My experience working with Crystal is pretty extensive: I first met Crystal when I was looking for my first home, four years ago. At that time, I was new in town and the country and had very little knowledge of the real estate market (and how tough it can be). We used Armando Zires to look for a property we wanted to purchase in IL. We were in North Carolina so had to rely heavily on Armando to do all of the work for us in looking at the properties and doing video walkthroughs for us, even though the locations were not necessarily convenient for him based on his location. Every time we found a property we were interested in, Armando was out the door, checking on the property for us and giving us feedback. He was very professional and very responsive and willing to do anything we asked of him. We could not recommend a better, more responsive and polite realtor. I found Crystal to be less than genuine and misleading. We wasted time going to her property when she knew that an offer had been accepted and an inspection had been scheduled.
