some decent pieces, but kinda overpriced. The staff is rude and often had a “I can’t wait to go home” attitude that shines through every customer service experience. One girl straight up balled up my clothes and didn’t even ask me if I wanted a bag lol walked out looking like I was stealing …

I find great pieces here, but I have noticed a lot of stains on light colored items. I’m not sure if that’s happening when the items come into the store or when they’re already there. Also it would be magical if there was a better system for selling items. I spent two and a half hours there the other day.

Much better items here than in Goodwill, and prices are fairly reasonable. Some pieces were expensive but worth it. Fitting rooms are open (unlike Goodwill) so I knew what I was buying would fit well. Got some cute levi’s jeans for $12 and a nice matching set :)

The hippopotamus in the zoo works faster than the workers here. Waiting 3 hours to get 10 clothes checked. I wonder which manager lets people work that slow?!?!? They also tagged my items before I even approved and they were very unfriendly! Won’t be back!

PEOPLE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR BLESS-ED time here … THESE SCUMBAGS ARE STRAIGHT UP CON ARTIST !!!! You take literally designer clothes or shoes and they Weill offer you a MEASLY MISERABLE PRICE . I took some Jordans that i don’t like no more

I recently had to sell men's clothing and other items here. There was a short wait while buyers assisted others. Since it was my first time selling items, they were thorough about process and clear about what they were currently interested

They have some great stuff in here but selling is a dehumanizing process. That fancy one on Ventura or Buffalo exchange in the valley will at least treat you with some dignity. I took in a pair of Miu Miu shoes and another pair of Stuart

Maybe it’s different in LA but… I had a small handful of clothes and typically in any shop, resale or retail, someone will ask if they can take them for you and start a room or at least place on rack. Didn’t happen but whatever, I wasn’t

Waited an hour with one person in front of me. The two things (of many beautiful new things) they took (no worries about only taking two) they wanted to pay an insanely low price for ! I go to other crossroads and this one was criminal.

I’ve got to say, this location is probably the friendliest I’ve gone to! I’ve bought and sold at 5 other locations and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile! Bought some beautiful items too! Brand new, with tags! Loved it!

the staff were very rude. i tried to get a fitting room and the girl yelled at me that she was off the clock, then when my friend and I checked out the woman didn’t give me the 50% discount on the tag and when my friend checked out the

Walked in and I was immediately looked up and down by security and by the employees of the store and felt like I didn’t belong. I’m not sure if it was because I was the only minority and everyone in there had the same skin color but I

One of my favorite Resale stores. Great options and friendly staff, every time. Customer service and staff can definitely make or break a shopping experience, and I always have a great experience. …

Such slow business. Everyone just stands around chatting. No efficiency whatsoever. Save your time and don’t come in. They drag the whole process out so you have to walk around the store. Never coming back.

This place seemed like an upscale goodwill. The price was decently marked.
