FUE NECESARIO ACUDIR A OTRA SUCURSAL UBICADA EN BASELINA Y 51 Av., YA QUE EL TELÉFONO PRESENTA VARIAS ANOMALIAS.EL PROTECTOR WUE PSGUE CARÍSIMO, NO CORRESPONDÍA AL MODELO ADQUIRIDO, ASIMISMO LE HICIERON LOS AJUSTES NECESARIOS PARA EL BUEN FUNCIONAMIENTO. Phone broke within three hours but they didn't honor the 7 days return or exchange policy. Tomorrow I going to call the 1800 number to get my 11 dollars back on insurance that I did not need also I would it qualified with the 55 dollar plan so that definitely was wrong of the sales clerk because I told him that I was looking for the cheapest option. Heading back to my original carrier, I talk to LG the sameday And They told me to take it to the store and exchange something that didn't happen. Now I going to pay 20 bucks to get it fix. Never Again

Sales girl Michelle said I could return my product if I did not like if I came back the next day. FALSE! Manager Angel has an angle that is not good at keeping customers happy but rather just wants to make his customers angry and dissatisfied with the way he treats people. Try another store or better yet try another company like T Mobile or Verizon or even AT&T I bought a phone for this nice little girl and she is crying now that her phone won't work. :(

Went in and added a line for my son. The rep that was helping me was very friendly and patient with showing me how to set it up. He helped me create an Apple ID and download a few apps I wanted. I would definitely go back if I ever need anything else the drive is worth the customer service.

I got the expensive screen protector on sunday 31st jan, an its already has bubbles an a crack, didnt even last 2 days, they were telling me you get what you buy, so i got the good one they said, now i don't even trust then, they rip me off, very disappointed

This place is great! Jesus the manager is one of the best managers I’ve encountered. He took the time to explain to me and he didn’t push the most expensive phone but tried to give me one within my budget. I’ll definitely be coming back to his store.

Cricket wireless is the worst carrier I have ever had.I use my phone for GPS so I purchased unlimited data with hot spot and my GPS always says no internet connection and this is 5 days a week..I get home and tried to use the hotspot for

Maythe was very helpful, was able to transfer from flash wireless. Even helped my transfer all my contacts and pictures onto my new phone. My phone service has never been better . Will definitely be coming back here again .
