We are dealing with Crossworld Holidays for my mother’s Australian and New Zealand tourist visa and our experience with them has been excellent. Mr. Prashant Damle who is handling our application is thorough in his knowledge and has clearly communicated the documents required, set up medical appointment on priority basis for my mother that has avoided unnecessary delays. He has also been very co-operative in answering all my queries over phone although our time zones are different and continues to provide the same level of service for her NZ visa which is currently in the process. I would also like to mention the efforts of Mr Amit who has promptly processed the visa application and due to their combined efforts Aus visa has arrived in a week's time. The staff at Crossworld are professional, friendly and I’d highly recommend their services for international travel.

Had a wonderful time during my recent visit to Thailand in the last week of Nov 2023. Although we had done Schengen visa application and documents ourselves, we wanted inputs from someone who had expertise in visa applications and we shortlisted CrossWorld basis friends and then google reviews. Prashant and his team gave inputs with reasonable costs. Today I went to the office regarding UK & US visa application. Mr. Damle provided me the required information & resolved my queries, but the Moment we met he didn't even asked me for a water on top of that I was coughing. After this I went to the another table for US visa application he also didn't asked me for a water, he did not even introduced himself, there was No politeness in his voice. Mr. Amit at the Crossworld office is the most helpful human on this planet. He is the reason I got a Schengen visa appointment. Visa services is good but don’t go for money exchange, its worst experience and they don’t have proper currency.. This place is only for Visa services it’s good to change your currency other place where you will get good exchange rate.. Wrost service for currency exchange.
