I’ve had wisdom teeth issues for years but they’re only painful when the gum gets infected. I’ve never been able to afford to have them removed as most dentists don’t have a reliable price guide. I once spent over $2000 just on insurance to reduce the price, only to have the prices change again and not be able to have them removed. I’m also an adult that was previously afraid of dentists. So when my gums got infected and swelled-up and had gross things oozing out I started my search again… Croydon Central Dental had an emergency appointment available within 24 hours, accurate prices AND removed the teeth in the chair on my first appointment! No stuffing me around! No hidden costs! (and the cheapest I’ve found after searching for YEARS). The staff were kind, reassuring and excellent communicators. No nonsense, just got in and got it done. It was less painful than the infection and my follow up appointment is free!

I have recently moved to Croydon & researched carefully whom I would choose as my new Dentist, Doctor, Pharmacy etc After my first introductory appointment at Croydon Central Dental, I knew I had made the right choice. I '100%' agree with the other reviews here. What a wonderful practice, & what a wonderful team. I immediately felt comfortable with both the facility & staff. This is a lovely new facility, with the highest level of technology & equipment I have seen - & prices are very competitive. The staff, Isabelle, Tony, & Amy are very professional, approachable & friendly. Their level of expertise quickly becomes evident with their patient, gentle, & knowledgeable explanation of your individual situation. You just know that you're in extremely capable hands. Highly recommended! Their service is extremely good and informative. No wonder why they got many positive reviews. I was surprised with their price as it was cheaper than what I expected. I had been quoted over $1000 for a deep clean after spending nearly $300 for a normal clean elsewhere plus I was referred to go somewhere to have an X-ray done. But here They did everything with a good price as they have modern facilities. I was explained throughoutly about my teeth health and conditions and was recommended how to look after them. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and will definitely come back.

I avoid the dentist at all costs if possible! I am terrified of the pain usually inflicted Having recently moved into the area, I decided to bite the bullet and have a checkup. It was a moment of weakness. However, I have to say that I have never been to a dentist so calming, professional and incredibly gentle (I still felt a minor twinge, but nothing really!). The incredible equipment and services offered are second to none. I thought my previous Dentist was pretty good, but Dr Chu and staff are absolute stand alones! If I can manage a trip to this fantastic dental practice, then everyone can.

Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Not only to patients, but to each other as well. Appointment was running late due to an emergency. But this was explained, and dentist was very apologetic. And staff made sure one was comfortable while waiting. Really appreciated refreshing honesty of their capabilities and limits, with a referral to a specialist who would be better able to assist. Overall, quite a pleasant experience. And didn't feel 'clinical' at all. P.s. You've got to get IN the shopping centre to find them Opposite Baker's Delight, next to med clinic

Anyone knows going to the dentist can be overwhelming and leave people anxious. However, first time going here and I was put at ease as soon as I arrived. I seen Dr Tony Fang who was so patient and really took the time with his patients, with all the newest technology you’ll get your money worth. Left feeling great and even better; teeth were in good condition. Clinic is fairly new, clean and very tidy. Dentist assistant was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Would highly recommend for anyone in search of a dentist in the Croydon area or surrounds.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction done with Dr.Herman, as I am pregenant and very concerned, I asked a lot of questions, he is very patient to explain to me about the procedure and did a very good job. Reception lady Kate has been very helpful and friendly, she has been helping me throughout the whole time, did follow up call to check on me, also when I expressed my worry about the possible infection, she helped me organised an appointment straigt away. I am very impressed and happy with their professional teamwork and patience. Highly recommed it!

Recently moved to Kilsyth and googled dentists in the area and found Croydon Central Dental with so many good reviews and I could not fault them. My first appointment with the staff and Dentist Nelly Lee were so wonderful, they made me feel at ease and very informative – let’s be serious no one likes going to the dentist but they were great! Close to home and a great location in a shopping centre, I have found my new dentist. Great equipment and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this practice for your dental needs

I was so scared to visit a new dentist as mine is booked up for months, and last time I went elsewhere I ended up in hospital for months with a bacterial blood infection. I contacted this clinic who immediately booked me in as a filling from the not named clinic had come out and my tooth had shattered. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart as was the dentist and assistant. I would highly recommend this clinic! The replacement filling is so much better than the other clinic and they were so kind and supportive 10 out of 5 stars!!!!

Had an amazing consult with dr Tony Fang on Monday. He is both thorough and very knowledgeable . I felt valued and not rushed . I had been seeing a dentist already and felt like I was getting messed around , when I visited , Tony highlighted many things the other dentist had missed and also took a preventative approach for future problems. I can’t wait to have all of my work done at this clinic. Highly recommend for their service , the technology on site , lovely staff and just all around great experience

A great experience at Croydon Central Dental, Dr Isabelle so knowledgeable and explained as she went. I was so comfortable with my treatment and zero pain. State of the art equipment on site so no trekking around and re-booking to finalise appointments. Assistant Juliette was so lovely too. Very, very reasonable pricing. A great location with easy parking and convenience. Highly recommended already to my family members and friends. My new dentist for sure.

I took my mum to see Dr Tony this week for teeth removal surgery. The newly opened Croydon dental clinic is quiet nicely renovated, tidy and clean. The surgery room is very spacious with all kinds of high-tech equipments. Staff there are very friendly. Dr Tony is very professional. My mum enjoyed her entire dental surgery experience and was very happy with Dr Tony! I’d highly recommend the new Croydon dental clinic to my family and friends!

I called late Friday to book a last minute teeth whitening appointment for a personal matter. she patiently explained the process, price, and booked me in for 12.00PM and got my tray ready for pick up within 3 hours. Been there recently for a 4-year never done overall check up and wash. Very joyful experience. Super friendly staff and super skilled and patient doctor Tony there and I just simply cant praise them highly enough. Just so regretful that they are not one of the Medibank members choice providers and as a result I will have to compare the gap fees with other providers in the area for doing the major dental.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction two days ago with Dr Herman and everything went smoothly and great, really appreciate for the amazing work done by the Dr and special thanks for Jennifer that she is so friendly and helpful and not only she provides lot of reassurance to me that reduced my anxiety but also provide detailed information about post extraction care. I had an amazing experience at Croydon Central Dental. The team is friendly and the ambience is relaxing. The part I like the most is that the dentist Tony is very honest and genuine. We discussed several options but I didn’t feel that he tried to sell me anything unnecessary. The clinic is also very reasonably priced compared to where I have been before. Will come back for my treatment.

I am very impressed with this Dental Practice. I have been looked after by the practice over the last two years, pretty well just after they started. The Dentists are very professional, they are good communicators, and are excellent in their clinical knowledge and skills. The support staff both clinical and admin are also wonderful. Tony and his team were able to take me in last minute as I had some terrible tooth pain come on overnight and was quite concerned. He was very thorough and attentive, and explained what was going on very clearly, as well as outlining a comprehensive treatment plan. The practice is modern and sleek and very comfortable with patient experience well considered and accommodated.

It’s the first time that my son went to see a dentist. He was nervous. Dr Herman is really nice and professional. The assistant staff is great as well. Little boy didn’t cry. He calmed down quickly as Dr Herman is humorous and introduced what the next step was, what he would use and let my son touch it and feel it. He was excited to be rewarded with a toy dinosaur at last.

Had my first visit today - a check up and a clean with Dr Kotur. The doctor and her assistant were both very calm, patient and professional. The receptionist was also professional and friendly with great customer service manners. I felt relaxed and well informed throughout my visit. Excellent experience. From the reception staff and dental nurse who are caring and helpful to my dentist who was caring, gentle, confident and extremely knowledgeable. I have been to many dentists in my life and this was by far the best experience. I had things explained to me very clearly with a realistic and achievable treatment plan. So glad I walked in there.

I have been there to see Dr. Herman Chu a few times now and have always had an a positive experience. I really don’t like going to the dentist like most, but he is calm and efficient and I feel like he takes pride in his work. Always makes sure I am ok in the chair throughout the procedure. As a result I have taken my son there recently to get his teeth checked.

Had the best experience here today, which is weird to say for a dental surgery… but everyone was friendly from the moment you walked in the door. The dentist Dr Priyanka was amazing, I can’t recommend her enough, explained everything step by step and came up with a care plan based on what I wanted to achieve and provided advice. Absolutely fantastic, equipment is very new and customer experience is great! Dr. Tony Fang was fantastic, he explained all the treatment processes before and after the procedure. My kids usually do not like to see the dentist, but since Dr. Fang look after them, they are not scared to see Dentist anymore. Really happy with the care and treatment we received.

Highly recommend! We took my 8 yr old daughter here after she knocked a tooth loose. We hadn’t been able to get her to a dentist in 2 years after a bad experience elsewhere , so I wasn’t sure how it would go . But Everyone here was lovely and patient. So good with kids! She felt comfortable, and said herself she thought it was good and is happy to go back !

The team at Croydon dental from booking the appointment to my checkup were amazing. The equipment used is extremely modern, and I loved that Tony walked me through everything with my teeth via 3D images and X-rays. I’ve just left my first appointment here. I’ve never felt more relaxed at the dentist. He was very gentle and calming, and explained everything really well. The equipment they have is incredible. They also have a TV above you so you can watch African animals and completely zone out while you have your teeth fixed! Highly recommend.

Super professional and kind, and they have state of the art technology. They even 3D scanned my mouth as part of a check up and clean. Relieved to have found somewhere so great.

I am very happy with my treatment at Croydon central dental. I never enjoyed to see any dentist until I have to. Obviously Dr. Fang is experienced dentist and very gentle to handle the process. The staff is friendly and caring. It makes the most comfortable experience. No stress.

First time i have walked out of a dentist excited. On my first visit they took xrays and pictures with the most modern equipment i have seen. I was given a comprehensive pictorial review of my teeth using the software they have. Even the clean was easy, and painless.

Great dental clinic! They attended to my son at last minute when he needed emergency removal of wisdom tooth, and myself for a filling. Very friendly staff, well priced. I love the TV screen on the ceiling as a distraction. Also super clean.

Dr. Kero Nazeem is Very thorough and knowledgeable and best of all he has a very good mannerism. The equipment is state of the art And all members of staff are very friendly. A much better Practice to visit than my previous Dental practice.

For being a Dentist appointment to fix a broken tooth the visit was good The Dentist explained every step she made to me of every part of the procedure. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
