I beg a differ on the quality service or any friendly experience that suggested in the comments below. I was directed to this place by the nearby autobarn’s staff , who claimed that the owner of this place is a nice fella and he will have a look for my car. I expected no less but when I got there I was essentially told to piss off, “and tell the autobarn people don’t send anyone here” exact words said by the grumpy owner. This was the kind of the experience make me wonder about humanity.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We arrived and were on our way within 20 minutes. Ford falcon we hired was great for the whole trip, and runned on lpg which was very cheap to run and gave great mpg. Very good pricing especially for me as i am under 25 and didn't have to pay a 'young driver surcharge' unlike every other rental company. Would highly recommend and will definetly use again. We found this place by luck when searching for a hire car in Brisbane. The quoted price was much cheaper than all of the more commercial brands so we thought it was too good to be true. Couldn't be happier about our service and will make this place our first point of contact whenever visiting Queensland. Topped off by them dropping us right to the door of our hotel at the end. 5 stars

Great place, best prices you'll find in Melbourne. It's a small family business, but they'll get you sorted out right away. Quick and painless process. Highly recommend. Also easy to access via the 59 trams.
