عايزه اتكلم عن تجربتي مع مطعم crave اللي في كازينو الشاطبي الاسكندريه...حصل شيء يعني مفيهوش ادني احترام لا للمكان ولا للناس اللي قاعده فيه... اكون قاعده عشان اطلب حاجه اشربها انا و الناس اللي معايا .. الوايتر يقولي اصل لازم حضرتك تاكل حاجه مينفعش تشرب بس قولناله شويه و هنطلب ديزيرتس.. يروح يسأل !! و يرجع يقولنا لا لازم اكل...يعني ايه مينفعش حضرتك ده معناه انك بتكرشني بالذوق يعني ولا ايه !! يجبلنا المدير يقولنا نفس الكلام .. و اعتذرلنا و قالنا هجيب لحضرتك اللي انت عايزه ... بس ده نظام المكان ... يعني ايه نظام المكان دي قلة ذوق لو اجنبي موجود يا تري هيقوله كده ؟؟!! بجد حاجه عيب قوي حقيقي ... انا مشيت مكملتش قاعده في كافيه شغال فيه ناس مش محترمه ولا اللي مشغلهم عارف يكسب الناس اصلا .. ده غير ان كان في مشكله تانيه قديمه بردو فيه .. انا بقعد في مطاعم و كافيهات بره مصر عمره مبيحصل كده معايا ده الناس بره مصر بترحب حتي لو مش هتطلب حاجه !! حقيقي The worst restaurant ever.. i won't recommend it to anyone..and i won't go there anymore! Restaurante en Alessandria con vistas al mar y comida espectacular. No vine de casualidad a este restaurante, ya lo busqué antes por Internet. La carta es internacional, destacando una amplia variedad de pastas. Estaba todo muy bueno. Raciones muy largas. Los postres estaban muy buenos. Lo negativo que puedo decir de este lugar es que el servicio es súper lento, pero en general en Egipto suele ser así. Precio bastante bien para europeos, aun añadiendo tasas de extranjero la cuenta fue unos 40 euros por persona con 3 platos, coctel, agua y postre. Muy recomendable.

Overall the worst branch I’ve been to (CFC). The Thai chicken salad was very poor. The breaded coating came off the chicken strips and salad had no nuts and it was not crunchy as normal. The Beef Orzo was so salty, the white rice was so bland and there was not enough sauce to even mix to give it a flavor. The staff was inattentive which is very unusual for this brand. Frankly a poor show for the price. I asked for the manager but he’s too busy.

لقد طلبنا البيتزا والقهوة وعصير الفراولة. البيتزا ليست سيئة وليست جيدة كذلك أكلناها لأننا كنا جائعين لذا أعطيتها نجمتين (لا تطلب البيتزا إذا أتيت إلى هنا) القهوة، المرة الأولى كانت سيئة للغاية للأسف العصير كان ساخن نعم كما قرأت أنه ساخن وليس بارد كما ينبغي يمكنك أن تأتي ولكن الخدمة ليست جيدة، أي شيء تطلبه لن يعطيك ما تريد على الرغم من أن المكان لم يكن مزدحمًا أنصح المكان بالعناية

Definitely worth it. Great experience. I went so early, was the first one there. Place was empty and quiet. Staff and service were top notch. Had the eshta and cottage cheese scrambled egg with garlic bread, dish was so good. Also had the pineapple rosemarry and ginger cocktail, thought it'd be weird but actually turned out pretty good and new. Staff were so nice and brought me extra bread mid meal.

المكان تقريبا غير مكيف وكذب الناس اللي شغاله اصل بنقفله قبل ما الكهرباء تقفل صراحة الواحد ساب الاكل وقام من الحر فعليا الاكل للاسف بخامات رديئة يعني شوربة الكريمة كلها نشا ومفيش اي اثر للكريمة فيها لانها شبه شفافة الاستيك مش رخيص وجاي عينات فعلا ميجيش حتي ١٧٥ جرام !! البيستو عبارة عن وايت صوص مع شوية بقدونس !!! للاسف الشديد انحدار قوي لمستوي كريف اللي اتعودنا عليه بداية من فرع المعادي !!!!

The location is breathtaking with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea, floor-to-ceiling windows allow for the most immersive experience while having your foods & drinks! The food is amazing, everything we ordered was super delicious & different than anything we tried before, the coffee wasn’t the best but the food is definitely worth it! This restaurant has stunning ocean view and very decent interior indeed. But food itself and service are a bit disappointing compared to Cairo branches-i’m from Cairo. I ordered fettuccine steak and mushrooms pasta. However comes with spaghetti and super salty and there were at least 8-9 staffs but takes too long time to order and cheque coz they were too busy to talk to each other.. even they knows that i call them, takes loooooong time to they come to get my order and cheque.

Crave offers a unique seaview and generally has a diverse and pleasent menu that will satisfy multiple tastes. I especially recommend the various salads and the fried foods are usually a great treat and super crispy and delicious. My one issue is that the place is the upkeep doesn't seem as up to standard as it used to be but it still offers a good experience with an exceptional view.

Crave is one of my favorite spots in Alexandria and i make sure i visit it every time I'm in Egypt. Place is Elegant and the sea view there is fantastic Food is so tasty i tried so many dishes there and i have never been disappointed . Portions seem to be not big but it's really satisfying and we are always full Staff are so friendly and helpful and so fast we had our lunch in a few minutes fresh and well done.

Tasty food and friendly staff. Approachable by all transportation. If you have a car, you can park in the slop parking fee steps from main entrance. Directly seafront view but through the glass. No direct access to the fresh air except from window. A place for family gathering. Recommended.

I don't recommend the pancakes there. Its my favorite for breakfast/brunch, yet this is the second time that i ask for butter and they say frankly that they don't serve side butter though it is written in the Menu. There is always shortage in the syrups, no maple syrup, no butter and the caramel sauce is really nauseous.

The food was good, ordered mushroom soup, steak and shrimp konafa. The cocktails are very creative mixing spices with fruits. The prices are a bit high as expected but the problem was with the waiter who kept asking if you want to order a desert like every 2 minutes!! You people should teach the waiters not to push the guests as your evaluation would go down deep just because of this point!!

Simply the best in Alexandria. One of the few restaurants that cares for every aspect of service .Great selection of dishes. Excellent service and a really polite staff. Very good drinks menu and perfect desserts. Nice panoramic view of the sea. I recommend their burger and white sauce pasta. prices are a bit high but compared to the experience it's totally justified. Thanks a lot crave

I love this place and it is really one of my favorite spots in Alexandria. I just had a single issue that they don’t allow smoking inside. Maybe its a plus for some of you. Though, I’m a still a smoker human being. They could’ve allow it in some areas which we can do what we do. But, anyway the place is good and the quality of food is superb.

Very nice see views restaurant with a variety of menu and good furnished hall I tried the lunch time but it is not covid 19 friendly and spacing is not respected they are claiming see view booked table but I didn’t find a clear sign for that ?! Weird also noisy from chatting of different tables spacing again ?

أحببت الطعام كثيرا. لقد طلبنا كنافة الجمبري وبونبون الدجاج كمقبلات، وسمك السلمون ترياكي، وشرائح اللحم مع صلصة السلطعون ودجاج كوردون روز، وكان كل طبق لذيذًا جدًا. خدمة ممتازة كذلك. تجنب الذهاب في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع لأنها مزدحمة للغاية. علاج منتصف الأسبوع أمر مذهل بالرغم من ذلك. سيختار بالتأكيد أن يأتي مرة أخرى.

The place is lovely. Very friendly staff, the place is very clean, if they just added a waiter requesting system it'd be prefect. The meat and veal is a bit pricey like some other items in the menu, But overall the quality is very good. Beverages and desserts were PERFECT. Would love to visit it again.

One of the best restaurants opened in 2017 in Alexandria in the famous location #CasinoElshatby. It serves an international cuisine with all what you would crave to order. Appetizers , main dish and desserts ... you can easily select any as you can never go wrong with their food as well as drinks.

The food is not the best. I ordered a very easy dish ,an alfredo and grilled chicken. The sauce is soupy, there was raw bell peppers and the chicken was burnt yet felt so fishy and unseasoned. Never again.

لقد كانت عائلتى هناك يوم الاربعاء ٢٤ يوليو فى السادسه مساء وقد وصفوا لى روعة المكان ولكن الويتر سئ للغايه عندما دفعوا الفاتورة لم يعجبه التبس وتعامل معهم بمنتهى قلة الذوق والاحترام غالبا إسمه إسلام. من الممكن أن تستثمر ملايين فى مكان ولكن ياتى موظف يجعل المكان منفرا من اجل بضعة جنيهات

Excelente, todo está rico. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Suele tardar más que la media, pero la comida llega en perfecto estado, con un packaging impecable. Es caro pero todos los platos vienen en grandes cantidades.

Very polite staff, cheerful, helpful, and nimble. The food quality is great and exactly as you would expect. The coffee and dessert were as good either.

Everything on the menu tastes amazing. I would recommend the fish ala capri, the fettuccine alfredo, the taco salad and the shrimp kunafa! The place however is abit expensive..but the ambiance is worth it !

المكان بمنتهي البساطه مفيهوش غلطه في كل حاجه ممكن تتخيلها.. بجد اول مره اشوف مطعم كدا في اسكندريه

رائع المكان المعامله والاكل والاسعار أنصح به كل من يريد الاستمتاع بأريحيه دون تكلف وبسعر مناسب

View is great and place is nice and neat. Only downside food amount is few for such a price.

مكان جميل نهارا الفيو رائع و لكن ليلا الظلام يسود الخارج و لا تستطيع رؤية البحر

مكان شيك بس ينقصه روح ما احسش انك مرتاح فيه أسعاره غاليه بالنسبة لمستوي الخدمة
