It's very small place, walk up, order your crepes and then stand around and wait. There's a couple of tables if you're lucky enough to find one, but the pier is very crowded and there's hardly anywhere to sit. The crepe was okay. The crepes were so delicious!! Even though they are consistently busy, the line moves fast, and the wait isn't long. You can watch them cooking the crepes while you wait to pass the time! I needed mine "to go," and they gave me extra plates to cover the food and a plastic bag for carrying it. The crepes were still warm when I got back to the hotel! You definitely need to get one next time you are at Pier 39!

I did not like the fact that they were hella expensive and the fact that like the only thing I can actually think about was the like lack of customers and the amount of employees and I was thinking oh my god they're labor must be through the roof. Went to Pier 39 for the first time in over a year and popped into Crepe Cafe. They have a large selection of sweet and savory crepes to choose from. Very clear lines for spacing and safety due to covid-19 restrictions, you go in and order them wait outside where you can watch them prepare the crepes thru the window until your order number is called. Nice treat. Very limited seating for obvious reasons but this is an item you can take with you and find a spot to watch sites or seals.

It’s a crowded place and they add Nutella to everything chocolate even though the menu says something totally different. Would recommend paying attention while they are preparing the crepe especially the ones with chocolate as they think Nutella is must for every thing chocolate

We got 5 different crepes and they were all quite good. The dessert ones were perfect. Only complaint with the savory ones is they need more seasoning. The garlic fries need to be mixed. They just put a blob of garlic and parmesan on top. The prices for the crepes seemed reasonable but a large drink at $7 is ridiculous.

We always used to get the nutella strawberry crepe and Hot Chocolates here. We visited this place after a long time. I always craved spicy salty crepes but the menu had all the sweet options. I was happy to see a couple veggies option.We had our usual extra hot Hot Chocolate and sat outside on the bench sipping the drink and watching them makes Crepe after Crepe so quickly.

If you’re an Indian and craving for paneer dosa, get one florentine - speciality crepe. Matches 80% to our taste. And the team there was very friendly and hospitable. He gave us extra dips for free. Tried Nutella strawberry banana crepe for dessert and no wonder it was amazing. I’m searching for its franchise stores in Chicago. Suggest me if any!

I decided to stop here just to try crepes. I love the service it was prompt and quick. They have Option of sweet and speciality crepe. I just tried Florentine it was yummy and greasy. The cost of the crepe is between $7 to $I2 will strongly recommend this place to try something new. Kids will love seeing Nutella in their crepes. Pros: Quick service and quality of food, Cons: Little pricey

The entire area is heavily tourist targeted. As such, you don't typically expect the absolute best of food, but this exceeded expectations. The food is well priced, well portioned, and absolutely delicious. You can watch them make your crepes right there in the window, and they never skimp on ingredients.

Extremely expensive. I ordered crepe with strawberries a whip cream. There were lot of strawberries, which was a plus. But crepe dough was poor and for a bit of cream I had to ask. If the price was 4 or 5$, it would be ok, but not for almost 13$. It's nonsense. Tourist trap.

It’s so cool watching the crepes be made. The crepes were so insanely delicious, and the people working here make the experience even better. Getting crepes here again in March and April was supposed to be the highlight of my year, but both trips to SF got cancelled due to corona, but as soon as all the restrictions get lifted, the first place I’m going to is here.

The sweet crepes are really good, I tried the Milk Chocolate Crepe and Mixed Fruit Nutella crepe which was pretty good - Nutella with Fresh fruits with crispy/soft crepe is really tasty. Fries I would say not good, I am a fan of of thin, crisps fries rather than thick n soft fries.

I ordered the funnel cake fries & Nutella banana crepe and they were both delicious. We were lucky when we visited because typically there are lines outside the door but it is worth the wait. The sweets were delicious. There's also a window straight into the kitchen area so you can look in and see them making your crepes in front of you.

The crepes are alright. From my experience, some of the workers weren't very friendly. Mostly the men, the women seemed nice. Anyway, the crepe tasted like a crepe. Nothing fancy about it and it wasn't that great either. They failed to put powder as well as whipped cream on mine when serving.

Place was busy on a Saturday and seating is limited to none. No complaints about that. Food was tasty but mine was a bit doughy. Service ran smoothly and they work non stop to make people their crepes. So kudos to the workers making them.

The prices run from 6.50 to 11.50 (just the crepes). You can make it a combo for more. The food was good and the service was quick, except for my fries which took about 6 minutes. There isn't much seating outside but there really isnt anywhere in the Pier. Overall I would come here again.

This is a great place to get breakfast. You can choose between sweet or savory crepes. We got a chicken spinach crepe which was so delicious. Kids and parents love watching as they cook the crepes through the glass windows. The strawberry crepe was very good as well.

Food was absolutely delicious. We got a Banana Nutella crepe and Strawberry Nutella Crepe along with some funnel fries, all food was 5 stars. The only problem we ran into was the server not understanding us, which is weird as he spoke English and so do we.

Ordered the veggie crepe with avocado, tomato, sprouts, & cheddar cheese—an overpriced, soggy, flavorless mess. All the stars go to the fries & honey mustard though, because that condiment was the bomb. I’d order those fries & sauce again in a heartbeat.

I had the Turkey pesto crepe and it was really good. If you’re not in the mood for a seer crepe or a breakfast crepe, they Turkey pesto hit the spot.

This place is a slice of heaven. Very clean. Very friendly. The crepes are crazy good. You have your choice between sweet and savory. The coffee is good as well. They also serve french fries which I did not have. I'll be visiting again on my next trip!

Great fast food, had crab salad crepe and Turkey pesto. This shop was right in the middle of fisherman's wharf on pier 39. There was a line although it went quickly. There is a window so you can watch them make your sweet or savory crepes.

There are zero Gluten Free options. Fries go in a fryer with wheat products. All crepes contain gluten. Posting so others are not confused by the misleading review saying that there are “lots of gluten free options”.

I have had so many crepes that I'm quite picky when it comes to rating one. This banana and strawberry crepe underwhelmed me with whip cream that taste like grocery store bought. It is not really worth 10+ dollar.

Got their hot chocolate. It was so delicious. Definitely worth the stop.

Located on pier 39 this place has really good crepes. You can see them preparing the crepes. We ordered the mushroom spinach crepe which was enough for two.
