I came to your hotel and I was really very tired. But your staff Ms. Shaurya was really helpful and courteous towards me and other guests too. As she saw that I was tired so she immidiately provided me a glass of water and a welcome drink and helped me getting checked in very early. Delighted with the exceptional service and warm hospitality at this hotel. Must say that Shaurya always greeted us with a smile and was always happy to take feedback at the lobby. The diverse food options were a treat, and the picturesque swimming pool added to the overall charm. Highly recommend! I would love to visit again

The service, particularly the behavior of the front desk staff, lacks a welcoming attitude. While the rooms are acceptable, those facing the front of the hotel offer views of a rather unattractive brook. Unfortunately, the TV provided in the rooms is not a smart TV. It's surprising that they request an advance payment for the minibar, as if they expect guests to abscond with its contents. Despite my multiple stays and membership, I have never truly felt a sense of welcome. I remain hopeful that they will make improvements in this regard.

Overall a very decent property, but should work harder on keeping communal area toilets clean. 2nd floor toilets seem like they are cleaned regularly but TP is not often replaced. 3rd floor toilets seem quite filthy. Other than that, it's a great property with great staff and management. It's not really what I would expect at a 4-5* property, much less a chain one. Noise isolation is also a bit poor if there's a function going on outside. On the other hand, the effectively blackout curtains are excellent.

Clean and well maintained property The hotel is liked by guests for being neat, well-appointed and spacious. Small touches like scented towels and bedsheets have been appreciated. The facilities are excellent and the overall environment is welcoming and provides tranquillity amidst city.

It's situated in Mayur vihar on the maom road itself. It has good connectivity to Noida as well. The rooms are relatively bigger and are well maintained. The staff is supportive. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was pathetic.. veg fried rice was cold, idli was sour , most of the food items were tasteless. The service staff doesn't care about the orders or clean the tables. The omelet I ordered was never served. Never going to return here. Radisson was much better.

Though seemingly located in a reputed locality (Mayur Vihar) the approach is bit swanky if the guest is coming from kondli side. Need proper direction arrows to be placed to guide the visitors. The service staff need to b more humble to the guests. They should not keep murmuring amongst themselves in front of the guests(it gives some negative impression).

Very nice Place to stay. The restaurant employees were super courteous and would offer excellent service. I ordered mutton biryani for dinner and just loved it. This place is definitely much better than its immediate neighbor, though it is the same group.

Visited first time for an even today and had a buffet lunch there. Since evening my stomach has got upset. I'm not fond of 5 star hotel food, and rather prefer road side running outlets. But it seems bacterias of Crowne Plaza are stronger than road side dhaba. God knows what was that mouthwatering delicacy served, which is now coming out in bunches.

I went there for a conference in December 2023. Car parking and walkway are okay but not as per other crowne plaza hotels. Food served was okay/good. The ambience was okay. The location is close to the main road and easily reachable by personal or public transport.

After a dreadful first night in Delhi in another hotel I had already booked this hotel a few days previous. We vacated the previous hotel very early in the morning and arrived at 9:00 am. The hotel were superb, they arranged tea and coffee in the lounge whilst they prepared our room for an 11:00am check in! Service above and beyond.

होटल में प्रवेश करते ही वहा के कर्मचारियों ने सम्मानित किया स्वागत किया स्वभाव कर्मचारियों का बहुत ही अच्छा था होटल की सफाई लाइटिंग ओर खाना बहुत स्वदिष्ट था और सही सेवाओं का लाभ लेने में खूब मजा आया होटल अच्छा है
