After applying for rentals over & over (had no previous rental history & been a single mum i wasnt on top of the list in any landord or agents eyes) was rejected & applied for over 20 properties previously . Shirley & Valentina gave me a go, with their experience they were able to correctly judge my character. They accepted evidence of my savings & they took into consideration my credit rating as part of my ability to pay which other agents did not care about. So great full for them for giving me a go. I haven't let them down always pay my rent early .

I would strongly recommend avoiding this business. The communication between owner and tenant is delayed and disjointed. I have been waiting on some repairs for five months and whenever I contact Crown I get the "it'll be done soon" or "it is out of our control". Which is a shame as they were very friendly and helpful at the flat viewing, less so once you have moved in.

Valentina and Shirley are the only agents in the area that I trust to manage my investment property. With the recent changes in landlord responsibilities and obligations, they have advised me early so that the property is compliant and we ensure a positive experience for the tenant. Absolute worst renting experience with this company. Unhelpful and only trying to scam their clients out of money. Wouldn’t recommend their horrible services to anyone. Our agent was Shirley Haigh and she is probably the worst of them all. Stay far away from these people!

Do NOT recommend. Appalling communication between owners and tenants. Makes ordinary situations much more difficult than they need to be with defensive and at times unnecessarily argumentative behaviour. Save yourself the drama and use another agent.

I had the pleasure dealing with the sales manager Jim who went above and beyond to secure a property for even though I didn't end up proceeding with it. Highly recommended him and his team for their professional approach. Keep up the good work Jim!
