Avoid these money grubbers at all cost, they lie and deceive intentionally, stall delay, stall delay then only to produce extremely unsatisfactory professional results (court documents) because they haven't reviewed the material “AT ALL”, but for notes taken from you, my case was a recovery case for a extremely large sum of money taken fraudulently, they act very unprofessionally for a legal firm (unsatisfactory professional conduct if not unprofessional conduct, legal professionals Act 2007) or in the least “Lisa Taylor” does, they have no reasonable legal costs dispute or fair trade practice (let alone independent cost dispute process, referring the matter to the same senior practice Solicitor within that branch who has already worked on the case) or client resolution process, while backing each other after they fleece you of the funds in their trust account while sitting on their hands the whole time giving only excuses for not acting within a reasonable time of which they are required to do (legal Professionals Act 2007) If you do have any costs dispute with these thieves I recommend you involve a legal costings expert to review your case before a year passes and report them to the legal Complaints Commissioner within 3 years or ASAP! They don't care about you as a client and look for any way out they can once they realise it may be a complex case, while refusing to take you, their paying client seriously or even look at all the material you provide, ie, they want you to do their legal work for them! They don't act within reasonable time giving personal excuses for their delays, they only want your funds once deposited into their trust fund, using all the tricks in their legal book of lies to hog-wash you out of “YOUR MONEY”

Stay away from this firm! This is the best advice I can give you. To be perfectly honest I have never felt so disrespected like this before. Staff turnover is unheard off. For a simple consent order which is a simple task and usually takes 6 months or less took over 18 months and still going. I had a change of 4 solicitors because they left the firm without any notification. I had to call to find out after not receiving any response to my calls and email. On top of all that, they were not even able to tell me who was looking after my case after the previous solicitor has left as it was not assigned to anyone.(it just went into a black hole). They all never return my calls nor emails, and when they do after a week they charge you for a 2 min phone telling me no progress has been made. On the other when they sent you your bill you have 48hrs to pay for it. They just want your money without providing the service you deserve. They should be ashamed of themselves. Complete disgrace to the industry.

Exactly what all these other people are saying. It's been nearly 2 years and this was meant to be completed in under 6 months. I have sent countelss emails asking what is going on and where the documents are, what is happening and why is it taking so long. No response. They are charging me top dollar from the general guide of what was quoted when I'm constantly having to chase them up and still no response. I'm now onto my 3rd or 4th lawyer. They just throw you from one to the next! They don't listen to your complaint or take you seriously. The more you complain the more they ignore you and charge you! If you don't pay you will hear from them trust me. But if we complain, you won't hear fr them at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My case is still not resolved! It's not my divorce stressing me out, it's this company! I wish I read these reviews before I chose them.

I've had a very unique case that required an expert advice in a very short notice as I was about to board a plane for an overseas offshore. I desperately discussed my case with Go to Court and surprisingly I've got a call from one of the greatest lawyer ever on Friday night saying he's happy to see me over weekend. Yeah, over the weekend!!! He sat with me on Saturday, reviewed my case and promised he will get back to me before my flights on Sunday. Long story short, not only I was pleased with their professional commitment, my case was resolved sooner than expected. Such a great team, such a great expertise. Highly recommended. Had a traffic related charge that I needed to go to court for. Found Go to Court online-their online quote was fair (a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than other service providers for similar cases). I had a consultation with Tanguy in Ipswich (where I live, so no need to go into the city!). After gathering all the case detail, he explained how he is going to represent the case and what I had to do (character witness letters etc.) The experience going to court and outcome was exactly as Tanguy prepared me for. Although I plan never to need his services again, I will definitely use Go to Court's services again-Thank you Tanguy and team.

What can I say.. its been 3 hard years of being messed around by various immigration officers and lawyers. Been pulled left, right, forward and backwards. Paid unheard of amounts of money to always be represented and advised wrong. However the was an exception was at this firm.. Tanguy is a star. I have been dealing with Go to Court in Brisbane and so far have been more than happy with their service. I live in WA, but as my issue lies in QLD I thought it may have been hard to pursue. The correspondence between myself and my lawyer, Tanguy, has been frequent and in depth, whether it has been via phone or email. Overall I think the team so far has done a great job. As my case now goes to court, I am expecting the same level of service and am very confident it will continue. I have been made to feel very comfortable with the progression of my issue even when dealing with the firm from interstate.

Thieves... I chose GoToCourt late December 2016, my money was taken and on multiple occasions the drafted work was not sent to me for my approval. (I've still not seen any evidence of ANY work towards my case) It is now nearly 4 months later with numerous phone calls and emails to GoToCourt but it seems now that they have had no intention of contacting me back. At this stage I would certainly not recommend GoToCourt Lawyers to anybody. Hopefully this sparks some sort of interest for GoToCourt to reconsider how treat their clients.

Armstrong Legal team. I have Paid the Amount Of $395 to engage your Lawyer to my Case. The Amount was Paid for an approximate 1 hour appointment with the lawyer as what the secretary told me. The appointment was Only 9 min on Friday 3:00pm and on general information only. I was fine with that and I called the lawyer on Monday Morning and afternoon and I’ve sent voice msg to discuss important question about my visit to police station, With no response from the lawyer. I didn’t pay the amount for a 9min phone call or email.
