I've had mixed experiences with this store when ordering delivery. On multiple occasions, the sauce that goes on top of the pizza has been missing. They tasted quite bland without it. One time I got a call 30mins after placing my order to say they're out of vegan cheese and can't fulfil the order. It was placed online and I never received a refund, despite being assured that I would. I once went into the store to order and found that they didn't have the vegan options displayed on the menu above the counter, so I had to go to the website on my phone to see them. They had plant based protein options displayed, but that's not the same thing as vegan, and there's vegan pizzas that aren't part of that category. Aside from these issues, I've been a happy customer and placed many orders. The loyalty program (buy 9 and get 1 free) is appreciated.

This place just does pizza and sides such as chips and garlic bread. Their pizzas were great. I had the Mediterranean Lamb which was quite tasty with a stack of feta cheese. My friend had the garlic prawn pizza which looked good, too. The prices are reasonable and their service was fast, too. It's predominantly take away only so there isn't anything fancy in terms of seating or decor.

BIG fan of this place. I don’t know how y’all train your employees but you’re doing something right- they take pride in their work. Pizza is always cooked well, toppings evenly distributed, generous amount of sauce, and decent presentation. AND great vegan options I’ve had plenty of pizzas from other chains that consistently look and taste terrible, but Crust always SHOWS UP Thanks for the great food guys! Keep up the good work!

My partner and I had 2 of the best pizzas possibly ever at Crust Pizza Mount Gravatt. They were so perfectly cooked and the toppings were beautiful. We are gluten free and their crusts were the best...the pizzas were so good that my partner went back to shop to thank them and asked their names...thankyou Abrose and Lou!

Today I have experienced best customer service by Crust. Somehow I’d got wrong pizza yesterday. I called them, they were closed; I was bit frustrated too, but handled pretty well by the owner. So Gee (owner of store) promissed me to make a special pizza for free. I have just tasted it, its perfect and got some complementary chocolate bites as well. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. Highly appreciated and definitely recommended.

Same old story as everyone else.... pepperoni pizza was way overcooked, dry and crunchy like a biscuit. I know you can do good pizza as the pizza my partner ordered was pretty good. But jeez ...you can't get a pepperoni right? If you want to charge a premium price for a really really basic thing like pizza at least do it well. Way too much better competition in the market it will be sad to see you go.

Great custom options and friendly staff can only make up for constant stuff ups for so long! Easy parking behind the building! Changed the rating because almost a third of our orders are stuffed up! Wrong base, wrong ingredients. Tonight they completely left pineapple of a supreme pizza. Get your act together!

Last night was the second time my wife and I ordered pizza here. I did a telephone order and this very polite and helpful young man named Luke has taken my call both times. The young lady that served me when I got there was also very welcoming and polite as well. The Pizzas are delicious and the staff are absolutely outstanding. Will definitely be coming back. Love the pizzas. Have been a frequent customer until recently an issue with the online ordering system resulted in me being charged without service. I paid again in store after the store manager told me he would sort a refund through head office. Two emails and two weeks later still no response from the store on getting this resolved. Doubt I'll be ordering from here anymore.

First time I've gone here and what an absolute gem, I was completely satisfied. Pizza is the best I've tasted in a long time with a crust you want to eat. I got the pepperoni scrolls and were nice and crunchy. The cabonara is to die for and will be thinking about leftovers all day at work until I get home. The famous last words I'LL BE BACK!!!

Pizza was just ok, Olives were EXTREMELY salty, Base dry & not enjoyable.....but REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the Biscoff Scrolls! No Biscoff (paste) at all...just dough! DEFINITELY NOT what is advertised. I may as well have thrown my money in the bin.

Last night of 7 day Covid lockdown. I had a large appetite so I thought I'd reward myself with a Crust pizza. It was delicious, full of flavour, nicely presented and a great mixture of ingredients etc. Ive had crust a couple of times before and I remember it being great then too.

Just tried to order pizza for delivery online and I received an error after putting in my credit card details. I really appreciate that when I tried to put in the same order again the website warned me that it noticed a duplicate order and to call the store to confirm before submitting.

A lot of different gourmet flavours to choose from, pizza is full of flavour and has a lot of toppings. Wasn’t oily, greasy. The whole meal base was crispy, fluffy with a really crunchy crust. I normally dislike pizza and I was really impressed and I think I found my new favourite pizza place !

Just wanted to thank the store and all their younger stuff. They were under the pump with online order system issues (no fault of their own) and did a really great job making a delicious pizza for me, in rapid time too. Cheers guys!

First and last time customer. Ordered the hazelnut scrolls and they were completely burnt to a crisp. Bottom of the rolls were charcoal black carbon. How can you send that out? The bbq chicken pizza was ok. Overpriced and had way to much chilli flakes. Overall very average

Had a $10 discount so though we would try Crust. The vegan pizzas we chose were very tasty. I chose the ones that had been nominated for the Nourish award. I liked the smokey pulled jackfruit and my husband liked the (not) Beef Royale one with vegan cheese.

Everyone wore gloves except for this guy at the dough machine. He has a hairy beard and arms and I cringe seeing him knead the dough with no gloves on. This would be my last visit. I hope I don't find hair in my food.

Went to order a chicken and mushroom pizza which was $22. Went to pay and it said I needed to spend another $3 for delivery. I chose an upsize for $4. Then it said delivery was an extra $7. I cancelled the order. More

Amazing when the owner or his sister are working. Standard of phone manner and taking correct orders drops when they are away. Pizza is always consistently made and don't try to save 2 cents by skimping on toppings.

Awesome pizzas! Quite expensive but taste is amazing and quality and freshness is great. A bit stingy on some of the extra toppings such as the Prosciutto. The Springwood store is a little more generous. :)
