Crescent House only sells high quality made in the USA sectionals, sofas and chairs at a very fair and reasonable price. The firm, high quality, and very comfortable foam that Crescent House uses in their custom furniture and custom throw pillows is above and beyond in quality; and are made to last a lifetime. Owners, Stacy and Melissa set the tone of excellence with themselves and with their employees; in being kind, helpful and not high pressure in any way. Instead, a customer is treated respectfully and professionally with sincerity, thoughtfulness and a personalized focus....as though we are life long friends. Our goal was to totally update the look of our great room that was decorated 13 years ago when we built our home. We had no idea how to start and complete an entire makeover. We greatly appreciated Melissa providing an in home interior design consultation; complete with arms full of fabric swatches so that our furniture and area rug choices truly fit our taste, our home and our lifestyle. Melissa made sure that our updated look not only fit in with…but enhanced the built in features of our home. Order and delivery happened in very timely manner. The delivery service personnel were friendly, professional, respectful, careful and knowledgeable so they could address any questions we had. It was so much fun to see our room come alive with an entirely new, unique and updated look. And then Melissa added the finishing touch by recommending a floral designer that came to our home and created the perfect custom floral and succulent arrangements. We love our new look and couldn’t be happier with the folks and their excellence at Crescent House in making it happen. Excellence is hard to find nowadays and we found it at Crescent House. I can't share enough great things about Crescent House! 1) Their website is awesome, and was what originally attracted me to their store (besides the great reviews). 2) We walked in and were immediately greeted by Elena. She told us a little bit about the store and then she let us wandered around, looking at all of their unique furnishings. She checked with us every so often, but didn't follow us around like a lonely puppy dog, like most furniture sales people like to do. It was really appreciated, because my fiance and I were able to converse amongst ourselves regarding the pieces and didn't feel pressured to make a decision! The store is also really comfortable, in terms of temperature and the overall ambiance. Nice music playing in the background! 3) They have a "Back Room" area, which contains so many discounted pieces of furniture. When I say discounted, I mean HEAVILY discounted. Like, tables and buffets that are marked at $1300 for $300. They have the discounted red tag furniture located all throughout the store, but most is located in the back room. 4) The owner was walking around while we were there and seemed very involved! He was also super nice; when we had told him we were new to town and my fiance hadn't gotten a job yet, he offered one of his friend's name that worked in the industry my fiance was looking to get into! I don't know any other furniture store that would do that. 5) Ordering the couch we bought was super easy. They do all of the couches custom, so you can pick out your own fabric and throw pillows. They had at least 100 fabric choices for the couch we were looking for and probably 50 for the pillows. They offer 6 months interest-free financing as well. 6) After buying the couch, Elena sent us a pie with a hand-written note expressing her thanks. It was so surprising and a great way to go above and beyond! 7) We got our couch a week earlier than targeted, and Zack, the delivery manager was amazing to work with! Super friendly and great customer service. They loaded our couch in the van and overall it was just so easy. 8) The couch is such great quality! You can feel the support from the cushions and the high quality in the fabric. I expect this couch to last us a very long time. We will definitely be back! I previously purchased a $7000 sectional from this store that I absolutely loved. I came into the store this week with my sister and her girlfriend to look around and potentially shop for her new apartment. When we stepped in we were greeted by a gentleman and he asked what we were looking for, and other sales pleasantries. This was nice customer service, but soon after we told him we were wanting to look at what their more budget friendly options were (my sister is a new college grad), his questioning turned straight up WEIRD AND HARASSING. He racially profiled us for being Latino, he asked for our last names, where we were from, what our relationship was to one another, and other really weirdly personal questions. We said several times we just wanted to look around but he just kept following us around and literally USHERED us out the store. After he basically forced us to make a beeline for the door he immediately said “good bye” and walked away. I am incredibly disturbed to be treated this way in what I assumed was a pleasant, friendly store. Very sorry to see I need to be wearing my Tiffany jewels and Chanel bags to be taken seriously in this place. To think I was just about to visit this place in a couple of weeks to outfit my new theater room with a couch in the range of 15-20k. Disgusting. I’ll just have to give my money to restoration hardware, where, by the way, they sell much more variety of furniture, WITH CUSTOM LUXURY FABRICS, just like Crescent, actually looks like it’s worth the price tag, and has WARRANTY, unlike this dwindling shop. Get a better ROI and go to a luxury brand furniture store for the same prices PSA to your associates: treat people that walk into your store with equal respect. Just because you profile someone as being “not worth your product” doesn’t mean they don’t have the right to shop there.

We purchased a custom living room suite from Crescent House 3 years ago. The sales associate told us she had been with the company for many years so we trusted her recommendations. She told us woven fabrics would wear better than poly based fabrics and would look more high end. She also sold us a very expensive protection plan which we believed would cover any challenges that might arise. We spent over $5000 on a sofa, chair and ottoman. After a 9 months the fabric was pilling, the cushions were saggy, the ottoman cushion had slid off one side even though we rotated it regularly and buttons were coming off. We contacted Crescent House to use our protection plan/ warranty. It initially took 3 days to find our policy and I had to provide every detail of our sale down to the salesperson and date and ended up having to send a copy of our paperwork. We were told that a repairman would call us to schedule an appointment. We waited a month and no one called. I began calling every couple of weeks after that and it finally took 6 months to get someone to come inspect the furniture in person. The repairman said all the challenges were production issues and said he would be back in 14-21 days to complete the repairs. After 3 months we called again and were told the fabrics still hadn’t arrived but would be there soon. It has now been 20 months since our initial call and still no repairs. Just know that the furniture may look great in the showroom but it doesn’t wear well and the post sell customer service is non existent.

Be aware!! Their customer service is great until they charge your card. We bought dining table set few weeks ago, their delivery was fairly fast. However, when we received the furniture set, it came with lots scratches and chips in dining frame, table slabs and chairs(it clearly looked like used furniture). We reached out to them and they said that they don’t have Replacemwnt except the showroom floor piece.They also told us that they are dis-continuing with the manufacturer so we were left with no other option than selecting something at their store because they have no refund policy. We went back to the store and selected a different model. We were told that someone will be calling to deliver on the same week but no one has contacted us yet. Update: After leaving this review, I got a call from their warehouse manager for the delivery. We got the next set and it was even in worse than the previous one. Check my second set of photos. Warehouse manager talked to the store manager and said that it’s new and they can’t do anything about it nor refund. I left this review here and sent photos to them and then finally heard from the store owner saying they had labor shortage and high school kids didn’t handle warehouse movement properly. She told me I was unreasonable. Later agreed to refund me.

We came here twice trying to find the perfect furniture for our house. Had settled on several pieces and were looking for one or 2 more. We found a bench seat with storage that we really liked. Upon looking at it we noticed that it was cracked on the bottom. The crack looked very new and traversed the entire bottom. We wanted to look at the bottom to see if it was structural or just cosmetic. We were told by the business owner that this is the nature of wood and we need to move on because we obviously didnt need this piece. He attempted to berate my wife and I for wanting to inspect furniture before spending almost $700 on a bench seat. Obviously that wasn't going to work and we choose to take our business elsewhere. I have never been told by a business owner that we should go somewhere else. Definitely not going to be in business long with practices like this. Well thsts what we did and Im glad. We found Nadeau, Four Hands, and Restorstion Hardware and couldnt have been happier with the service of those companies. Whole house furnished at those businesses headache and hassle free with friendly staff!!

Do not buy ANYTHING from this place! They are liars and will lead you on until you finally crack. My wife and I TRIED to buy a couch on Labor Day (Sept 5th). We paid $500 for the couch and was told that after six weeks we would get our couch. Six weeks came and gone. On the seventh, we called to ask the status. They were incredibly slow to respond and when they finally did they said that they didn't know the status and said they didn't have the fabric or colored that we decided on. They advised us pick another color and fabric and insured that they would put a rush order on it and have it in half of the time. Well that was a lie! It's now Jan and they told us they have cancelled all the order for the company that built the couches. Well, we had enough. We told Stacey the owner to cancel our order and that we would no longer be buying from them. Well..it didn't end there. Instead of refunding us our $500, he charged us another $500. UGH!! Do not trust this company or the owner. They will lie to you and lead you on.

Warning, this store is not for the faint of heart those that lack the ability to contain themselves. You will want to buy everything, no kidding. This store has some of the most beautiful pieces of furniture, artwork, and accessories we have seen in this area. You just want to back a truck up and take it all home. We have furnished three complete rooms now with items purchased here, our living room, dining room, and bedroom. These are unique and solid pieces of furniture, not your every day average box furniture mart pieces. NO assembly required here, they professionally deliver and put it up for you. And what can I say about the amazing staff? Britt has been our partner in crime every time we come in and she is brilliant. She is learning our tastes and is now keeping an eye out for incoming pieces that might fit our design. She is like our personal shopper for high-end furniture. If you go, plan to spend a lot of time there, even though the store might seem small at the outset. You will not want to leave.

Unfortunately, my husband and I had a terrible experience at crescent house. My grandmother has bought several pieces from this store, so I was very excited to purchase from them. We ordered a table and were told it would be ready within 2-3 weeks after we ordered it. We were completely on board with the time frame. When the end of the 3rd week came, we were told the table would be pushed out another 3-4 weeks. We weren't happy, but we were willing to wait as we wanted the table. 2-3 weeks into the second push back we were told once again that it would be another month until we would see the table. At this point we were very angry as we were skeptical that it would not be pushed back yet again. Thankfully, after much discussion we were able to get our money back. I would suggest to future buyers to buy furniture pieces that are already on the floor ready to take home that day instead of ordering. Wish we had a better experience as the pieces are very beautiful.

UPDATE #2 (Moved to 4 stars) - The team at the CH tracked down the replacements for our missing 3 of 6 pieces. Rusty even made a Friday evening delivery to make sure we had our product for the weekend. It took a long time but the order is complete. UPDATE (Moved to 3 Stars) - It might be a coincident, but the day I posted this review I started to get communications from the staff at the Crescent House. the issue isn't resolved but at least I am hearing from them on a potential resolution. ORIGINAL POST (2 Stars) - Such a great store, but... We bought 6 stools for our newly remodeled kitchen counter. Love them. But the store could only find 3 of the 6 when we went to pick them up. I have followed up every week since and I am always promised a call back. It has now been over a month and I still have no answers. Beware of the customer service. It seems to be lacking once they have your cash. 2 stars due to horrible customer service.

We stopped in at Crescent house just to look and ended up buying a new King Size memory foam bed. Jeffery was the Salesman that first approached us and told him we were just looking and he pretty much left us alone and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we didn't have any questions. We started looking at a King size memory foam bed with the frame that raises your feet and head with a remote and he came over and answered some question. It seemed to be a good price so we were considering it. Stacy came over and told us we could have the floor model for a reduced price and we went with the deal. Well after coming home I just didn't like the idea of a floor model for the bed. I called Stacy and after a few calls and visits to the store we decided to get a brand new bed. Stacy and Jeffery was very nice through the whole thing and we will most likely return to purchase other furniture items there.

WOW!! If I could leave 10 stars I would for this local family owned business. Absolutely Above and Beyond, exceptional Customer Service, highest quality furniture, kind, caring, friendly staff who go the extra mile. After looking for months for a new sofa everywhere else, with no success and receiving ZERO customer service at the "other places", I found myself in Crescent House. I had some particular needs and requests in what I needed and wanted. Everyone, especially Stacy, the owner, took time to listen and professionally assist in my selections. I ended up ordering a 100% custom sofa - style, frame, cushion material and fabric. It is absolutely gorgeous, super comfy and just perfect in my house. I can't recommend these folks enough- this kind of genuine customer service just doesn't exist many places these days. What a pleasure! Thank you Stacy and everyone at Crescent House! I was immediately impressed when walking in as I was greeted by hospitable staff and upbeat folk/country music playing through the speakers. I worked with the owner, Stacy, who took a genuine interest in making sure we selected the right pieces for my home. The staff took the time to get to know me and my tastes before we ever discussed furniture. They were very informative about quality and functionality and made sure I understood the value of the particular pieces I chose. So, when we decided to pass our current furniture to our grown children we immediately made plans to visit Crescent House Furniture. Crescent House is a family owned business located in Cedar Park that specializes in high quality and unique home furniture and decor. There are many reasons why we always buy from Crescent House. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. The owner and staff are very helpful, honest and kind. Our sales person, Sharon, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the right furniture and accessories for our needs. Also, you have the option to buy off the showroom or you can special order items to meet your needs. I highly recommend Crescent House Furniture. They are best of the best and are our one stop store for all our furniture and decorating needs.

It's not just the consistently wonderful mix of blues rock that's playing in the store. It's the best furniture shopping place in town. Furniture shopping is typically made unpleasant by the salespeople who bother you. And while occasionally overly friendly, you won't find the annoying and desperate ones who repeatedly accost you. About the products - they mostly aren't even my style, but Crescent is so EXCELLENT at what they do that I go back often. I purchased a memory foam mattress there and have been beyond pleased by it. It compares to a Tempurpedic, or whatever that is called, but it was way less expensive. After three years with it I could not be more pleased. I could also not have been more pleased with the buying and delivery experience of said mattress. Go now, to Crescent House Furniture... these guys are the best..

We spent weeks looking for quality bedroom furniture with a unique aesthetic appeal. Decided to stop at Crescent House for a quick look on our way from furniture store X to furniture store Y. Wow! Sharon and Scott relayed the CH story as we walked the isles looking for the perfect (for us) suite. We left a short time later with a full set of furniture on order and a sense of satisfaction with the store, the staff, and the furniture unlike any prior experience buying furniture. The old notion of keeping Austin weird began as a way of pushing back against the springboard growth of national franchises displacing local mom and pop stores. For those who want to see how the creative minds of small business can work to benefit the community, stop by the Crescent House for a look around and a chat with the great folks that work there.

BEST. FURNITURE.SHOPPING. EXPERIENCE. EVER! Sanela greeted us at the door and was knowledgeable, helpful & patient without being pushy. The furniture here is unique, semi custom and American made. The options for furniture customization are (almost) unbelievable. It was such a breath of fresh air to make so many changes without having a price tag attached to every request. The lead time for our sectional was half the time as another national (quality) furniture store. We are SUPER happy with our experience here. Jeremy the manager was hands on but not overbearing at all. He & Sanela took the time to answer our (many) questions to ensure we were happy with our purchase & were sure we were getting what we wanted. The vibe in the store is light & friendly. By far one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had!

DO NOT purchase anything from Crescent House -- they are awful. I ordered a desk from them via the phone, and it arrived 6+ months later (much later than indicated on the order form). Upon arrival, I picked it up and they encouraged me to take it home in the box, assuring me there would be no damage to the desk. Upon getting it home, I opened the box to find many cockroaches, along with massive scratches on the surface of the desk. I immediately contacted them and got no response for weeks. Finally, I got ahold of Stacy, who was incredibly rude. He deserves no business, as he does not know how to treat customers. They refused to give me a discount or offer any resolution for the damaged desk. The desk is extremely damaged and they did nothing about it. DO NOT GIVE CRESCENT HOUSE BUSINESS! You will regret it.

Crescent House provides a unique furniture and accessory buying experience. Stacy, the owner, and his team of professionals have created a truly customer oriented atmosphere. The music is great and you can look around as long as you want. My wife and I worked with Luis to purchase a Paul Robert's sofa and cowhide ottoman. Luis is knowledgeable and very customer oriented. The couch was delivered the next day by an in-house delivery team that was excellent. We later came back and worked with Stacy and Luis to purchase a settee and two chairs. The furniture at Crescent House is made in America and is very high quality. Everyone at the store is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture and home decor.

Pretty terrible experience from the point I stepped into the door. The sales lady offered to show me around to which I asked to just browse on my own for some time. She insisted on following me throughout the store and then told me I was not allowed to look at anything without her being present. Finally she capped it off with recommending I try their outlet store across the street. I don't know what she thought of me, but it was clear she felt I didn't belong in her store. It's a real shame because my girlfriend and I would have been a customer as we have just bought a house and are in need of furniture. But we will be taking our business elsewhere and will be advising our friends who are also new home owners to do the same.

I have looked at so many furniture options in Austin but thank you to the reviewers who led me to finally visit the store. I just handed over the ideas and design of what is currently a living/dining area but with the imagination and creativity (and experience, good taste, etc.) of Brit and Sharon it will now be a lovely living and sitting space. I have never seen so many amazing options in one store. They listened to what I was looking for and unearthed what I was really looking for to create the most amazing space I could have imagined. Ordered custom bed in June with a $500 down payment. Was told I would have it by September. Called end of August to confirm and was told should be there on September 7. Sept 7 came and went and no call or anything so I called on the 8th. The person who answered was very rude as said too bad it would not be u til mid to late OCTOBER! So I said I wished to cancel my order and would like my deposit returned. I was told no that I was in a contract and they do not refun custom order deposits. Even though they were unable to uphold their end of the contract for delivery. Have never heard another word from them. No apology - no trying to make the order right - not a word. Shady business. And total jerks.

This store is the best kept secret in Austin. I had lived within a few miles of this store for 4 years and DID NOT KNOW ABOUT IT! The furniture is great, no doubt, but more importantly, the service is unlike anything I have experienced in a long time. Customer Service is a dying profession, but it's alive and well at Crescent House. The owners and staff are friendly, warm, personable, and very knowledgeable about their products and all things interior design. And as someone who loathes pushy salespeople, I really appreciate the respect and no-aggressive sales folks here. We bought a sofa here and we can't wait to see it in our home!

I love this furniture store so much! Their furniture is beautiful and high quality and you will not find better customer service anywhere! We have been shopping here ever since we discovered the store a little over 3 years ago when we bought our house. We can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Crescent House. We went in at the recommendation of our realtor as we wanted different unique furniture. We had literally been to every store in Austin and couldn’t find a formal dining table we liked. We were warmly greeted by Elva and she’s been our go to person ever since. We started with a table and been back two times since for more. We are so happy with not just our purchase but the customer service as well. Elva has called each time to make sure we are happy. You won’t find unique furniture and the best customer service anywhere else. And a good pie.

We purchased two couches from Crescent House made in a custom selected fabric. The couches arrived before the communicated delivery date and the quality was exceptional. We are in the process of furnishing our brand new home, and that process can be overwhelming! Sharon and Reid are taking great care of us! They pay great attention to detail, do prep work before your appointment, and help get you the pieces that are going to fit your vision. I’m so impressed with the care they took to listening to what our preferences were, and really appreciated all their help with finding the YES pieces as well as making sure we weren’t picking pieces that weren’t going to be right for us… all while being so much fun to work with! We bought several pieces from Crescent House 6 or 7 years ago that we enjoyed for years. We recently moved and not everything fits or works with the new style, so we went back to Crescent House. They have pieces that are unique, like the headboard we bought years ago or the new dining table that was just delivered, and they also have pieces that are more common, like the bar stools and end table that we bought years ago. On our recent visit, Sig helped us select a dining table, chairs and bar stools. He helped us select upholstery, wood and metal finishes to create a custom set perfect for our home.

I have made multiple purchases from this store. My conference table is solid Mahogany with a steel top. I love this table. There was a problem with the base and the two guys in the shop (one is Zach and I wish I could remember the 2nd) went above and beyond. They picked the table up on Friday, made the repairs over the weekend and delivered Tuesday as to not disrupt my business. The owner is an amazingly kind person as well! We stumbled on Crescent House and never looked back. What an awesome place to find unique furniture pieces and reasonable prices. Yes, there are other unique furniture stores in the area, but none as helpful and design savvy as these folks. The environment is open, easy to navigate and what a playlist! We purchased an industrial style dining table and a credenza from their "back room". That's just the beginning, we will back! The entire experience is the best we've every had, any where! They will always be our first stop in the future!

Me and my wife looked for a new couch everywhere. The high end stores and even the low end stores, and we happened to be driving by Crescent and thought we would try there too. We got the pleasure of working with Eric, one of the salesmen there who was just amazing to work with. Seriously ask for Eric when you get there and you will be well taken care of and enjoy the company he provides during your search for the perfect piece you're looking for. This store does have custom pieces available and plenty of color options. Enjoy.

The first and only place I go when looking for furniture or decor. Such unique pieces you will not find anywhere else. I dont want something my neighbor has and that you can get everywhere. I want something unique, has a story behind it and gives a WOW feeling when you see it. This is a must shop stop even If you are not looking for furniture but just want to check out the cool pieces in the store. You wont be disappointed and oh yea the music playing is awesome. My wife and I walked in and quickly noticed this place didn’t have what we were looking for. Fair enough. However as we were leaving, “Gabe” said “we’re not for everyone” while laughing, as if we didn’t appear like we could afford their overpriced furniture, which made me want to sock him in the face. What sort of a comment is that? Did our appearance give off the vibe that we didn’t have any money? Such a snobby (but hilarious) thing to say when you punch a clock at a furniture store for a living.

Great unique selection. They are helpful and friendly and have such a wide variety from around the world. Melissa came out to my house and made suggestions and provided insight to what would work and wouldn't work. Most importantly they are locally owned and operated. Something to think about before you go spend your money at a mega corporation store or a billion dollar Warren Buffet store where they only worry about quarterly margin and not your happiness or the quality of furniture you get!

Shon was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We purchased a custom sofa set for our new home and then the furniture came in before our house was built! Shon kept it for us for nearly 4 months while construction delays kept us in our old house. And even though we had some issues with the sofa, Zachary helped get us replacement cushions at no additional cost. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and know we will look at Crescent House first the next time we need furniture.

Love Love Love this place! You walk in and the first thing, the music is out of this world. Solid Blues! Sets the tone! It's so nice to walk around in a store that is an original! NOT a "big box" store! The furniture is amazing and original too. Sofas, chairs, rugs, tables, lamps. Even cowhide rugs for a really good price! Best furniture shopping experience ever. Greeted by Vivian, she told us all about the Shop and the unique furnishings. There is no pressure to buy, a fun experience. We have met the owners and many employees, it is like visiting a family and making new friends. My friend and I had been looking every where to furnish our new homes being built, both if us are buying all our new furniture at Crescent House. Many one of a kind pieces and custom furniture, a must see store.

The Crescent House staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home, letting me move pieces around in the store to figure out just the right fit for my design. The prices were great when you considered the very high quality of furniture you are getting. I had a small problem with one furniture piece and they took care of it immediately at no cost or inconvenience to myself. It is always so nice to find a store that cares about their customers.

The employees at Crescent House are very helpful. Two employees spent several hours with my husband and me helping us to pick out the perfect fabric combinations for a custom sofa. We ultimately ended up not buying the sofa, but we did buy a designer leather recliner for $2,000 cheaper than another furniture store in Austin. Crescent House has some great looking furniture and has a good mix of high quality pieces as well as more affordable (yet nice looking) pieces.

We LOVED everything we purchased from Crescent House. If you are looking for unique pieces, look no more. And don't forget to check out the back warehouse located past the checkout counter...SO many unique antique pieces back there. It's a nice touch to add a really cool antique with a new piece from the front of their store. Melissa was amazing to work with...such a sweet person! My husband and I bought several pieces from Crescent upon moving to Liberty Hill a couple of months ago. We saw their billboard on 29 and thought we would take a look. This store is filled with unique, one of a kind pieces that are phenomenal! Rustic/Industrial/Tailored, you name it. I'm so glad that we found this store. The owner and his staff are amazing as well. You must check this place out. We will definitely be returning for more custom looks.

Outstanding furniture is available at Crescent House. We purchased a great credenza, a few bar stools and an incredible desk for my home office. The quality of the furniture was fantastic and we love the products in our home. The team there are very professional and the prices are competitive. It is worth a visit. We certainly plan to visit Crescent Home again when we are looking to add new furnishings to our home.

My wife and I absolutely love Crescent House. When we moved to Austin, we decided to purchase new furniture. Crescent House was the first and practically last stop for us as we purchased several pieces. We've purchased other pieces from them and have been thrilled with the quality of the furniture. This place is a gem of a furniture store. They have a unique collection that we were unable to find at most of the top tier furniutre stores in the Austin area. The price for the quality was on point as well. We loved the overall laid back experience from the oldie but goodie music play list, owner in the store meeting and greeting, and the knowledgble staff (thanks Elena and floor manager).

ECLECTIC DESIGN at its best! I LOVE Crescent House, we have bought quite a few pieces here. They have a great selection and quality is really good! Be aware that they have a NO RETURNS policy so we make sure we really like it before we buy it. The staff seems to change pretty regularly but a few people have been there for a while and are very helpful and not pushy!

I'm in love. If you are searching for the perfect sofa this is your place. The leather sofas are the softest and most comfortable leather I have ever felt. The cloth are insanely comfortable. I love how the sofas are pre-treated before they deliver and most of them are custom. They have a lot of really unique pieces that you can't really find anywhere else.

We had an amazing experience with purchasing a sectional from Crescent house! Our salesman, Gabe was excellent and so helpful. The process was smooth and fast. We purchased the sectional on Saturday and it was delivered by Thursday! We looked at other furniture stores but the quality of furniture at Crescent House is unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

Creepy salesman literally followed me and the person I was with throughout the store and harassed me, asked for our names multiple times, and just stood uncomfortably close. Despite telling him several times we just wanted to look on our own, he continued to stalk us and stare at us. Definitely not coming back, beware if you go here alone.

Cresent House is one of the best furniture stores in the Austin area that I have found. Quality furniture. Unusual one-of-a-kind pieces. The prices are appropriate (but definitely not cheap). The service is excellent! We have CH furniture in every room of the house, and I'm always looking for something else to bring home.

Going to give this store a solid 3 stars. I love the selections and the art work. However, pricing is way to high. They are asking for Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams pricing. However the outlet store is worth a look, It has a small selection but pricing is MUCH better.

All I can say is our sectional is between 3 and 4 yrs old and is still firm. We even have teens over often. Very well made. Was a little pricey but no regrets. I would buy my next piece of furniture there. Great customer service.
