Went through the drive through - I know they have a veggie burger but I couldn't find it on the menu... I asked the order-taker and he didn't know anything about a veggie burger and had to ask. I said I wanted to 'build my own' and ordered onion rings, along with an order of broccoli (which is a side listed under kids menu, lol) - when I pulled over about 15 minutes later to eat it, I had an order of fries, too. Their fries are just okay - and there was no ketchup or offer of ketchup in the drive through, nor was there a fork with which to eat the broccoli. My oreo mixer was delicious. *When you receive an order, like broccoli, that will need a fork - and you're working the drive-thru... open a bag and put a fork in it :-)

My son and I ordered our food at 1:30 and it didn't come out until 2:05 p.m. I am understanding of the fact that many businesses are short staffed and have issues finding workers to work. That being said, there is no way it should've taken 35 minutes for 2 burgers, an onion ring, and a cheese curd. When I asked to see the manager, the manager sent out an employee to talk to me instead. The employee was kind, courteous and understanding, but told me that the manager working Saturday April 22, 2023 does not speak to customers. When I asked the employee who was sent out to talk to me how long the drive through was taking, he told me 20-25 minutes. I'm sure no one is communicating to customers the wait times. If the manger is unwilling to speak to customers and that workers are not communicating the wait times, there is a problem. I won't be returning and I will be contacting the corporate office since the manager refused to come talk to me. Terrible experience!

Culver's is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants that I recently discovered. They are a chain restaurant but it is unlike any other restaurant I guess that would be considered 'fast food'. They also offer drive-thru service. Culver's is a restaurant originally based in Wisconsin and had maintained a small country feel to it. The restaurant offers an extensive menu that includes beef, chicken and fish. They have many different sides to compliment your meal. Steamed broccoli, corn , mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese to name a few. They also offer a wonderful dessert menu shakes, sundaes and many flavors of their custard ice cream. The restaurant is always clean. The bathrooms are clean. The location at Rose Garden and Cave Creek Rd is the one I frequently go to. I take my mother here and it is her favorite restaurant now also. Just a five star place. You and your whole family will love it!

Was not impressed with the experience at all service was lacking ar best cashier seemed to have no idea what was on the menu or how anything was made and seemed to not be focused on their job. Food was not any different or better than any other burger place in the valley area the cheese curds were good but my wife and her brother also felt as if it wasn't any better than any place we have been before asked for a root beer shake and got a float instead and when we got the shake I was expecting a definite root beer taste but tasted less than I had imagined. All in all I don't see myself or my wife and her brother visiting this place agian any time in the future bad experience for us all together.

I would like to preface this that even though my order was read back to me, I didn't catch the discrepancies until I got home. I ordered a large strawberry malt and a medium chocolate malt, got two mediums, correct flavors. I ordered a 10 piece shrimp, got a 6 piece. Also, I would like to point out that I was charged for what I got. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger, as did my father enjoy his. My mother wasn't a fan of the Cole slaw, and she would have preferred the option of tartar sauce to cocktail sauce. If cocktail sauce is your thing, they gave us a lot for a 6 piece. I feel like alot of this would have bee solved if my family were eating at the restaurant rather than getting drive through. All in all it was a good experience, and would definitely go back.

I stopped in this afternoon to place a to-go order inside. I have special orders so it takes longer so I don't go through the drive in. Inside I was told they were closed to dine in, I said that is fine I'm ordering to go. I was told I have to go through the drive through for a to go order. When I asked why an employee whose name I didn't get(she had maroon hair) told me they don't have enough employees to bring my food to the counter, so I have to go through the drive through so an employee CAN BRING MY FOOD OUTSIDE to the waiting spots at the end of the drive through. What if someone didn't have a car? Will you make people WALK through the drive through? Bus riders not welcome to eat at all?

ahhh Culvers... I love the fact that I can bring in whatever fruit that I wanted to diced up and give it to these guys and then put it in my ice cream. My wife was in the mood for cheese curds for our weekly check-in/date night but we needed to make it a bit less expensive this time around and Culver’s fit the bill (still over $25 for two people). We are used to fresh fried cheese curds from the restaurant at the Tillamook Cheese Factory in Oregon. These were not those! Definitely pre-manufactured and frozen cheese curds, but, it’s breaded and fried cheese, so I’m not mad. The burgers had great beef flavor, the buns were a bit crumbly, but passable. They gave us plenty of high quality sauces, which is a plus, and they were very efficient and polite. Overall a good meal with awesome company to share it with.

I’ve only ever heard how great Culver’s is and I’m really sad I did not get that same experience. Came here for the very first time and the drive thru smelled like feces…. Boy was that a foreshadow. While I was ordering I kept being told my total like they were trying to cut my order short. Ordered two meals and waited over 20 minutes for them in the drive thru just for them to forget an entire meal. Of course I didn’t realize until I got home (my fault) but I got a headache from the smell probably because I was so hungry that I forgot to check my food. I've been to this location a few times and I thought they did a good job. Until the last 2 times I have been there, I was given food that I didn't order. Most of the order was right, but when it came to what I ordered for myself, I was given something completely different. First - the butter burger with cheese and I was given a plain cheese burger. Second - the Wisconsin Swiss melt and I was given the mushroom and Swiss butter burger. The employees are either deaf, don't care to ask if the order is correct, or they just decide what to give to people. I won't be back to this location for a while until they become more organized

I had to wait for my order for 15 minutes. When I I finally asked one of their staff members about it, she said they had just made it. Everybody else who was coming in after me got their orders before me. When I asked to speak to a manager, no manager ever came. When I finally walked up to the front counter And asked to speak to a manager, one came up and said they forgot about my order. No apology, no attempt to make up for the really horrible customer experience I had today. The only reason I’m even giving them one star is because oh thats the lowest option available. I will never come here again and I encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere.

Rude counter person. Messed up my burger, and by time I got the correct one, my family was done eating. The concrete was more like a shake than a concrete - had to use a straw. The dining room drink dispenser was out of Coke syrup. I let them know. They never refilled it. What a joke. I’ve eaten at Culver’s in Wisconsin, AZ, CO, CA, IL, and GA. In all the locations I’ve eaten at, I’ve only had two bad experiences. One in Pueblo CO, and this one in Phoenix. Won’t be back to this location ever.

Wound up not ordering, sat in the drive thru for *13* minutes before being told that they could take our order but it would be another *10-15+* minutes before the food would be ready because they were "backed up." The food left a bad taste in our mouths. Can't wait to go to In N Out or Whataburger. My goodness, SEASON your food. At least use Lawrys on the fries, and add a little salt and pepper on the hamburger meat. My date with my wife was going fine until we sat down to eat your food. Never again. (By the way, mens restroom had no paper towels. Also I told them to put the onions on the side...they forgot.)

Awesome Food! Totally recommend the fried cod and tartar sauce! Mushroom and Swiss Burger was so delicious! Cole slaw was great. Fresh fries were so delicious! Fried Shrimp delicious! Everyone was really nice and patient with me. Happy to visit again

The food is consistently decent. The staff has gone way downhill. Lately our orders have had at least 2 things wrong or missing. Usually a side dish is missing or wrong. Worst experience ever with Culver's(10/26/2023) I waited for 30 mins in drive thru to place order and waited another 30 mins for food, my order number was 64 and people who ordered after me and waiting behind me received their orders. So I went inside to check on my order and I was told my order was missed. After waiting for 1 long hour for food finally I had to hear that my order was missed and then I asked for refund and not even once I was said sorry for what happened nor I was compensated. Very bad attitude from team Culver's.

They do a good job. Always made to order. Takes longer, but well worth the wait.

We order from here twice a week for our office because they offer a gluten free option. One time, every week, they forget the gluten free food for the person in our office, EVERY WEEK! We order at least $60 worth of food each time. I finally called to complain and the manager told me unless I come back there is nothing they can do. I love their food, but will never go back to this place because of the constant mistakes and lack of customer service from management.

The last 2 times that we have visited I have had to go to the counter and pick up our orders as they were placed in the cooler and not delivered to our table. My concrete mixer and my wife's turtle sundae had to be eaten with a straw instead of a spoon. Not the best way to enjoy them.

Food is fine and service is alright, but they NEVER actually serve the flavor of the day that is on the sign. Ever. I go here a few times a month and every dang time I ordered the flavor of the day, only to realize after I've left the drive thru that it's something completely different. Tonight I thought I was getting Oreo Overload but got something coffee flavored instead. I HATE coffee flavored ice cream. It tastes like how a cheap used car smells inside.

Orders are cleared off the screen as quick as the show up. Restaurant relies on paper tickets to make and expedite orders. This creates confusion in the kitchen and in the lobby. I take out often and watch this happen constantly. My orders are almost always incorrect or missing an item. Stop focusing on your metrics and instead take the customer experience seriously. Management, get your store together.

First time visiting a Culver's. Phenominal food. Got the Pretzel Haus burger and it was extremely well cooked and had a lot of flavor. Kids meals come with a free icecream as part of their meal. The Culver rootbeer tasted very similar to A&W, but somehow how better, and that is saying alot because after Barq's, A&W is...was, my favorite. Clean facility and friendly staff rounded off the whole experience. Will be coming back again.

It was my second time in and there I was pleasantly greeted by Faith , Alfonzo , and Thomas whom were very helping me decide what I wanted. Even though the order was slightly wrong , it was immediately rectified and everything was delicious. The staff made the experience amazing and the mint oreo mixer was to die for. Awesome food and a decent menu to choose from. At times there is a line that moves somewhat fast. Most of the employees are professional and polite. They do seem to run out of certain ingredients often but I always have a backup to get instead. But I have to say it’s a top choice for the area that it is in. If you haven’t checked it out yet I would recommend you do. 4/5 stars!

This location is very hit or miss. some days its good and others its pretty bad. today I i asked for extra tartar sauce and recieved 1 with my 3 piece cod dinner. otherwise the food was good. Last time the fish was overcooked greasy and nearly inedible. Im from the midwest so im happy to have a culver's nearby... but this one needs to be more consistent and less bad.

Culver's makes a quality burger but the meat is a little lacking. The patty was very thin and based on that seemed over cooked. They have special Culver's root beer which is DELICIOUS even the diet root beer is stellar. I wish there was a location closer to my house so I could visit more. Next time I am going to try ice cream. The flavors look decent.

Neither of our burgers had any seasoning. Definitely lacked that usual "butter burger" taste they are known for. And while I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger, I only received the swiss....no mushrooms. Definitely would not recommend the Cave Creek and 101 location at least. Pretty disappointing for the rare fast food guilty pleasure.

Culver's deluxe burger is top notch. Awesome customer service at this location. We were having issues with a coupon and the manager came up immediately and got everything handle. Food was delivered quickly and it did not disappoint. The fries were hot and fresh.

When I am in Phoenix I make a point to get custard from Culver's.. I live in Pennsylvania and do not have a place to enjoy this stuff. It is the freaking bomb... Worth every calorie I get.. They serve other food there, but I get the custard... Awesome.. More

Omg omg omg!! I love that you get actual in person counter service. The very awesome gentleman who just started three weeks ago suggested the chicken fingers and they were Awesome. Thank You Culver's for sticking with actual people at your locations.

The service was excellent The drink station and floor area was dirty . Outside trash cans were overflowing . The cod dinner combo was pretty good and the fish better than most places . Overall though the food left a greasy after taste …

We were recommended this place for its fish & chips but .... we have eaten a lot of better fish and chips.

Horrible slow service, line to do door in the lobby with only 1 cashier and a bunch of teenagers standing around not knowing what to do, needs better management. Cashier Diane had no idea what she was even doing.

I was hesitant on posting this review as I don't entirely blame the staff. I think they were short-staffed and maybe a bit overwhelmed. But since it ultimately presented a health concern, I feel it's necessary.

On the menu they show a burger loaded with lettuce, tomato, condiments, etc. and I received this. They didn’t even mention that I have to specify what’s on it. Gross af. I’m never ordering this again.

Didn't realize Culver's had dinner plates. Got the 3pc fish plate. My friend got the Reuben. Good stuff! The cheese curds are absurd!!!

Great food. Got the soup. Tomato Florentine, one of my favorites. Also got the crispy chicken sandwich. Their crinkle fries are good.
