exercises. He continued to say no and I started to cry in the surgery. He then said that laryngitis shouldn’t keep me in bed and that seems a little extream. I was extremely saddened by the poor commitment to helping his patients and will never go there again. It was one of the worst experiences. I then went to another doctor that same night (Hanson road) and they could see how much pain I was in and actually checked my back to make sure it was in fact inflamed. And happily prescribed me antibiotics as well as panadeine forte for the pain. I have never been so offended in my life and would never return to that practice and neither will my family. Very poor service Edit: Of course when I could I went and saw my usual family doctor. Who, once checked me out, organised me to go straight to the hospital and they discovered I actually had viral meningitis. Hence the neck pain, head ache and why my back was inflamed. So being brushed off by a GP was just wrong.

Never get your bloods taken by Arshdeep Kaur...she's rough, rude & arrogant. Definitely not equipped for this type of work. Her communication skills are poor. Otherwise the clinic & the Dr's & staff are wonderful people. My regular Dr is Dr Jaganath Chatterjee who is very interested an concerned about his patients. He does follow ups an it's considerate of patients also to show interest in their own health by asking questions. Dr's are not magicians but Dr Jaganath Chatterjee in my opinion is one of the best out there. Been seeing him approx 7 years. A gentleman an someone I know I can trust.....Respect goes both ways. I'm not going to change my review but add to it. I were informed last week that the bloods attendant who took my blood was another who had actually used Arshdeep Kaur's name to cover herself an her rotten behaviours. That other person was sent to the clinic by Clinical Labs but she's no longer working at CMC so we can all feel safe again. If anyone ever feels unsafe or intimidated, please don't keep quiet about it as the dr's and a few at the front desk really do listen. I usually talk with the regulars Lina or Kumar even our sweetheart Traci because no horrible experience should remain a secret.

Went to see Dr Jagannath Chatterjee tonight, and was really unimpressed with his treatment, my father has just recently passed away and he showed me no care or compassion, and was very impersonal with his consultation. Didn’t once ask about my mental health or if I needed anything just printed a certificate and sent me on my way. I understand that everyone has bad days but he was very disrespectful and showed no empathy towards my situation. I was left feeling very upset and disappointed as I have always found the drs at Craigieburn medical centre to be very compassionate and caring. Drs are meant to build rapport with their patients, to care for them and to provide help to all situations, both mental health and physical, they are meant to be someone you can seek help from in difficult situations but Dr Jagannath on this occasion has really left me feeling upset, and disgusted by the care I was provided. I hope that he can be passed on this message and learn from this, as I would not want this care to be given to any other of his patients. I do not want to give this medical centre a bad rating as all other times I have visited the care provider to me has been amazing.

Worst clinic in Craigieburn. Visited on the 1/5/2023. The staff are rude to the point of being aggressive. They don't seen to know what's going on even for general enquires, and any information given is conflicting (to which they then blamed each other for, and then took it out on me). Also, Dr Chatterjee, another doctor, and a female member of staff (a large lady, possibly a nurse) stood around in full ear-shot of everyone in the reception area 'gossiping' about another person and commenting on this persons lack of intelligence. This is not the sort of thing that should be discussed in public. Ever. So unprofessional, and, quite frankly, it's disgusting behaviour for so-called medical professionals dealing with the public to engage in. Also, the clinic is dirty (the floor is atrocious with stains all over it.) The reception desk has old sticky tape residue everywhere from posters that have now been pulled down. The chairs are old and in terrible shape, and the walls need at least a fresh coat of paint. All of that, plus the attitude of the staff make me wonder why this place is still in operation. Won't ever recommend this clinic to anyone.

Every time I’ve been I have waited over an hour to be seen. My most recent visit, i was booked in with Dr JagganathI waited over an hour and was the last to be seen even after people who had arrived/ walked in after me. Once in the doctors room, he asked me what was wrong and what medication I wanted.. Which is super unprofessional!! Said my chest and everything was clear even though I’ve been coughing up chunks of phlegm and can’t sleep at night because of the coughing. They are the WORST doctors and quite frankly should be shut down! My partner visited a couple of weeks ago with back pain to which they gave him Panadol and told him he was too young to have any problems, he went and had scans and turned out he has damaged his L1, L2, R1, R2 and slipped discs through his back. i don’t know where these doctors came from but it’s as if they’ve been pulled out of a cereal box.

I would have given zero star if there is an option. This feedback is regarding Dr.Nahar. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She is not at all empathetic towards her patients. I took my sister to her as she preferred female GP but that was the wrong decision. Being in medical profession, she should understand patient's problem and not being judgemental and go with the bookish theory only. Her first preference is to not touch the patient as if she will get infection from the patient. We went to her for our second appointment and she said 'NOW WHAT'. Hope she reads this feedback and will change her attitude towards patients so that patients really get the treatment what they should get. Otherwise, Dr Khan, other doctors and receptionist team are really nice and they care about their patients. My rating is for Dr.Nahar only and not for the clinic.

I am coming here since 2019. Have seen Dr. Sarfaraz kailani (now moved) and then i was seeing Dr. MATIN until i moved 2023 jan. Never had an issue. Until my recent record transfers. I was talking to her on the phone and keeping me on hold for 20 minutes she asks me my reciept number to which i said please check your email on 6th july its already sent. Then all of a sudden she got frustrated and asked me to calm down to which i replied i am calm when i was talking to her politely and she just disconnected. It was a very bad response and i am very disappointed with her behaviour.Her name was cicilia or cicilian and i was shocked to see how Badly she treats the patients. She should be immediately removed since she has zero patience to deal with people over the phone.

Hope owner of this clinic take this seriously. I use this clinic for the last 4-5 yrs. Receptionists having no idea how to manage patients. I have an appointement today with Dr. Khan and out of 3 receptionist one told me to wait outside of room 8. I waited for 30 min and I heard my name from reception area. I went back to reception again and by the meantime they sent other patient to the doctor. I raised my concern to receptionist and she was very very rude and me told nothing much she can do. This is not first time that happen. I understand that due to high demand of patients it is not going to impact anything on their business however this is a perfect example of how to loose their regular patients. I will not recommend anyone to go to this clinic.

Dr Dora Shirin is such a rude and arrogant doctor I have ever seen in my life. I had an appointment at 9:00 am and she called me at 9:10 am and exactly at 9:19 am she said to me your time is up. I have not seen anywhere that the doctor time is just 9 minutes. What is this behaviour, if the patient is asking you questions it might be silly or not a big issue then how can you interrupt in between and say ask next time? In the whole conversation, she gave me so many answers sarcastically rather than being polite and professional. Now, I can understand why this clinic has very bad rating.I didn't believe on the rating before.

Waited an hour past my appointment time only to find out Dr Matin had let a random man into the room under my name. Never asked this man's name or anything, so he went through the entire appointment using my name and my file. Then after explaining to him that I've been suffering memory loss, confusion and dizziness for a few weeks he claimed I just had a headache and to take Panadol. Wasn't aware they were handing out the qualifications to become a doctor in cereal boxes, but I genuinely can't imagine any other way that man became a doctor.

Pathetic service. I already had letter from my doctor from nz about pregnancy scans and just went there to get referral for that to get scans done. Firstly,the doctor ( Dr Chatterji) was so rude to talk to, asked irrelevant questions if i own a house or renting and wasted my time .and inspite of being told by the receptionist two times that I will be charged $70 for the consult but ended up charging me $100 without any valid reason. Ready to rip you off. Heights of unprofessionalism .

Worse clinic in Craigieburn don’t attend unless you want to wait 40-50 mins after your appointment until you are seen. Even made an appointment with Dr Sekhobe at 9:30am thinking it’s his first appointment and surely I’ll be called in on time. Nop! He rocks up late himself knowing full well he has his first patient at 9:30am. Absolutely ridiculous! No understanding of the concept of time whatsoever or that we have better things to do then waste our time.

I can see online they have multiple doctors available for appointments tomorrow, one doctor seems to be available from morning to night. My two year old son is telling me he has a sore ear and yet because he has never been to the clinic before these ‘doctors’ will not see him. By the looks of it they will be sitting around for most of the day tomorrow because their online appointments show they have availability for hours. Absolutely disgusting.

Full credit to this clinic for its regard for patient health and safety. Even though most now are relaxed with Covid restrictions lifted, CCMC are still vigilant and that's something that many seem to have placed to the back of the queue. It might seem to some as being overly cautious, but if you lost someone like I did during the peak of the pandemic, the caution exercised at CCMC is justifiably necessary in keeping the community safe.

Well few doctors I have seen at this clinic are nice but the problem are the receptionists so much attitude rudeness on phone! I will no longer attend this clinic. I rang this morning to cancel my morning appointment and was told in future I should let them know earlier well duh how early can I call when your centre opens at 9am and I rang 9:07am to notify you for my 9:15am appointment. Same with male receptionist so rude no manners!

Worst experience ive ever had in a medical clinic, Walked into the Dr looking to make an appointment, was turned away due to not being a current patient. Told i had to go back to my regular Dr, after explaining i had just moved to the area and was looking for a mew centre i was still turned away by the disgusting male receptionist that was on. Worst medical centre ever. Still makes u wait 10-15 mins outside before they answer Ur call n let u in. One of the worst Dr is Martin. Wrong guidance wrong medication everytime. Not sure how he is a doctor. Today he prescribed my child coughing syrup for an allergy reaction. Thanks to the chemist who picked up the mistake and gave me the correct medication. Only Dr Khan is the one who meets patients expectations there.

I came to this clinic was very Sceptical because of the reviews but I’m so glad I went I forgot the doctors name he work afternoon he was fantastic I walked in with my daughter she had sores all over her body he saw her right away waited about 5 minutes I’m so thankful helped her so much with a speedy recovery. staff were really nice at reception. Giving 1 star is being generous, tried making an appointment to remove stitches out of my sons foot and was told he would need a covid test to get the appointment. Im not sure if they are up to date with the world but it would take days to get results and hours in line waiting ridiculous service. Always have issues with this place and would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist indian guy he is super rude over the phone and in person as well. Got really bad attitude. Doesn’t matter what day or time you go to this medical centre he always been the same!! Me and my partner definitely will be looking for another medical centre because of him. And hey unless you are white he is super smiley and friendly.

Dr Lutfun Nahar is an absolute wastage of time. I have never seen such a rude, arrogant & unprofessional doctor in my life. If you are reading my feedback please learn some professional ethics. Seen her twice & both time by mistake & still regret. I always prefer Dr. Khan, such a nice & humble person with very friendly approach .

The receptionists are nice , but one star is for Dr Nahar she makes you uncomfortable when asking something about your health , she talks to you with arrogance and is condescending. I won’t go back to her , everytime I leave the clinic , I have regrets why I didn’t say something to her .She needs to Improve her social skills.

The female doctor I went to see was very in-depth and very professional in her manner and very thorough. Usually some doctors just give you medicine and don't go much into depth about what your cause may be and that's it. But on my first visit to this clinic it was very positive and I felt satisfied with the service.

Pleasant experience. Even though its not a bulk billing GP we really did not care as my toddler was in pain and needed urgent care. The staff treated us with respect and kindness which goes a long way in this day and age. To top off the really nice experience the doctor was really nice and really wanted to help.

I bought my 8 year old daughter to see Dr Yianni . He was the most informative doctor I have seen in a long time. Absolutely fantastic with kids , explained his diagnosis and also explained it in children’s language so my daughter understood ! Absolutely fantastic experience ! We have found our doctor !!

Dr Chatterjee is one of the best doctors that I’ve met. He listens patiently, explains the problem in detail and his advises are always commendable. His way of explaining is so good that my illness related suffering is halved even before starting any medication. We need more doctors like him in the area.

Doctors are always not on time, they book you in for the time even before the doctor reaches the practice. 15 mints past the first appointment of the morning and doctor is not even in the practice. Reception staff is unprofessional and rude and doesn’t give you any clear information or apologies.

Horrible experience, one of the reception staff is super rude and inconsiderate( her same was Celia). The second staff member who helped me was absolutely beautiful. To add on top of this the doctor I was gave me over the counter medication and charged me $50 consultation fee. Absolutely joke

Dr peerbux, is one of the best doctors we have met! He is attentive, understanding and accommodating! Really takes his time even when he has finished his working hours to help his patients! Reception staff are really helpful too! Would highly recommend dr peerbux!!!!

Friendly and approachable reception staff especially Kumar, understanding doctors, very good with children. I usually see Dr Martin since I moved to this area. Dr Martin respects your needs and privacy. He is a lovely person to deal with when you need help.

The lovely receptionist (I didn’t get her name unfortunately) squeezed my son in to get him in in 15 minutes. She was really lovely to deal with and we appreciated her fitting us in. The doctor we saw was also fantastic. Definitely will come back.

GP Lutfun Nahar is actually the worst, my husband saw her cos he was having pain in his shoulder and arm and she tried to be a psychologist and diagnose him with anxiety and depression and was trying to imply i was "mentally abusive" to him

Not the best Doctor to see. I had a UTI 2 week back , he prescribed me just 1 week medicine as a result it happened to me again and had a see another Doctor. Later found out that had to take 2 weeks of antibiotics if you have UTI.

The phone is always answered quickly!! Front of staff actually polite and helpful! I’ve seen four different doctors for me and my son here so far for myself and my son and all are courteous, respectful and actually listen to me.

Appointment time was 12.15pm so we were there by 12:05pm but we were called in after 1pm. When the patient confirms of their attendance or absence a day before via text/sms, it is unfair not knowing the wait time in advance.

The waiting room is like market day at the meat hall staff yelling at patients who don't understand the jargon. The doctors are mediocre and now you need to pay for the privilege as it cost more to maintain poor standards.

We had the best experience with Doctor Yiannis at Craigieburn Medical Centre when my son cut his eye and needed it attended to. So knowledgeable and professional and spent time explaining everything. Highly recommend him.

Worst Practice Ever. I kept going with family for over 2 years, they kept charging me happily and when I asked them to sign a Identity declaration form for my son, They refused by saying that They don’t know you.

We have had the best experience with this place. Didn’t have to wait for too long. Dr. Matin would be our choice of GP from now on. He is experienced, witty, well mannered. This place has a feel good vibe.

Dr Inam is one of the best doctors- he listens and every time and is very humble and approachable. He also gives effective treatment. The reception staff are also very welcoming and kind.
