Ordered at 7 thru uber. Food came at 8 Sorry to debbie i got ur pizza and im assumimg you got my pasta dim sim n garlic pizza. I rang the shop to let them know my order was mixed up , the poor young girl on the phone had made a mistake and her boss in the background gave her a spray that was disgusting n took the phone from the young girl n switched to a delight voice to talk to me. She was very apologetic i told her what happened n what my order should of been more apologies and it will be fixed asap. Wait till 9 and nothing so i called back to be told they had lost my address more apologies and a promise the driver is back in 5 minutes and the order will be their top priority...... wait 9.45 i call again no answer call again 5 mins later no answer. I give up hope and order maccas. 10 oclock rolls around and theres a knock at the door i thought my maccas was quick (starving at this point) open the door to a menulog driver from terrys wok! More apologies for the lateness... and wait for it asked if i had paid!!!!!! Right so food time open my steamed dim sim first and realise my order has just been sitting on top of the pizza oven since the original order at 7. I know this because the bottom half of the dimsim was rock hard brown like a biscuit. The carbonara cream all but dryed and claggy and the Mediterranean pasta missing eggplant and dry as The garlic pizza had been redone but i guess no one wanted to stay passed closed n ripped that badboy out the pizza oven half way cause its not cooked at all. Tell ya what best big mac meal ive ever had thou.

Food was very good for what I got. Received most of order but didn't receive the fried rice. When I called them about it they were fantastic and organising to have another sent out thay was great. That was at 6:50...it got to 8:30 and nothing had showed so I rang to which they said they had left 25 minuets ago with it and shouldn't be far...okay no worries will wait again. Waited again got to 9:20pm and I rang again to which they said they delievered It. I told them no they didn't ive been home the whole time and I'm the only one here no one has been here. Turned out they delievered it to the wrong address. They than asked if I wanted another one or a refund. Said I was over it and wanted a refund. Lady was lovely and said the manager would call me today to organise is it. No one rang me the next day and I'm not going to continue to chase them ....still waiting for my refund for my friend rice. Wouldn't order again to much of stuff around even though the rest of the food was amazing.

These guys have no idea what it means to make good pizza! I today ordered 2 pizzas and the vegetarian spring rolls, one being margherita and the other being a Nutella, both of which the bread was terrible, it was not soft and doughy, it was rough. The cheese was kinda bad, broke apart like it was mouldy, which is never what should happen. The Nutella pizza was just poorly made, the Nutella should be melted into the pizza and not just slopped on when the pizza has gone cold. The Spring rolls we're not fresh, I'm not talking about freshly made, but more that the oil is obviously old, and had seeped into the roll itself making it unenjoyable. I'm not too sure why this place has almost 4 stars, or if has changed management recently, but I should have trusted my instincts and never order from a place when they don't know what kind of restaurant they want to be. Either be full Chinese or Just do pizza, because I think doing both is terrible.

It was not terrible. Curious about wok and pizza shop with very large menu, piqued our curiosity and wanted to try. Ordered at 5:45pm online via their website using zwift platform. Website said 15 min wait so arrived at 6 and waited another 15 minutes. Staff were friendly and apologised for the delay. Got a large pizza half Mac and cheese half mixed kebab. Very cheesy but met specifications - it was indeed Mac and cheese on a pizza. Next was black bean beef which we all thought was the highlight - vegetables were fresh and it was seasoned well. Fried rice and Singapore noodles were alright - a little bland but still nice. Last was lamb hsp - this missed the mark by a long way. Chips were starchy and meat was not kebab meat (more like stir fry meat). Sauce on hsp was sparse. Overall, not a terrible experience. Would order the Chinese again, would consider reordering pizza (maybe try some other flavors) but would stay away from hsp.

OUT WITH THE TERRYS AND IN WITH THE NEW! This is no longer that old wok and pizza joint. Under new management and with a new menu It is by far the best pizza and pasta in frankston area. They have just added burgers to the menu and i tried the southern fried chicken burger. Along with the hawaian pizza and the carbonara my wife and i bought, we were pleasantly surprised. We will be back again and highly recommend. Amazing food and friendly service

Awful home delivery experience. I ordered first time from this restaurant and ORDER CAME INCOMPLETE.. Big item missing. Told the lady who came to deliver. She went inside her car..pretended to search then made phone call...and within 5 mins DROVE AWAY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING leaving us confused if she's coming back or not.. waited for long time called the restaurant but it was closed. Quite an embarrassment in front of our guests. For the food we received chicken was undercooked ruining our pizza party will never think again of ordering or going there again

Do yourself a favour, this is not a Chinese takeaway!!! Looking forward to Fried Rice and Peking Chicken, got boiled rice with few bits of colour, no flavour, no seasoning. I'd say their "Fried" rice has never seen a fry pan, let alone a wok! The Peking Chicken was steamed vegetables and chicken with no sauce or flavour, not sure what they were thinking. Phoned them to express my disappointment, got lots of sorrys and an offer to replace our meal, as I pointed out why would I want to go through that again if that is the quality of the. food! No suggestion of a refund.

Was always the go to for Chinese and pizza. Pizzas are still very good however Chinese isn’t even close. Had special fried rice tonight that was steamed rice with some shrimp thrown in, hardly special. The lemon sauce had barely any flavour. There must be newish chefs as the tiramisu used to be amazing and haven’t ordered it for a long time as made with cream instead of marscapone. The chocolate mousse also used to be very rich and was just cream with chocolate taste last time. Please lift your game Terry’s

After getting food delivered multiple times, with a minimum spend of $50 each time, and EVERYTIME something was missing or wrong, we decided to order in store and pick it up ourselves, get $60 order home and yet again the fried rice is missing! 20mins later the rice was delivered, by which time the rest of our meal was cold. The rice was hot but gluggy and not great. Very disappointing and not sure I would come back, looks like we on the hunt for a new Chinese restaurant from now on.

Very pricey. Especially don't order food from here if you have food allergies and intolerances. Every time we have gone in and asked specifically for an ingredient to be left out of a meal, we are told they will do as we request but it gets lost in translation to the chef and we end up with an expensive inedible meal. They take no responsibility and refuse to refund your money when they mess up. Especially If you have severe allergies, DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE BY EATING HERE!

Very very poor experience. Delivery came an hour late, I had to call to find out where my order was. Once it arrived it was stone cold. This was not one but twice!! The second time the delivery driver dropped my garlic roll on the floor it in unwrapped and was covered in dirt. They eventually brought me a new garlic roll out half an hour later!! I was told they would credit my meal for my horrible ordeal when I went in to get my credit they refused to grant it to me!!!

When terry ran this store you always got the best food but tonight he must not be working we ordered the Chinese pack with sweet and sour the combination and pork in plum sauce this is what we got vegetables in plum sauce no pork. No prawns in the combination and we also got off prawn crackers which when you open the bag you could clearly see they were off I normally do not review food but thus one was to much sell the store back to terry he knows what he is doing

Terry's Wok and Pizza, USED to be the best . Unfortunately it appears to have changed hands and the standard has dropped considerably. I no longer order my favourite (pasta carbonarna) as it is now well below standard. I ordered recently (pizza). And that was also below their previous standard. I have ordered from Terry's Wok and Pizza over the last 5 year's Sadly the new owner's are NOT maintaining the same standards and the food is very disappointing

A shame, as the delivery is quick, but food sub par. Have completed around 5 or 6 orders from Terry's in the past 8mths, the quality has become progressively worse each time. My favourite part =$7.40 for what I thought was the nice sesame prawn toast. Turns out when delivered it was the super cheap small rectangle kind, thin, over cooked, gross. Unfortunately the bland and sparse Pizza couldn't save the experience either..) Seven dollars forty

Another one of those places where I've seen mixed reviews. Today, I found it to be good but could be better. The pizzas were a nice and generous amount of toppings. The size of the pizza was good for just one. There is a good selection of types of pizza and Asian food to choose from. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking out the front. Staff are helpful. Always friendly service. A good local gem.

The Chicken Parmigiana with chips and gravy is the best I've ever had!, absolutely amazing quality and taste; crunchy hot well seasoned chips, flavorsome hot gravy and juicy fresh chicken breast, a decent serving and well presented! Give the new owners a go, they have healthy nutritious pre-packed lunches and a huge menu, definitely recommend and will be going back! :D

Ordered a Large BBQ Chicken Pizza- received a Tomato Base with actual BBQ Sauce poured on top. Sickeningly sweet and chewy dough. As I have worked in the industry myself, I suspect that it was an out-of-state, pre-made base. Do Not Order from here- the huge amount of different types of food to be ordered should be a good warning that all is not fresh and cared for!!

Ordered the Singapore noodles and Buffalo wings. Ate them cos we were hungry. Noodles were so bland. Had to add our own condiments to it and THEN it tasted like ACTUAL Singapore noodles Buffalo wings were a little better. Man! If you don't like your job, Get another one cos there ain't no love in your food. Especially for those prices. Take note and do better.

We have become regular customers. Everything we've tried, we've brought again. All the staff are lovely. The food is amazing and well worth every cent. My husband doesn't eat Chinese food so being able to cater for the whole family (all 8 of us) in one place is fantastic. We are so happy with Terry's Wok and Pizza. We highly recommend it.

This place is a freaking shambles. Waited over 2 hours for dinner, only to get half filled containers. I ordered this through uber eats. The owner then abused me because I gave a bad review. No wonder why you are never busy, get lessons in customer service. FYI the owner is a #@##@#@ don't even bother I think the place has closed?

Ordered from this venue tonight for the first time good pizza the service was excellent. Also it was no hassle to deliver my order to me 250m with no fee. I will be placing another order with them in the future.

Was a customer of Terry’s way back when it was in Carrum Downs and called Minneys. Always the best pizza in the area and the Chinese was very good too. Unfortunately, Terry has retired and the new owners have no idea what they’re doing. They’ve literally gone from being the best pizza in the area to the worst.

Asked for lemon chicken & fried rice, I think they need to hire a Chinese cook. Batter on the chicken was hard, & fried rice was like nothing I've ever eaten. Sorry Craving Busters, I don't think I'll take a chance on anything else on your Menu. Although the selection on your menu sounds really interesting.

Chinese chicken vegetables in satay sauce, crispy calamari salt and pepper calamari, prawn toast and dim sims…. Deliver hot and food is delicious. Will definitely be ordering again!!!!!!!! P.S. delivery person smiled and was happy.. added to the delivery experience

First time ordering at Craving Busters in June 2023, have to say, best pizza in Langwarrin. Keep up the good work.

For the price you pay these pizzas are really nice. Base is like a naan bread, beautiful & fluffy, not your traditional pizza base. New owners are lovely too. Tried this several times now & has yet to disappoint

Best pizza in langwarrin, I don't get mine from anywhere else. The toppings are always fresh and of good quality. Good stuff !
