I have used this car park twice recently, on both occasions for about 40 minutes. The second time the machine tried to charge me £75, claiming bizarrely that I had left my car there for 4 days even though it had captured my car leaving after the first time and entering the car park 4 days later. I phoned the contact number and was left hanging on the line for 45 minutes before someone answered. It took another 15 minutes to resolve the issue, after having eventually consulted the supervisor. I had to remind them not to charge me for a second hour whilst I was on the phone. At no point was any apology offered, and a promise to contact me by email about this has not yet been honoured. Shameful.

I personally wouldn't park here AGAIN or advise anyone to park here So last night I used the Cark park because I went to my friends 9 night (celebration of life) who sadly passed away I paid £9.20 to park between 22:10pm and 01:08am for some scum bag to throw a brick through the passenger front window resulting in things being stolen, my car sustaining loads of interior damage and the thief or thieves rummaging throughly through my car even the boot I thought I was in luck and would get help when I bumped into the security guard who was patrolling last night but how wrong was I he was very rude unhelpful and uncaring VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHOULD BE 0 but unfortunately google don't allow a 0

Possibly one of the worst multi storey car parks in the UK. In all my years of driving I have never seen a POTHOLE within a multi storey carpark. Very small parking bays with faded or no markings. On exiting my car the smell of urine throughout the car park and staircase over powering. Empty lager cans, general litter and drug paraphernalia in the stairwell. No call or help points. Poor lighting. Payment machine not working at the time of my visit, with no assistance button for help. Generally a pitiful excuse for a car park. Those running and managing this carpark should be ashamed.

Unsafe, unclean, unlit, unmanaged, unclear, limited signage, little or no floor clarity, drug users present by day. One of the most uncomfortable spaces you could wish to go. Def avoid outside of daylight hours. Payment process at a single point on ground floor requires you to ‘publicly’ display mobile number, car registration, (plus email address if you want a receipt). GDPR and personal safety risk. Horrendous experience. One star is too generous.

This is not an NCP car park! I didn't pay because it is not safe in there at night with all the dossers and druggies hanging about. The state of the walkways and stairs is unbelievable. I phoned NCP and the do not own it. I think it is Your Parking Space. I now have to try to pay before I get a penalty notice. There are lots of other nice car parks further along the main road. It does not deserve one star.

I always park my car in the Centrale Car Park but It was closed in Wednesday the 17 August. I decided to park in NCP Car Park Croydon Central. I wish I didn’t. It’s Very poor quality, filthy, VERY overpriced. Apart from urine smelling stairs and lifts that do not work. I personally wouldn't park here AGAIN or advise anyone to park here.

Great location and this is pretty much it. The place smells like pee, there is no security and even the lights don't work. The ground floor / entrance is on the dark and the electric charger spot is not working for the last 3 years. The place is also a sleeping spot for homeless people and they tend to pee in the wheels of the cars.

Worst Cark park I've seen in recent times. Parked for 40 minutes and was charged £7. I thought I was parking in Croydon not central London lol. Near by roadside parking is less than £2 per hour look elase where but not park in this smelly (urine)NCP car park. They only charge hefty but no maintenance and non working lifts

Apart from urine smelling stairs and lifts that do not work, the Web site to pay after you leave is a stitch up. 49.50 for 4 hours I was charged as they did me 3 times for 1 parking session. Now I'm trying to get my stolen money back and they are not very helpful at their office either. Very bad company.

15 smashed windows in 2 weeks. Don’t believe what they advertise. Security does not exist. Cost me £280 to repair my window. Your parking space said it was not there and I have no evidence that the window was smashed there. It’s a joke! Save your money.

The car park is rank. The stairwells is where the drunk and homeless hang out, pee etc. The pricing is outrageous. But as Croydon has 24hrs parking restrictions they have you by the balls. If you don't live far I'd suggest walking instead for free.

Avoid this car park . NCP Is not secured, I’ve find 5 cars on one level with the front window smashed ( Pictures ) Please read the others reviews , you can see it is happening every day for months and no one is doing nothing to stop this crime .

Cheap car park in a good location. It’s very dirty in the hall ways/ corridors. The machine to pay for your parking is incredibly dirty & the machine itself is very slow. There is an app & would recommend using this instead.

Parked from 7.45am-5pm and paid £3.20. Only positive as car park smelled of urine, noticed broken glass in bay as if somones windows had been smashed. Didn't get an overall feeling that car was safe as car park very derelict

Very expensive to park, £10+ for just a few hours. The elevator wasn't working but there were no warning signs to alert users of this before they parked, nor were there signs at the elevators.

The Machine said it couldn’t take payment so paid on another card and it took money from both accounts!! What a shoddy place will never park there again

Absolute hell hole and they gave me a parking ticket despite following the instructions which clearly state 'Pay on Exit'. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusting place. Honestly. Rather take Uber to the shopping centre to avoid parking at this nasty smelling carpark.

Only downside is prices on weekends. It's a fiver Monday to Friday and something like £16 or over on weekends.
