Absolutely horrible experience. I am a pharmaceutical rep that has been storing work materials here for 1 1/2 years. There was a change in management about 6 months ago, and this store has been ridiculous to work with since. Turnover has been appalling, and once I finally have an understanding with someone, everything changes again! I have materials delivered once a month by UPS, and they have to be signed for each time. My company allows for us to pay for a unit, so that someone other than us can sign for these things and we do not have to be out of the field (maximizing our productivity during normal business hours). The store has always placed these in my unit for me in a timely manner until the change in management. In the last 4-5 months, my things have been delivered and they sit in their front office. I received no phone call, and when I go to pick them up, no one is there. Does not help that they do not open their office until 9:30am, which is well past the time that I need to pick things up. Excuses I've been given by the office for materials not being placed in my unit (which was the agreement from the beginning): - We cannot leave the office when only one person is there. EVEN THOUGH there are always 2 people there when I have to leave work and waste my time in the middle of the day to go get them. When I finally get to the office to pick up the things, the store manager of all people sits on her butt and stares at me (does not say ANYTHING) and watches me haul heavy boxes to my car by myself. How rude and lazy can you possibly be? I have spoken to the area manager, Paul Fleming 4 times. Told him the problem. Was told it would be taken care of. Nothing ever was until last month, when I now receive a phone call telling me my materials are there. Even though that was NOT the agreement from the beginning. The agreement was that they would be placed in the unit for me, thus, saving me time. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I am sure there are tons of representatives that use this company across the nation, and I have made sure to let my company know how difficult y'all are to work with.

Roger is amazing !!! Thank you for all your honest opinions; I will always be grateful for you and your service; six months later-I used this company for 6 six and hunny, please do not use this company if you in a hardship.(like you can plan a hardship). in six days past due they lock you out of your unit. Once you hit 30 days past due, they cut your personal lock and your unit go into to collect. When they cut it off, that the time the company go in and look around to price your unit for auction. It go up auction in 60 days, in the mean time you get multiple fees added on..not small one either! so please don’t not rent here, if you having hardship cause they do not work with you.. please do not think corporate will help cause they management team does not have any authority to help on they own discretion… Move out was easy and prefect!!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. Our furniture was ruined while in their unit. It has mold all over it. We paid more for the climate control and their unit let in all kinds of moisture and water. I would stay away from them. The insurance they offer and we have been paying for informed me that it does not cover mold or mildew. The store never informed us that it wasn't going to be covered while we were there. All they offered was us a new storage unit and 1 free month of rent. I don't want to leave the rest of my stuff in there after what happened. They also basically said we only had a day or two, to decide what we wanted to do with our molded furniture. For someone that has been there for over 2 years, you would think they would treat their customers a little better.

I would not even give 1 star for this place. They are really nice in beginning when they want your business. Once they have your business They run their business like supply and demand. They will increase their price every few month because they know that customer will pay the price increase if not customer will have to empty out their unit. Also this is only storage place I have seen that you have to get their insurance mandatory and you cannot opt out. Only good thing I can say about this location is Jessica and she not longer work here. She treated customer like customer. General manager Wes is a joke. He does not even have customer service skill.

The process of how CubeSmart works is so easy and convenient. I never once had to go in and speak with any of the staff, everything was done online and over the phone. We moved our son down from College Station and while driving down I was able to open an account and gain all access to our unit. The CubeSmart staff had everything waiting for me as soon as I arrived and everything was done without any contact. All the staff that I interacted with on the phone and online were so friendly and helpful the entire time I used this storage unit.I would highly recommend using CubeSmart again and again!

Went to this location yesterday. The general manager was really impatient with me, was rude, and mean. He questioned my out of state address, which is none of his business. He demented his employees in front of me, which is not something you want to show to your customer. I planned to put my stuff here longer, but I will only be placing it there for one. It was really disappointing because I drove 4 hours out of state to prepare for my upcoming move in the areas to meet a general manager who were mean. I picked this place because of the review, but yesterday’s experience was a disappointment.

I initially reserved storage believing it was indoor. Once my unit was ready I went to facility to find it outdoor. Given that situation occurring after hour, I found another company. I called asking politely for refund. Manager informed that he would have to speak with his district manager regarding processing. Hours later I received a "move out" email without a refund. Whenever I call back to facility I'm informed that I will get a call back to resolve. Consumer BEWARE!!! Update: I recieved a partial refund(less than $20), though no service or product was rendered.

This is a very nice newer facility with lots of room for vehicle traffic and access to storage. The on-site manager, Jessica Ali, was very friendly, helpful, and professional and made sure I had the unit of my choice (instead of a 'take-it-or-leave-it' approach other facilities have made). The facility was a clean, well-lighted place (Hemingway reference) and very secure as well, with keypad entry at every door and security cameras everywhere. A definite Recommend!

I am so happy about choosing CubeSmart, they were so pleasant to work with. I had been using my sisters storage unit until I decided to get my own and I accidentally booked at the wrong address. Saira was incredible and got everything switched around and settled for me. She was so helpful and even got me the storage unit right across from my sisters so the move was so easy! It could not have worked out better!

Wes is a great manager at this store. He held two units for me for a future rental and trusted my word. He is professional, courteous, and very efficient at his job. Wonderful experience. Was helped out by Wes. He waited patiently for us to get our insurance forms together and for someone to bring us our lock. He was extremely thorough and very helpful through the whole process. There faculty is nice and very clean. The unit look great, nothing broken. They have a cart to help you move boxes and good lighting throughout. The pricing is good and fair for what you get.

Customer service is terrible, billing constantly increases with no notification. While not terrible, the facility could be cleaned up better. They finally upgraded all their keypads, for years you'd have to fumble with touch-pads that didn't work. Moved to another local big name company and their customer service is top notch, doubled my storage space for $15 less/mo. Extremely clean and well kept.

I dealt with Wes and if I could give him 10 stars I would it’s my first day moving in and my storage was too small I called him immediately he found me the right size he guided me around he gave me very helpful information I needed I was having a terrible day but he made me feel a lot better this guy seriously needs a raise and lunch on the company!! We had a storage for around 2 year and never had a single problem. Me and my family travel a lot from state to state and I didn’t have any doubt our belongings were safe. My father in law would check on our belongings sporadically and didn’t have any issues getting into the unit. The staff was always nice and professional. I’d highly recommend this facility.

Ali and the team were very helpful. They took care of my business at a very quick pace and i had no problems at all. Place looked clean and well maintained unlike the storage facility i visited before trying to save a few bucks.. its like they say, you get what you pay for!!! Id rather have my belongings here and know i wont have any worries in the future.

Wes Shier, Donna Mathis, Roger Welty did an excellent job handling my affairs there at cube smart. The two units that I picked up are close to each other so I won't have to do a lot of walking. I'm 62 years old and I need the extra convenience. Thanks so much for the professional courtesy they extended to me during my rental purchases.

Great storage unit but after 3-4 months they just bumped up my rent by $54.. in total I will be paying $207 for a 10x20 while the other one at basswood blvd public storage is charging $110.. I don't know what to do since I like this one. Just beware! At least the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly towards customers.

Wes is the mgr here and he is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. They go way beyond what's expected to make sure you understand the paperwork and also to make sure your comfortable with the storage you receive. We have been at this unit for almost 4 years now and have never had an issue. Fantastic place to give business.

Needed to move to a smaller unit and Jessica was so helpful, making suggestions and helping us reserve a unit for our move and suggesting how to make the trade the easiest possible. Literally the laziest people I've ever came across.. never in the office and think that I suppose to keep going up there everyday to pay ... Not gonna happen.. yal can make excuses all you want to about not being in the house but I literally come at different times and your not in the office . Get new workers !!

Manager greeted me at the door and was very informative and professional. The units are clean and well put together for security. 24 hour surveillance. Easy off and on access to eight freeway. Was pleased with the cost and that it is only a month to month expense. No extended lease required.

Just got my unit here a month ago. Great secure location, kept very clean and there’s always a cart to bring stuff in and out of my unit. Customer service was great when I purchased my unit - called me right away and was very clear on instructions. Super convenient location as well!

Reserved a unit on 9/5/20, and wanted to wait a bit to see if any issues would arise. Luckily, it has been a flawless experience. Roger was the employee that assisted me, and made it quick and easy with no questions left unanswered. Great price, great service, and great facility.

Had a very good experience here. People were nice. There was plenty of driving space. Hours of operation worked well for me. The only problem I have, and it may be no fault of theirs, but the price of storage is ridiculous, especially for non-climate controlled units.

We had to switch account information and that meant closing out the old account name for our company. Roger was able to complete the switch without us having to move out of the unit and setting up the account under the new name. All in all the process took 15 minutes.

Be aware that you will be paying twice as much for the first month than stated. Also the first free month is only for select units. First amount quoted does not include insurance which is required. Amenities are available for purchase. Carts available. Nice staff.

Wes was great. He allowed us to have a climate controlled unit for cheaper than a non climate control. If you use one of their locks, and an accident occurs there is no deductible fee on the insurance.
