Please see the Yelp reviews for a balanced since of customer experience. The product they delivery is lacking for the price paid. In my wife's experience, Crown Heights Florist & Decorators has failed to meet minimal expectations or to do anything to resolve the unsatisfactory product they delivered to a wake on 11/30/17 in Brooklyn. My wife ordered a funeral arrangement to be sent same day. She chose the shop because it was in Brooklyn and figured they could easily handle a simple order. She spoke with Alan over the phone who assured her they would deliver a beautiful bouquet to the wake. Alan later told my wife, who was out of town, that he delivered a "large" and "beautiful" floral arrangement with "pink roses and a large pink bow". Sadly for the charge of $130, the arrangement was seriously lacking in comparison to the description. A person at the wake service sent her a photo of the flowers and that were delivered in a simplistic garden store pot and contained mostly filler flowers. The photo itself shows how the arrangement doesn't look at all professional, rather hastily assembled without any attention to aesthetics. I would not hold such a high standard for a 30-50 dollar arrangement but, we expected a much better product for the amount paid. My wife asked Alan to replace the arrangement in time for the funeral on 12/1 or issue a refund. He refused to make her whole and stood by the work of the shop. Particularly when customers are looking to brighten someone's day who is grieving or recovering, you would think a florist would be able to meet the basic requirements and delivery a worthy product. Unfortunately, as you can see from the photo, this was not the case in our experience with Crown Heights Florist & Decorators.

My husband And I, sadly, had a horrible experience. He ordered flowers for me, on 8/3 for pick up. The emails instructions said to arrive BEFORE 7 PM. He got there at 6:30PM. Upon arrival, He noticed that the gate was down and it appeared that they were closed. He called and didn’t receive an answer. The next day he calls for a refund, but was greeted with rudeness, and was told he cannot receive one, even though he paid $84.86. However, when I called, I was told to call back in three days because the person that knows how to do refunds is not available. I was also told twice, that since my husband wasn’t able to pick up the flowers, we are able to get a 100% moneyback guarantee. I hope I do receive my refund within the three days as promised. Unfortunately, due to our different experiences, we will not be continuing our business with Crown Heights florist.

I put in a call from California and spoke with with Allen who made this happen for me, Thank you again Allen for assisting me with my short notice funeral . Allen created the most beautiful arrangement and had it delivered in 2 hours. The customer service, care, attention to detail, fast service and professionalism is impeccably unmatched. Happy New Years and thank you to Allen and the creative and talented staff at Crown Heights Florists. I really appreciate it

I called this morning to order a colorful flower arrangement for my anniversary with my boyfriend. The person on the phone was very nice. I asked for a nice arrangement and that if they had them to include one yellow rose and one orchid but please no carnations. I stressed colorful and fragrant. What my boyfriend got was a dozen red roses. Although pretty, that was not at all what I ordered. To me colorful means a variety of pretty flowers in a bouquet. If I asked for one orchid and one yellow rose why would they send a dozen red roses? I doubt I'll use them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...I CALLED IN THE MORNING TO HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY. HER PLACE OF BUSINESS WAS 5 MINUTES AWAY. SHE IS A TEACHER AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR DELIVERY BY NOON. FLOWERS ARRIVED AT 2:48 PM. THEY MADE HER WAIT OUTSIDE FOR THE DELIVERY GUY TO ARRIVE...UNBELIEVABLE. EVEN WORSE, I CALLED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THE WOMAN WORKING THERE WASN'T PICKING UP THE PHONE. I FINALLY CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND SHE PICKED UP.

This was a scam. Take a look at the below photos and decide for yourself. Friends sent me $75 flowers and what arrived was a "bouquet" of whatever they had lying around, old, brown carnations and daisies, and lilies that had all the petals missing. It was smashed and thrown together, it looks awful. They obviously thought they could charge a high price and provide a poor product, a bait and switch. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS LOCATION.

This was the first shop I called which looked to be in the range of the neighborhood I was somewhat desperate (and running out of time) to have flowers delivered to that same day. That first call was the only one I needed to make. I was met with kindness and accommodation over the phone. The flowers were delivered same day as promised despite my late afternoon request. Thanks Crown Heights Florist for the wonderful customer service!

Don't waste your time!!! This place is garbage. They failed to deliver the flowers after I waited hours for "the roses to fly in". I could have ordered from somewhere else. Worse enough, when I called for a refund the owner of the business and his staff are rude. I was hung up on by the owner and staff numerous times before they agreed to refund. BTW, I didn't get that refund until 2 weeks later. I do not recommend this florist.

He takes the time to get to know you and understand the importance of the arrangement that you require. It is not just about giving you a flower or fruit arrangement. He loves what he does. I don't understand how these 5 star reviews are from actual customers. I have never received such poor customer service and quality of flowers. If you are reading this, please visit this business (under a different name, but same address) on Yelp for accurate, truthful reviews of their quality. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

The woman helping me was nice and attentive. They charged $45 for a 6-rose bouquet and they didn't survive the 4 walk block home. These don't look like they'll last a day. I don't mind paying more for nice flowers from a local flower shop, but iI expect them to be fresh and last a few days. I won't be going back.

I wish I could give a zero. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday for my daughter’s birthday. Today is Monday , no flowers, no one answering the phone since I placed the order. I had provided them with my phone number, as well as my daughter’s ; no one called. Disgraceful way to do business .

Do Not Order from this place!! I ordered flowers for my mother on mother’s day and up to this day I still have not received it and they took the money out of my account when I called I was told they were gonna get back to me and it seems like they totally disregard my number and information

Horrified! I ordered $80 arrangement for a friend who just had surgery; the individual showed up, the flowers were wrapped in a plastic "Family Dollar" bag; She brought the flowers inside, unwrapped them and they were virtually dead. Awful experience! Please do not use these people.

Look guys I don't know what's going on with you, you probably had a bad experience but personally they delivered me a gigantic fruit basket in two hours, the fruits were fresh, full of candies, chocolates and even amazing goat cheese. Let's be real, this is quality service.

Awful. Store smells, if you’re not Jewish or appear white they will not help you. Customer service terrible. Told me the flowers were 70, but the guy next to me got it for 40 because he was Jewish. Another person was outside who was of color and I recommended not going in.

i orderd a bouquet for $ 85 - a total of 7 roses - which arrived quickly, but was tiny - - and on top of it - very strangely an empty plastic water bottle was stuck to the wrapping. I have tried to call the shop to complain - but nobody answers the phone.

The nicest people I have ever seen. I had ordered 12 roses and my order hadn’t gotten through. The owner came out all the way to my Uber, cleared the issue and gave brought me the flowers. All with a big smile on his face. Im so grateful
