WORST SHOWROOM EVER! Please do not buy anything here! They cannot keep their promise. They just take money and don’t deliver it ! Horrible experience. Chroma is becoming worse day by day. Never expected this from Chroma. Here is why… We had gone to the showroom to buy washing machine and we paid full amount and booked it on the same day.The store manager and staff told it will be delivered the next day even though it was Sunday. We cancelled our plans and waited for the whole day but it didn’t arrive. That next week when we called them(they didn’t call, we only had to call) they said they don’t have stock in their warehouse and they would get it from Hyderabad and deliver it in 3 days. Again the next day, they call and say they don’t have stock at all anywhere and asking us to upgrade to higher load (KG) machine by paying more money. Note that they still have our money and almost a week since we booked. They just called and said they don’t have any “Option” ! Really ?? Then why on Earth make fake promises to customers? Chroma should be taken to court! These managers are least bothered and don’t take any necessary steps! I don’t understand why they have managers there when they can’t take care of these in prior before promising! Why run such stores if you cannot even be truthful with customers! My whole family and friends will NEVER buy anything from you!

Ordered online for store pick up. No one is taking ownership. Saying that server not working. Travelled 23 km to pick up. Everyone is acting like how a third class politician behaves after winning elections. Called customer care, it seems no help from there. These people are arrogant and irresponsible. Third class people. They expect us to buy from store here so that we can pay more here. They are not even ready to give acknowledgement saying that we came here to return without product delivered. These people are spoiling the name of Tata.

I was planing to buy washing machine but the store staff was pathetic in response espically one particular staff he was very illi informed about the products and his attitude was soo unbarbabel and he was not ready to sell to us don't know why when we said we will order from online then only he booked our order if your staff doesn't respond to us Good then why should we buy from you. Firstly make the staff chage their attitude towards selling

The purpose of coming to a store is to physically purchase the product. I had just visited this store a few minutes back to purchase a monitor as I needed one today. Not a single monitor was on display and not a single piece was available to pick up from the store. Your representatives told me to order it from your online store. If thats the case, whats the difference between purchasing from your store and amazon?!! Pathetic service

Pathetic After Sales Service by this store. GT world Mall Croma store really excel in annoying their customer. Overcommitment, delayed delivery, rude store manager.. I can go on in giving many negative comments but Really this is not expected from Croma. I have been to croma other stores in many other cities, this store is worst of all. Thank god I did not purchase any Tata Product from this store. Very Pathetic Service.

No proper customer care we have purchased a product worth 7000 and asked if we have any gifts or offers they denied later near billing section I saw the tag saying on purchasing so and so amount there are gifts ...Upon asking they said now we cant give since the bill is printed...Very disappointed...Being a Tata company never expected this...Would like to see some improvement

Big shop, two floors. Can buy household appliances- small like iron box, rice cooker, grinder, coffee maker, air fryer, etc and big like TV, fridge, washing machine, air conditioner, party speakers, etc. It has electronics too like mobile phones, laptops, tabs, storage devices, printers, shredders, headphones, etc. Friendly staff and discounts on items too. Overall good.

VERY WORST SERVICE FROM CROMA GT WORLD I took a TV from this showroom croma GT world, sales person asked for home delivery, but it's been 3 days, I haven't received the TV yet. Day 1 delivery man had called and said iam coming but did not come from now 3 days i am calling him he is not responding VERY WORST SERVICE FROM THIS SHOWROOM CROMA GT WORLD

I just really liked the staff and help rendered at the customer service desk, specifically by Pavithra and M Karthik Kiran who is the assistant department manager there. They thoroughly know what they are doing and aided in product exchange efficiently. Kudos to them. I totally recommend this store in GT World Mall, Bangalore.

If it was possible to give a negative review, I would score this outlet with a -5 star. Pathetic customer servicing, no one wants to listen to the customer, false promises. It took these guys 3 weeks to just raise a complaint and another 2 weeks to actually send people. The people working here are all useless.

Worst experience from gt World Mall crom team giving fake assurance for customer on iphone 13 insurance policy. Very disgusting saying lies to customers to take insurance and claiming that insurance cant be done on this case and they took my phon for more than 10 working days che shame on u.

Was bit worried seeing negative reviews here, but the CROMA staff removed all those worries. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products and very courteous, my washing machine got delivered next day as promised and was installed the same day. Overall happy with the experience! Thank you.

They have all electrical gadgets and home appliances but they should know how to treat customer we went to buy AC but the staff fellow was like in negligence mood thinking will buy or not and with negligence he answered us..the head should take care of this to be friendly with people

Very worst service, we almost roamed more than 4 times for i phone 13 128gb due to misguidance from employees in the store . Very careless behavior. Very much disappointed. Took more than 1 hour for billing process. And made 2000 rs extra bill by irresponsiblity.

Please don't buy if the product is not available in the store. They tell you to place the order and collect it the next day. But will make you wait for 3-4 days giving reasons. So make sure the product is available and then place the order or order it online.

Decent place to find all your electronic needs but there are no good collections in laptops (entry level gaming laptops)and other appliances . Staffs are always suspicious around and stick to you wherever you go and make you feel somewhat awkward .
