After searching for the perfect storage unit we found this CubeSmart and we are completely amazed!! My husband and I are from Costa Rica and we were looking for a unit to store packages and needed extra help so everything was stored correctly. We met Jodi and Tom and they are the best persons you will ever meet! They are extremely helpful, incredibly nice, have a positive attitude, just amazing! We are extremely greatful for their help and we absolutely recommend this storage. The facilities are very clean, spacious and the place it’s very well managed :)

The staff that work at this place are absolutely incredible. I'm a person that works for the government and they helped me soooo much during my various transitions. The gentleman that works there name Tom has been an incredible help to me. I'm telling you that you absolutely need to use this specific place to store your items. Ive used them for about 5 years and have had multiple storages. During that time I've lived in various states and had various storages and will always use these people. They are VERY veteran friendly!!!

Tom OMG! One of the sweetest, most helpful, straight forward and efficient human beings my husband and I have ever met. Tom made our moving transition so smooth. His years of experience truly shows through his work ethic. He is definitely someone you need leading the team. At loss for words AWESOME!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JODI on the other hand was very rude and disrespectful to my husband. Not abreast of current policy and does not have an ear for her customers she should be demoted.

Move in is a smooth transition and customer service was fine as well. RENTER BEWARE OF INTRODUCTORY RATE. Unfortunately, within the first year I've had 2 price mark ups. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you pay for your unit pricing in advance to hold off drastic price jumps. Also in house customers service agents informed me they don't have authority to make any changes and claim that upper management is unwilling to make any adjustments.

I'm currently an overly satisfied customer for 8 months now and I have receive nothing but the best customer service from the team at this location. The service I have received from Mr. Tom, is high off the top!! Along with his understanding and patience during 2 overlapping hardships I recently experience. He have always assured me and my husband that Our lively-hood in our storage is in good hands with CubeSmart. Thanks alot guys!!

The staff here are really nice. The woman who helped me continued to have a positive and friendly attitude even as a rain storm came down on us. I did an online reservation. It was supposed to be contactless, but the confirmation email doesn't explain which order to enter in the multiple access codes. It wasn't a big issue though, I just walked in the office to get help.

I just rented a 10 x 25 foot unit there today. It is immaculately clean. I worked with Jodi and she is warm, friendly, engaging and highly competent. She made the process of renting the unit and filling out the paperwork almost pleasant! Jodi set up automatic draws on my credit card which is very helpful. Thus far I would highly recommend

I was shopping around looking for a storage unit and found this place on Google called and spoke to I believe her name is Miss Tiffany for a unit she gave me information that was easy to understand. Came in earlier today go to the unit and Ms Tiffany showed me around the lot. Got the paperwork done and now I’m leaving 100% satisfied.

The service was great! Brandi (manager) was very personable. She followed up on my online reservation within a short period of time. Overall, my experience was impeccable. Unfortunately, the opening to the10×30 space was not large enough to accommodate my needs. I would, however, not hesitate to use this facility again.

CubeSmart has been great for all my storage needs. Sarah and the rest of the team are wonderful in getting any issues i have solved and eradicated with ease. Sarah has been very consistent with communication and let’s me know if I need to handle anything. Great storage unit location and would definitely recommend.

I love my new storage space! I got it for a good price and it has enough room for everything I need . The 2 main workers in the office are very helpful answer ever question & is completely honest about everything! I haven’t had any issues. I would definitely consider renting a storage from here .

Needed to update my previous 5-star review. Since I have been renting a unit here, customer service has always been outstanding. The manager Brandy has always been attentive and resolved any question or concern I may have had. After-hours customer service has also been just as accommodating

I've had a great introduction to CubeSmart Storage. Sarah helped me and she was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. One of the most important things that gets overlooked is a positive and upbeat attitude. Sarah also had those qualities. I appreciate that experience.

Tom and Ms Jodi are so warm and courteous. They are quick to respond to inquiries and meticulous about customer relations. They show a unique combination of professionalism, patience and kindness all together. A great representation for cubesmart. Units are in pristine condition.

Rates go up astronomically every year by $100. I wouldn't recommend putting things in storage. **Update** Tom was very helpful with getting my storage transferred over. He's kind and professional. I really appreciate his time and efforts to get us taken care of.

Checked another storage location before going to Cube Smart, but decided to rent at Cube Smart because their price was more affordable (for the exact same size). Tom was very friendly; he showed me the available spaces and explained to me the terms of the lease.

I have used other storages from other companies before and I was always pressured to get a unit bigger than what my budget can have not at this one JODI the new manager helped me out and walked with me and showed a right unit for me. VERY HELPFUL IS A JOY

They get negative 0 for service. My trailer was stole from there due to there negligence they told me the gates were broken and the cameras were not working so they could show me who stole my Trailer. They call me a week after my trailer went missing.
